Abstract
Description
ケーブルに電気的な絶縁のために施されているプラスチック被覆若しくはプラスチック外皮は、コンプレッサーケーシングの射出成形に際してコンプレッサーケーシング内に液密及び気密に埋め込まれている。

図3は、排気ガスタービン過給機の本発明に基づくコンプレッサーケーシングの実施例の断面図であり、
図4は、排気ガスタービン過給機の本発明に基づくコンプレッサーケーシングの別の実施例の断面図であり、
図5は、マイクロモジュールとして形成されたセンサーの平面図であり、
図6は、コンプレッサーケーシング内に統合された若しくは埋め込まれた接続ケーブルを備えたセンサーを示す図である。
Claims (14)
- 排気ガスタービン過給機(1)用の金型成形されたコンプレッサーケーシング(11)であって、前記排気ガスタービン過給機は過給機軸(5)を備えており、該過給機軸はコンプレッサーホイール(9)とタービンホイール(4)とを互いに機械的に結合している形式のものにおいて、過給機軸(5)の回転数の測定のためのセンサー(12)を金型成形時にコンプレッサーケーシング(11)内に埋め込んであり、これによって前記センサー(12)は前記コンプレッサーケーシング(11)内に統合された構成部分として形成されていることを特徴とする、排気ガスタービン過給機用のコンプレッサーケーシング。
- コンプレッサーケーシング(11)はプラスチックから成っている請求項1に記載のコンプレッサーケーシング。
- コンプレッサーケーシング(11)はアルミニウムから成っている請求項1に記載のコンプレッサーケーシング。
- コンプレッサーケーシング(11)は、少なくとも第1の部分(17)及び第2の部分(18)から成っている請求項1に記載のコンプレッサーケーシング。
- コンプレッサーケーシング(11)の第1の部分(17)は、アルミニウム若しくはプラスチックから成っている請求項4に記載のコンプレッサーケーシング。
- コンプレッサーケーシング(11)の第2の部分(18)は、アルミニウム若しくはプラスチックから成っている請求項4に記載のコンプレッサーケーシング。
- センサー(12)はセンサー部材(13)、信号処理電子装置(14)及びマグネット(15)のうちの少なくともいずれか1つを含んでいる請求項1に記載のコンプレッサーケーシング。
- センサー部材(13)はホールセンサー部材として形成されている請求項7に記載のコンプレッサーケーシング。
- センサー部材(13)は磁気抵抗式のセンサー部材として形成されている請求項7に記載のコンプレッサーケーシング。
- センサー部材(13)は誘導式のセンサー部材として形成されている請求項7に記載のコンプレッサーケーシング。
- センサー(12)は、リードフレーム(20)に配置されたセンサー部材(13)、信号形成電子装置14、保護回路(21)及び雑音防止回路(22)のうちの少なくともいずれか1つを含んでいるマイクロモジュール(19)として形成されている請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載のコンプレッサーケーシング。
- リードフレーム(20)は接続ピン(23)をも形成している請求項11に記載のコンプレッサーケーシング。
- 接続ケーブル(24)を設けてあり、該接続ケーブルは一方の端部でセンサー(12)に接続されていて、かつコンプレッサーケーシングの金型成形時にコンプレッサーケーシング内に部分的に埋め込まれている請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載のコンプレッサーケーシング。
- 排気ガスタービン過給機(1)用のコンプレッサーケーシング(11)の成形のための方法であって、前記排気ガスタービン過給機は過給機軸(5)を備えており、該過給機軸はコンプレッサーホイール(9)とタービンホイール(4)とを互いに機械的に結合しており、この場合に過給機軸(5)の回転数の測定のためのセンサー(12)をコンプレッサーケーシング(11)のための金型内に装着し、次いでコンプレッサーケーシング(11)の成形のための材料を前記金型内に注入し、前記センサー(12)を前記注入された材料によって包囲し、これによって前記センサー(12)を前記コンプレッサーケーシング(11)自体内に統合された構成部分として形成することを特徴とする、コンプレッサーケーシングの成形のための方法。
