Abstract

Claims (5)
- 処理槽(4)を内部に有し、該処理槽(4)が該処理槽(4)に供給される流体流を使用して粉末状物質を処理するようになっている概略筒状の容器(2)と、前記処理槽(4)内に配置されており、筒状の金属メッシュ濾過壁(6)を有する少なくとも一つの濾過器(5)を備えた前記処理槽(4)の内部を濾過するための濾過手段(5)と、保全作業の際に作動することが出来る前記濾過手段(5)を清掃するための清掃手段(P)とを備え、
該清掃手段(P)手段が、各濾過器(5)の周りに回転する少なくとも一つの要素(7)を備え、該少なくとも一つの要素(7)が、前記濾過器(5)の濾過壁(6)内に捕捉された如何なる不純物も除去するために前記筒状の濾過壁(6)上に点検用流体を拡散するように設計された拡散手段(8)を支持する粉末状物質、特に医薬粉末状物質を処理するための造粒装置(1)において、
前記清掃手段(P)が、さらに、点検用流体が不純物と共に濾過器(5)から流出することを可能にさせるように前記濾過器(5)の少なくとも一部(10)を一時的に開くための手段(9)を備えることを特徴とする造粒装置。 - 前記濾過器(5)の前記筒状の濾過壁(6)が、基壁(L)によって閉鎖される一端を有し、前記濾過器(5)の少なくとも一部(10)が前記基壁(L)の中心区画(10)を構成する請求項1に記載の造粒装置。
- 前記開くための手段(9)が、プラグ手段(9)を備え、該プラグ手段(9)が、前記濾過器(5)に関して同軸に移動できるロッド(11)の一端に固定される請求項2に記載の造粒装置。
- 前記ロッド(11)は、前記濾過器(5)の少なくとも一部(10)が前記プラグ手段(9)によって閉鎖される位置(A)と、前記濾過器(5)の少なくとも一部(10)が開いている位置(B)との間で前記ロッド(11)を移動するように設計された作動手段(12)に取り付けられ、前記位置(B)において、前記プラグ手段(9)と前記中心の区間(10)との間に開口が存在し、点検用流体が流出して通る少なくとも一つの空隙(13)がある請求項3に記載の造粒装置。
- 前記点検用流体が、洗浄液である請求項1から請求項4の何れか一項に記載の造粒装置。
