Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- 外科手段に関してハンドピースを眼に対して有効に作用する位置に置くこと、
注入流体源から眼へ注入流体を供給することと、
前記ハンドピースを通して眼から前記注入流体を吸引するために吸引源から前記ハンドピースへ真空度を加えることと、
流体吸引中において、
前記ハンドピースの閉塞に対応する真空度レベルを検知することと、
前記閉塞に対応する前記真空度レベルに一部基づいて前記真空度を制御することと、を含む、手術用ハンドピースを操作する方法。 - 前記の検知された真空度レベルに基づき、閉塞の継続時間を測定することと、
前記の測定された閉塞の継続時間に一部基づいて前記真空度を制御することと、をさらに含む請求項1の方法。 - 前記手術を行うために動力源から前記ハンドピースへ動力を供給すること、をさらに含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- (1)注入流体の前記供給、(2)吸引速度、及び(3)前記ハンドピースに供給される前記動力の少なくとも1つを制御することをさらに含む請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記のハンドピースを置く工程は、水晶体超音波乳化吸引用のハンドピースを眼に対して有効に作用する位置に置くことを含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記真空度は、手術中に許容される真空度の最大レベルを下げることにより制御される請求項1に記載の方法。
- さらに、前記の検知された真空度に基づき、真空度の低下を測定し、低閾値を下回る前記の真空度の低下に応じて、前記の真空度の最大レベルを増大させる請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記の真空度の最大レベルの低下中において、前記閉塞を解消するために別の器具で閉塞粒子を操作すること、をさらに含む請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記の真空度の最大レベルの低下中において、前記の注入流体の供給と、吸引速度と、前記ハンドピースに供給される前記動力とのうち少なくとも1つを変化させる請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記吸引源は、流動ポンプ、又は、真空ポンプと流動ポンプとの組み合わせである請求項1の方法。
- 外科手段に関してハンドピースを眼に対して有効に作用する位置に置くこと、
注入流体源から眼へ注入流体を供給することと、
前記ハンドピースを通して眼から前記注入流体を吸引するために吸引源から前記ハンドピースへ真空度を加えることと、
流体吸引中において、
前記ハンドピースの閉塞に対応する流量を検知することと、
前記閉塞に対応する前記流量に一部基づいて前記真空度を制御することと、を含む、手術用ハンドピースを操作する方法。 - 前記の検知された流量に基づき、閉塞の継続時間を測定することと、
前記の測定された閉塞の継続時間に一部基づいて前記真空度を制御することと、をさらに含む請求項11の方法。 - 前記手術を行うために動力源から前記ハンドピースへ動力を供給すること、をさらに含む請求項11に記載の方法。
- (1)注入流体の前記供給、(2)吸引速度、及び(3)前記ハンドピースに供給される前記動力の少なくとも1つを制御することをさらに含む請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記のハンドピースを置く工程は、水晶体超音波乳化吸引用のハンドピースを眼に対して有効に作用する位置に置くことを含む請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記真空度は、手術中に許容される真空度の最大レベルを下げることにより制御される請求項11に記載の方法。
- さらに、前記の検知された流量に基づき、流量の増大を測定し、閾値を超える前記流量の上昇に応じて、前記の真空度の最大レベルを増大させる請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記の真空度の最大レベルの低下中において、前記閉塞を解消するために別の器具で閉塞粒子を操作すること、をさらに含む請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記の真空度の最大レベルの低下中において、前記の注入流体の供給と、吸引速度と、前記ハンドピースに供給される前記動力とのうち少なくとも1つを変化させる請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記吸引源は、流動ポンプ、又は、真空ポンプと流動ポンプとの組み合わせである請求項11の方法。
