Claims (3)
- 脊柱板固定システムであって、
板部材を備え、当該板部材が、第１および第２椎骨に沿って配置可能な底面を備える第１部分を有し、且つ前記第１部分の頂面と前記底面との間に第１および第２孔を含んでおり、前記第１および第２孔が、前記第１部分を前記第１および第２椎骨に対して、椎間板外で係合するために、前記第１椎骨と前記第２椎骨との間の椎間板スペースの外側で、第１および第２固定具のそれぞれを受け入れるように構成され、前記第１部分が、前記頂面と前記底面との間で、対向する椎間板外側部および中間側部を含み、前記板部材が第２部分をさらに含み、前記第２部分が、前記第１部分の前記中間側部から延在し、かつ前記椎間板外側部から離れる方向にある、システムにおいて、

第１部分および第２部分を有する板部材を備え、前記第１および第２部分のそれぞれが、前記第１および第２部分の、頭側端部と尾側端部との間に延在する頂面および底面を含んでおり、前記第１部分が、当該第１部分の前記頂面と底面との間に延在する中間側部と、対向する椎間板外側部とを含んでおり、前記板部材が前記第１および第２椎骨に対して係合されるときに、前記第１部分の前記底面が、第１および第２椎骨に沿って椎間板外に配置可能であり、前記第１部分が、前記第１および前記第２椎骨に対して、椎間板外で係合されるときに、前記第２部分の前記頭側および尾側端部が、前記第１椎骨と第２椎骨との間の椎間板スペースの中へ延在する状態で、前記第２部分が、前記第１部分の前記中間側部から延在し、且つ前記椎間板外側部から離れる方向にある、システム。 - 脊柱板固定システムであって、
第１部分と第２部分とを有する板部材を備え、前記第１部分が、第１および第２椎骨に沿って椎間板外に配置可能であり、且つ前記第１および第２椎骨の矢状面から横方向にずれた位置において、前記第１および第２椎骨に係合可能であり、前記第２部分が、前記第１部分から内側横方向に延在し、且つ前記第１椎骨と前記第２椎骨との間の椎間板内に配置可能であり、前記第２部分が、前記矢状面に隣接する位置で、前記第２部分を前記第１および第２椎骨のうちの少なくとも一方に対して、椎間板内で係合する固定具を受けるために、前記第２部分を介して延在する少なくとも１つの孔を含む、システム。
