Description
本発明の硬化性組成物の実用時間および保存安定性の延長は、組成物中のホウ素原子に対するアミン基のモル比を増加させるために、追加のアミン化合物を導入することによって制御することができる。追加する有効な量は、成分(ii)に使用されるアミン:ホウ素比により決まる。しかし、重合が起こるのを可能にするために、全体的なアミン:ホウ素比は十分低いことが好ましい。適したアミン:ホウ素比は、10:1未満、好ましくは4:1未満になる。アミン反応性成分が既に硬化性組成物中に存在する場合、例えば、充填剤粒子上に残留するカルボン酸が存在する場合は、貯蔵安定性のために、このアミン反応性基を中和するまたは部分的に中和するためにより高いレベルのアミン化合物を加えることができる。このアミン化合物は、単官能性または多官能性アミン基を含んでよく、一級アミン、二級アミン、および/または三級アミンとすることができる。必要に応じて、このアミン化合物は、フリーラジカル重合性基または別の官能基、例えば加水分解性の基を含んでよい。このアミン化合物は、事実上モノマー、オリゴマー、またはポリマーとすることができる。この化合物のアミン基は、有機、有機ケイ素、またはオルガノポリシロキサン化合物に担持されてよい。
