Claims (9)
- 巻掛け手段を介して摩擦係合している、円錐形ディスク巻掛け伝動装置の2つの円錐形ディスク対偶の間のトルク伝達確実性を表すスリップ量を検出するための方法であって、当該方法の場合、少なくとも1つの円錐形ディスク対偶と巻掛け手段との間の圧着圧を変調し、スリップ量を、圧着圧の変調に対する円錐形ディスク対偶の回転数差の反応から検出する形式のものにおいて、
圧力変調を、伝動装置の変速比調節周波数を超える周波数および予め規定された振幅によって行うことを特徴とする、円錐形ディスク巻掛け伝動装置のトルク伝動確実性を表すスリップ量を検出するための方法。 - 巻掛け手段を介して摩擦係合している、円錐形ディスク巻掛け伝動装置の2つの円錐形ディスク対偶の間のトルク伝達確実性を表すスリップ量を検出するための方法であって、当該方法では、少なくとも1つの円錐形ディスク対偶と巻掛け手段との間の圧着圧を変調し、スリップ量を、圧着圧の変調に対する円錐形ディスク対偶の回転数差の反応から検出する形式のものにおいて、
圧力変調を、伝動装置の変速比調節周波数を超える周波数によって行い、圧力変調の振幅を検出し、スリップ量を振幅に関連して検出することを特徴とする、円錐形ディスク巻掛け伝動装置のトルク伝動確実性を表すスリップ量を検出するための方法。 - 巻掛け手段を介して摩擦係合している、円錐形ディスク巻掛け伝動装置の2つの円錐形ディスク対偶の間のトルク伝達確実性を表すスリップ量を検出するための方法であって、当該方法では、少なくとも1つの円錐形ディスク対偶と巻掛け手段との間の圧着圧を変調し、スリップ量を、圧着圧の変調に対する円錐形ディスク対偶の回転数差の反応から検出する形式のものにおいて、
圧力変調を、伝達装置の変速比調節周波数を超える周波数によって行い、圧力変調の周波数を検出し、スリップ量を周波数に関連して検出することを特徴とする、円錐形ディスク巻掛け伝動装置のトルク伝動確実性を表すスリップ量を検出するための方法。 - 駆動される円錐形ディスク対偶における有効な圧着圧を変調する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 円錐形ディスク対偶に設けられている有効な複数の圧力室において、有効な最大横断面をもって形成されている室内の有効な圧着圧を変調する、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- スリップ量をロックイン原理によって検出する、請求項1から3までのいずれか一項記載の方法。
- スリップ量の検出を、少なくとも1回のバンドパスフィルタ処理によって行う、請求項1から4までのいずれか一項記載の方法。
- スリップ量の、圧力変調の所定のパラメータとの関連を表す特性線によって検出されたスリップ量から、正規化されたスリップ量を検出する、請求項1から5までのいずれか一項記載の方法。
- 巻掛け手段(26)を介して摩擦係合している、円錐形ディスク巻掛け伝動装置の2つの円錐形ディスク対偶(SS1,SS2)の間のトルク伝達確実性を表すスリップ量を検出するための装置であって、
少なくとも1つの円錐形ディスク対偶によって巻掛け手段に加えられる圧着圧の変調を形成するための装置(28,34)と、
円錐形ディスク対偶の回転数を規定するための装置(38,44)と、
圧着圧変調の少なくとも1つのパラメータを検出するための装置(40)と、
円錐形ディスク対偶の回転数の比を検出し、スリップ量を規定するための分析・規定装置(42)とが内蔵されており、該分析・規定装置(42)が、請求項1から6までのいずれか一項記載の方法に応じて作動することを特徴とする、円錐形ディスク巻掛け伝動装置のトルク伝動確実性を表すスリップ量を検出するための装置。
