Abstract
Description
米国特許第5,661,979号明細書には、内層がベースプレートに取り付けられた球状果物保存ユニットが記載されている。ベースの上に設けられた熱電素子によって冷却された空気を層内の空気経路を通して球の上部に送り、果物保存ユニットの内部に吹き込む。球状ユニットの一区分は、他の区分と重なるように形成されており、更に、キャビン内部を見ることができるように、及びドアのための余分の容積を形成することなくキャビンにアクセスできるように透明である。
熱電冷却/加熱器具(1)は、冷却又は加熱されるべき流体が内部に入った水差しややかん等の容器(3)を含む。この容器は、熱伝導を行う容器接触面(2)を備えている。容器接触面は金属プレートでできており、容器の前側に配置されている。器具(1)は、更に、冷却機能又は加熱機能を提供するための熱電ユニット(4)と、容器(3)及び熱電ユニット(4)が配置される本体(5)を含む。

Claims (9)
- 冷却又は加熱されるべき流体が内部に入った容器(3)と、冷却機能又は加熱機能を提供するための熱電ユニット(4)と、容器(3)及び熱電ユニット(4)が配置された本体(5)とを含む、熱電冷却/加熱器具(1)において、
前記熱電ユニット(4)は、
一つ又はそれ以上の熱電素子(14)と、
発生した熱を外部環境に放出する、前記熱電素子(14)と接触した主放熱器(16)と、
低温又は高温の空気を前記容器(3)に伝達するのに使用される副放熱器(17)と、
前記主放熱器(16)又は前記副放熱器(17)に空気を吹き付けて強制的に熱対流を発生する一つ又はそれ以上のファン(18、28)と、
前記熱電素子(14)が発生した冷却効果及び加熱効果を前記容器(3)に伝達する、前記容器(3)と直接接触して前記容器の冷却又は加熱を伝導によって行う熱伝導面(19)と、
前記熱伝導面(19)と異なる平面に配置されていて、前記副放熱器(17)と接触し、前記ファン(28)の補助により前記容器(3)の冷却又は加熱を熱対流によって行う熱対流面(20)を持つ熱伝導プレート(15)と、
を備えることを特徴とする熱電冷却/加熱器具。 - 請求項1に記載の熱電冷却/加熱器具において、
前記熱電ユニット(4)は、前記熱電素子(14)と接触した一つ又はそれ以上のプレート接触面(21)を前記熱伝導面(19)及び前記熱対流面(20)とは反対側に備えた熱伝導プレート(15)を有する、ことを特徴とする熱電冷却/加熱器具。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の熱電冷却/加熱器具において、
前記熱電ユニット(4)は、前記熱伝導面(19)と前記熱対流面(20)との間の角度(A)が180°よりも大きい熱伝導プレート(15)を有する、ことを特徴とする熱電冷却/加熱器具。 - 請求項1、2、又は3に記載の熱電冷却/加熱器具において、
前記熱電ユニット(4)は、二つの平面を形成するように曲げられたプレート接触面(21)間の角度(B)が180°よりも小さい熱伝導プレート(15)を有する、ことを特徴とする熱電冷却/加熱器具。 - 請求項1乃至4のうちのいずれか一項に記載の熱電冷却/加熱器具において、
容器(3)は、熱を伝導するための金属プレート製の熱伝導容器接触面(2)が前側に配置されている、ことを特徴とする熱電冷却/加熱器具。 - 請求項1乃至5のうちのいずれか一項に記載の熱電冷却/加熱器具において、
本体(5)は、
冷却/加熱チャンバ(6)と、
前記冷却/加熱チャンバ(6)を閉鎖することによって該チャンバを外部環境から影響を受けないように保護するカバー(7)と、
前記熱電ユニット(4)が組み立てられる室(8)と、
前記室(8)と前記冷却/加熱チャンバ(6)との間に位置決めされた室壁(9)と、
前記室(8)及び前記冷却/加熱チャンバ(6)内を循環する低温空気又は高温空気を差し向けるのを補助する一つ以上の内部空気ダクト(10)と、
前記室(8)及び前記外部環境内を循環する空気を差し向けるのを補助する一つ以上の外部空気ダクト(11)とを有する、ことを特徴とする熱電冷却/加熱器具。 - 請求項6に記載の熱電冷却/加熱器具において、
本体(5)は、前記容器(3)を配置したときに前記容器接触面(2)の熱伝導表面積を増大することによって、完全に嵌まるように斜めに形成された室壁(9)を有する、ことを特徴とする熱電冷却/加熱器具。 - 請求項6に記載の熱電冷却/加熱器具において、
本体(5)は、前記容器(3)を前記冷却/加熱チャンバ(6)に組み立てることを可能にする一つ又はそれ以上の磁石(13)を有する、ことを特徴とする熱電冷却/加熱器具。 - 請求項6に記載の熱電冷却/加熱器具において、
前記本体(5)は、水の沸騰等の機能を行うのに役立つ抵抗器型の又は誘導子型のヒータ(12)を備えている、ことを特徴とする熱電冷却/加熱器具。
