Claims (10)
- ウールが染めてあり且つ同色のコーティングを有する無機ウール製品、例えばガラスウール、を製造するに際して、熱の影響下で硬化し得るバインダーを吹き付けた後及び着色顔料と混合した後で該無機ウールが集められてコンベア手段の上でファイバーパッドが形成され、その後架橋チャンバーへ導かれる、無機ウール製品を製造する方法であって、
前記方法が、該コーティングがポリエステルファブリックであること、及び染料の追加はせず且つ該ファイバーパッドにファブリックを付着するための追加の付着剤の含浸又は導入はせずに、該チャンバーに導かれる前に前記ポリエステルファブリックが該パッドと接触させられることを特徴とする、製造方法。 - 該コンベア手段がガスに対して透過性であり、且つ該コンベア手段が前記ガスを吸引するための手段の上に取り付けられている、請求項1に記載された製造方法。
- 該コンベア手段上に該ファイバーを置く前に、該ポリエステルファブリックが前記コンベア手段に導かれる、請求項1又は2のいずれかに記載された製造方法。
- 該ファイバーパッドが架橋チャンバーに導かれる直前に、該ポリエステルファブリックが前記パッドの上側又は下側に導かれる、請求項1又は2のいずれかに記載された製造方法。
- 該ポリエステルファブリックの基本質量が10〜50g/m2、好ましくは15〜30g/m2、そして特に好ましくは15〜20g/m2である、請求項1〜4の1項に記載された製造方法。
- 該使用した顔料が、該パッド及びファブリックを黒く染めるのに適しており、例えば炭素粒子から出来ている、請求項1〜5の1項に記載された製造方法。
- 該バインダーの量が該ファイバーの質量の1〜10質量%、好ましくは2〜8質量%そして特に好ましくは4〜7質量%である、請求項1〜6の1項に記載された製造方法。
- 導かれた該顔料の量が、該ファイバーの質量の0.1〜5%、好ましくは該ファイバーの質量の0.5〜1.5%という乾燥抽出物状態の前記顔料の質量パーセントに相当する、請求項1〜7の1項に記載された製造方法。
- 該最終製品でのポリエステルファブリックの表面の少なくとも50%が物質の中核を構成するガラスファイバーパッドと実質的に同一の色を有するように、該吸引能力及び/又は該顔料の量及び/又は該バインダーの量が選択される、請求項2〜8の1項に記載された製造方法。
- 請求項1〜9の1項に記載された方法によって得られる、ロールで伸ばした表面のボードのような、同色のコーティングを含む着色無機ウール製品。
