Abstract
Description
本発明は、医療センサとそれに関連するソフトウェアに関する。
医療分野では、センサが使用されている。例えば、Stryker Internationalにより製造されたIntra−Compartmental Pressure Monitor Systemは、サイドポート仕様18のゲージ針と隔壁に結合された注射器を利用している。注射器は無菌塩化ナトリウム溶液で満たされており、隔壁は針を注射器から分離している。針は患者の体内に挿入され、注射器内の塩化ナトリウム溶液は針に押し込められ、その間一方通行弁は、塩化ナトリウム溶液の注射器への逆流を阻止している。患者の筋肉区画内の圧力により、針内の塩化ナトリウム溶液は隔壁に圧力をかける。そして、この隔壁にかかる圧力が測定される。
本発明の範囲は、付随する請求項によってのみ規定され、この概要内の記述によりまったく影響は受けない。簡単に述べると、本発明の特徴を具現化する圧力センサは、(i)一般的には円柱形のハウジングを含む感知モジュールと、(ii)ハウジング内に位置する感知素子と、(iii)マイクロコントローラに電気的に接続されているアナログ/デジタル変換器を含む感知素子に電気的に結合されている処理モジュールを備える。
図1は、医療装置100の現在の好適な実施の形態を示している。そこに示されるように、医療装置100は、図2に示されるように、感知構成要素210を好ましくは含む感知モジュール200が設けられている。医療装置100はまた、図3に示されるように、処理モジュール300が設けられている。図4は、処理モジュール300をより詳細に示している。そこに示されるように、処理モジュール300は、演算増幅器310と、アナログ/デジタル変換器320と、マイクロコントローラ330を含む。追加的に、図3に示されるように、医療装置100は、通信モジュール400と、ケーブルまたは無線送信のような、通信リンク401を含み、それにより、感知モジュールからの表示値は、医療の専門家および介護人に伝達される。
Claims (10)
- 医療装置であって、
a)筋膜層を突き抜けるように整形された端部を含むハウジングが設けられた感知構成要素を含む感知モジュールを備え、
b)前記ハウジングは、1.2ミリメートル未満の直径を有し、感知素子を取り囲み、
c)前記感知素子は、キャビティを形成するためにお互いに接着された第1層と第2層を含み、
d)前記第1層は、処理モジュールに電気的に接続されている抵抗素子を含み、
e)前記処理モジュールは、前記抵抗素子から信号を受信し、処理装置に電気的に接続されているアナログ/デジタル変換器を含み、
f)前記処理モジュールは、通信モジュールに電気的に接続されている医療装置。 - 前記抵抗素子は、ピエゾ抵抗素子である請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記通信モジュールは、ワイヤレスモジュールである請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記通信モジュールは送受信機制御装置である請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 医療装置であって、
a)第1端部と第2端部を含むハウジングが設けられた感知構成要素を含む感知モジュールを備え、
b)前記ハウジングは、1.2ミリメートル未満の直径を有し、前記第2端部よりも前記第1端部により近接して位置する感知素子を取り囲み、
c)前記感知素子は、キャビティを形成するためにお互いに接着された第1層と第2層を含み、
d)前記第1層は、処理モジュールに電気的に接続されている抵抗素子を含み、
e)前記処理モジュールは、前記抵抗素子から信号を受信し、処理装置に電気的に接続されているアナログ/デジタル変換器を含み、
f)前記処理モジュールは、通信モジュールに電気的に接続されている医療装置。 - 前記第1端部は、筋膜層を突き抜けるように整形されている請求項5に記載の医療装置。
- 前記抵抗素子は、ピエゾ抵抗素子である請求項5に記載の医療装置。
- 前記通信モジュールは、ワイヤレスモジュールである請求項5に記載の医療装置。
- 前記通信モジュールは、送受信機制御装置である請求項5に記載の医療装置。
- 前記処理モジュールは、マイクロコントローラを含む請求項5に記載の医療装置。
