Abstract
Description
本発明に従って、航空機用油圧作動油としての使用に適した新規の機能性流体が提供される。このような作動油は、少なくとも1つのトリアルキルリン酸エステルおよび少なくとも1つのアリール化合物を含み、ここで前記トリアルキルリン酸エステルは全組成物の少なくとも約50重量%を構成する。
本発明の機能性流体の基油は、以下の式を有する少なくとも1つのトリアルキルリン酸エステルを含む
Claims (21)
- 商業用航空機の耐火性の油圧作動油として有用な組成物であって、
(A)少なくとも約50重量%の下記式により示されるリン酸エステルまたはリン酸エステルの混合物
(B)少なくとも約5%の少なくとも1つのアリール化合物、置換アリール化合物、縮合環式アリール化合物、置換縮合環式アリール化合物、一部水素化されたアリール化合物およびこれらの混合物を含み、
前記組成物は、177℃を越える燃焼点、少なくとも160℃の引火点および少なくとも400℃の自己発火点、−62℃未満の流動点、−54℃で2000cS未満の粘度、ならびに98.9℃で3.0cSより大きい粘度の組み合わせを示す、前記組成物。 - リン酸エステルの量が約50%から約75%の範囲であり、およびアリール化合物の量が約5%から約20%の範囲である、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- リン酸エステルの量が約55%から約70%の範囲であり、およびアリール化合物が約10%から約15%の範囲である、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- リン酸エステルの量が約60%から約65%の範囲であり、およびアリール化合物の量が約10%から約15%の範囲である、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- (A)が、異なるリン酸エステルの混合物である、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記リン酸エステルの混合物が、2つの異なるトリアルキルエステルを含む、請求項5に記載の組成物。
- 前記混合物が、約60%のトリブチルリン酸エステルおよび約10%のトリイソブチルリン酸エステルを含む、請求項6に記載の組成物。
- (B)が、置換アリール化合物である、請求項7に記載の組成物。
- 前記アリール化合物が、イソプロピル化ナフタレンである、請求項8に記載の組成物。
- 前記アリール化合物が、ポリフェニル、酸化ジフェニル、アルキル化フェニル、10個から40個の炭素原子を有するアルキル化ポリフェニルおよび縮合環式アリール化合物ならびに置換縮合環式化合物からなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記ポリフェニルが、ビフェニル、テルフェニルおよびクアテルフェニルからなる群から選択される、請求項10に記載の組成物。
- 前記テルフェニルが、一部水素化されている、請求項11に記載の組成物。
- 前記縮合環式アリール化合物が、ナフタレンおよびアントラセンからなる群から選択される、請求項10に記載の組成物。
- 前記アリール化合物が、置換されている、請求項13に記載の組成物。
- 前記置換基が、メチル、エチル、プロピル、イソプロピル、ブチル、iso−ブチル、tert−ブチル、ペンチル、イソペンチルおよびネオペンチルからなる群から選択されるアルキル基である、請求項14に記載の組成物。
- 約70%のトリブチルリン酸エステルおよび約10%のイソプロピル化ナフタレンを含む、組成物。
- 約70%のトリブチルリン酸エステルおよび約10%のイソプロピル化ナフタレンおよび約20%の添加剤を含む、組成物。
- 約60%のトリブチルリン酸エステル、約10%のトリイソブチルリン酸エステル、約10%のイソプロピル化ナフタレンおよび約20%の添加剤を含む、組成物。
- 約62%のトリブチルリン酸エステル、約10%のトリイソブチルリン酸エステル、約10%のジイソプロピルビフェニルおよび約18%の添加剤を含む、組成物。
- 約62%のトリブチルリン酸エステル、約10%のトリイソブチルリン酸エステル、約10%の一部水素化されたテルフェニルおよび約18%の添加剤を含む、組成物。
- 約72%のトリブチルリン酸エステル、約10%の一部水素化されたテルフェニルおよび約18%の添加剤を含む、組成物。
