Claims (9)
- ハウジングと、ハウジング内に回動可能に配置された遮断フラップとを備え、これらハウジングと遮断フラップとの間に複数の構成部材によって遮断フラップ弁座開閉部が形成されている遮断装置、特に動作温度0℃以下で使用される遮断装置において、遮断装置(1)の遮断フラップ弁座開閉部(7)を形成する複数の構成部材(2;3;8;12a,12b)に対して深冷温度域のサブゼロ処理が施されていることを特徴とする遮断装置。
- サブゼロ処理が前記構成部材(2;3;8;12a,12b)の最終機械加工前に施されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の遮断装置。
- 前記構成部材(2;3;8;12a,12b)に対して液体窒素によるサブゼロ処理が施されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の遮断装置。
- 前記構成部材(2;3;8;12a,12b)に対して液体窒素浴内でのサブゼロ処理が施されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の遮断装置。
- 前記構成部材(2;3;8;12a,12b)がCrNi鋼からなることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の遮断装置。
- 遮断フラップ弁座開閉部(7)が、遮断フラップ(3)又は該遮断フラップ(3)に設けられた少なくとも1つのフラップ側構成部材(12a,12b)と、ハウジング(2)又は該ハウジング(2)に設けられた少なくとも1つのハウジング側構成部材(8)との間に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の遮断装置。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の遮断装置、特に動作温度0℃以下で仕様される遮断装置を製造するに際し、遮断フラップ弁座開閉部(7)を形成する複数の構成部材(2;3;8;12a,12b)の最終機械加工前に該構成部材(2;3;8;12a,12b)に対して深冷温度域のサブゼロ処理を施し、このサブゼロ処理の後に該構成部材(2;3;8;12a,12b)を室温へ昇温させることを特徴とする遮断装置の製造方法。
- 室温への前記構成部材(2;3;8;12a,12b)の昇温を強制加熱することなく室温への自然昇温で実行することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- 深冷温度域のサブゼロ処理とその後の室温への昇温とを複数回、特に2回〜4回、更に特別には3回繰り返すことを特徴とする請求項7又は8に記載の方法。
