Description
Claims (11)
- パリソンを型内で成形することによって、作り付けのネックを有するプラスティック燃料タンクを製造する方法であって、
カウンター凹形部品と、前記カウンター凹形部品に入ることができる凸形部品を使用して、パリソンを局所的に変形させて、ネックを成形し、
前記カウンター凹形部品及び前記凸形部品は、その一方が型に固定され、その他方が前記型の内部にあるコアに固定される方法。 - 前記燃料タンクは、HDPEを基材とし、燃料に対して不透過性を持たせるために、バリア材の層を含み、又は、表面加工が施される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記パリソンは、押し出し成形されたチューブ状パリソンを切断することにより得られる2枚のシートからなる、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- パリソンを前記型に導入する工程と、
コアを前記型内において前記パリソン内に導入する工程と、
前記型を閉じる工程と、
前記コアを通してブロー成形することによって及び/又は前記型の後方から真空吸引することによって、前記パリソンを前記型のキャビティにしっかりと押圧させる工程と、
前記凸形部品を前記カウンター凹形部品内において移動させることによって、前記ネックを成形する工程と、を有する請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記ネックの最終部分、即ち、パリソンから最も遠い端部を形成するときの自然の傾向である厚さの減少を補償する仕方で前記ネックを成形する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記凸形部品を前記カウンター凹形部品から引き抜く間、前記パリソンを前記ネックの周りで圧縮状態に維持する、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記燃料タンクを、ブロー成形し又は熱成形する、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法の実施に適した装置であって、
型と、前記型の内部に位置するコアと、を有し、前記型及び前記コアは、その一方にカウンター凹形部品を有し、その他方に凸形部品を有し、前記凸形部品は、前記ネックを成形するためにカウンター凹形部品を貫通する、装置。 - 前記凸形部品又は前記カウンター凹形部品のいずれかが、少なくとも1つのばねを有する支持部に固定される、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記凸形部品が前記型に固定され、前記カウンター凹形部品が前記コアに固定される、請求項8又は9に記載の装置。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法、又は、請求項8〜10のいずれか1項に記載の装置によって得られる燃料タンクであって、
寸法公差が0.1ミリメートルである肉圧を有する作り付けのネックと、
給油管と、
ねじ込みによって、又は、溶接カップリングに組み込まれた熱フィラメントを使用する溶接によって、前記ネックに固定された注入口又はフランジと、を有する燃料タンク。
