Abstract
各支持台(28)には自由に移動可能にそこに支持される少なくとも1個の軸受け球(34)が含まれ、その少なくとも1つの円弧区間(33)にわたり螺旋ネジ棒(24)と選択的かつ移動式に噛合する結果、螺旋ネジ棒(24)が常に少なくとも1台の支持台(28)と噛合することになる。本発明は装置(10)と一体となる足場全体装置(12)にも言及される。

Description
比較的長い塔114が採用される場合には、複数の塔の固定具113により塔114が隣接建物構造111に対して全体的に等間隔に固定される。通常は、塔固定具113により長手方向の細長い間隙115に全体的に対向する側にある塔114が接合される。
支持台28の負荷能力を増加させるには、ほぼ同様な角度区間33にわたり他に対してほぼ平行な経路にあることになる少なくとももう1つの追加軸受け32(図示されず)が含まれ得る。
従って、下部ループ溝36の1つにより完全にその他の溝が囲まれることになる。あるいは、軸受け32には螺旋ネジ棒24のネジ山23に全体的に垂直な1本の軸棒(あるいは2本の同軸軸棒)上に回転可能に取付けられる唯一の球34が含まれ得る。さらに、球34はそこに螺旋ネジ棒24のネジ山23と回転して噛合する間のそこでの摩耗が防止されるよう、弧状の接触面と関係なく延びる軸棒に回転可能に取付けられるローラーであっても良い。
支持台28は塔14に沿って相互に離れて配置される連続する台容器と滑動可能に噛合するとともに解放されることになる。支持台28の螺旋ネジ棒24のネジ山23との細かい調整は、ネジ山23の接触面52の内側にかつ全体に沿って拡がる弧状の凹み部50と噛合する球34‘、あるいは類似の調整機構によって確保可能となる。
Claims (25)
- ネジ棒軸(26)廻り回転用の可動構成要素(20)に取付け可能な螺旋ネジ棒(24)ならびに構造(22)に取付け可能な複数の支持台(28)が含まれ、前記支持台(28)が該構造(22)に沿って相互に等間隔に配置され、該構造(22)に沿う可動構成要素(20)の可動的支持用の前記螺旋ネジ棒(24)と連続的に噛合し、各前記支持台(28)に可動自由にそこに取り付けられる少なくとも1個の軸受け球(34)が含まれ、前記少なくとも1個の軸受け球(34)がその少なくとも1つの円弧区間(33)にわたり選択的かつ可動的に前記螺旋ネジ棒(24)と噛合し、これによって前記螺旋ネジ棒(24)が前記複数の支持台(28)の少なくとも1台と常時噛合する細長固定構造(22)に沿った可動構成要素(20)移動用の荷重移動装置(10)
- 前記各支持台(28)に複数の軸受け球(34)が含まれ、前記軸受け球(34)が前記支持台(38)内部に形成される閉鎖ループ球経路溝(36)内に位置すると同時に、前記円弧区間(33)の範囲に及ぶその接触部分(46)を定め、該複数軸受け球(34)の少なくとも1個がその前記円弧区間(33)にわたり前記螺旋ネジ棒(24)と連続的かつ可動的に噛合する請求項1の装置(10)

- 前記底壁(48)の前記接触部分(46)がその間に位置する上向斜面区間(40u)および下向斜面区間(40d)によってその残りの部分から一定間隔をおいて配置され、前記上向および下向斜面区間(40u,40d)を伴う前記接触部分(46)により前記閉鎖ループ球経路溝(36)の正面区間(40)が形成される請求項4の装置(10)
- 前記閉鎖ループ球経路溝(36)の前記正面区間(40)内に位置する軸受け球(34)の少なくとも頂部部分が選択的に前記螺旋ネジ棒(24)と接触するように露出した請求項5の装置(10)
- 各前記支持台(28)に下部部分(38)と上部部分(44)が含まれ、前記閉鎖ループ球経路溝(36)が前記下部部分(38)内部に少なくとも部分的に形成され、前記上部部分(44)により前記閉鎖ループ球経路溝(36)が少なくとも部分的に覆われる請求項2から請求項6までのいずれかの請求項の装置(10)
- 前記上部部分(44)が前記複数軸受け球(34)の天候条件に対する保護のために前記下部部分(38)を越えて横方向に拡がる請求項7の装置(10)
- 前記上部部分(44)が前記螺旋ネジ棒(24)の形成ネジ山(82)に追随するように形成される請求項7および請求項8のいずれかの請求項の装置(10)
- さらに作動機構(54,56)が含まれその選択的作動回転用の前記螺旋ネジ棒(24)に接続する請求項1から請求項9までのいずれかの請求項の装置(10)
