Abstract
【手段】ステントは、断面の所定の長さ領域に沿って互いに接続された二つの断面(311,312)を有している。第一のカテーテル(100)は、アイレットを有し、第二のカテーテル(200)は肩部を有している。アイレットが肩部に当接することにより両カテーテルの軸線方向の相互位置が一義的に決定される。

Claims (44)
- 軸と、第一の長さ領域と第二の長さ領域とを含む環状断面とを有する少なくとも一つの第一の筒状部と、
軸を有し、前記第一の筒状部と接続された少なくとも一つの第二の筒状部とを有し、
前記第一の筒状部と前記第二の筒状部との間の接続部が、少なくとも二つのブリッジを含み、前記第一の筒状部の前記環状断面の前記第一の長さ領域に接続され、前記第一の長さ領域が前記第二の長さ領域よりも短く形成され、前記第一の筒状部の前記軸と前記第二の筒状部の前記軸とが相違していることを特徴とする内腔ステント。 - 軸を有し且つ前記第一の筒状部と接続された第三の筒状部を更に有し、前記第一の筒状部と前記第三の筒状部との間の接続部が、少なくとも二つのブリッジを含み、前記第一の筒状部の前記環状断面の前記第一の長さ領域に接続され、前記第一の長さ領域が前記第二の長さ領域よりも短く形成され、前記第一の筒状部の前記軸と前記第三の筒状部の前記軸とが相違している、請求項1に記載のステント。
- 前記第二の筒状部の前記軸と前記第二の筒状部の前記軸とが相違している、請求項2に記載のステント。
- 前記接続部が、前記第一の筒状部の前記環状断面に沿って均一に位置している、請求項1〜3の何れかに記載のステント。
- 前記第一の長さ領域が、前記第二の長さ領域の半分よりも短く形成されている、請求項1〜4の何れかに記載のステント。
- 前記第一の長さ領域が、前記第二の長さ領域の三分の一よりも短く形成されている、請求項1〜5の何れかに記載のステント。
- 前記第一の長さ領域が、前記第二の長さ領域の四分の一よりも短く形成されている、請求項1〜6の何れかに記載のステント。
- 前記複数のブリッジが異なった長さを有している、請求項1〜7の何れかに記載のステント。
- 前記複数のブリッジが異なった材料から作られている、請求項1〜8の何れかに記載のステント。
- 前記複数のブリッジが異なった伸縮性を有している、請求項1〜9の何れかに記載のステント。
- 末端部と、基部端と、ガイドワイヤ用の基部ポートとを有する筒状本体を含み、前記末端部が、バルーンと、ガイドワイヤ用の末端ポートと含み、前記バルーンとの関係で基部方向へ所定の間隔を隔ててアイレットが配置されていることを特徴とする、内腔手術用のカテーテル。
- 前記アイレットが、前記筒状本体に対して側方に配置されている、請求項11に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記アイレットが前記筒状本体と一体に形成されている、請求項11に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記アイレットが前記筒状本体と局所的に平行なx−x軸を有している請求項11に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記アイレットがほぼ非伸縮性のスレッドスロットを含んでいる、請求項11に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記アイレットが前記筒状本体に実質的に固定された長尺なチューブを含んでいる、請求項11に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記チューブが溶接で前記筒状本体に固定されている、請求項16に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記チューブが接着剤で前記筒状本体に固定されている、請求項16に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記チューブと前記筒状本体とが押出し成形により一体のものとして形成されている、請求項16に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記筒状本体と前記アイレットとを同時に取り囲むシースを含んでいる、請求項11に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記チューブがx−x軸線に対して垂直な平面に沿って切断されている、請求項16に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記チューブがx−x軸線に対して湾曲して斜めになった面に沿って切断されている、請求項16に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記ガイドワイヤ用の基部ポートが前記アイレットの近傍に位置している、請求項11に記載のカテーテル。
- 末端部と、基部端部と、ガイドワイヤ用の基部ポートとを備えた筒状本体を有し、前記末端部がガイドワイヤ用の末端ポートと膨張するようになっているバルーンとを有し、前記末端部との関係で基部方向に所定の間隔を隔てて肩部が前記筒状本体に配置されていることを特徴とする、内腔に留置されるカテーテル。
- 前記バルーンが膨張していない時に前記末端部が請求項11に記載のカテーテルの前記アイレットに挿入されるようになっており、前記肩部は請求項11に記載のカテーテルの前記アイレットに挿入されないようになっている、請求項24に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記肩部が、前記筒状本体の外面に対して垂直になった段部を含んでいる、請求項24に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記肩部が、前記肩部の最大径領域を前記筒状本体の外径に接続するテーパー部を含んでいる、請求項24に記載のカテーテル。
- 請求項11〜23の何れかに記載の第一のカテーテルと、マンドレルと、請求項1〜10の何れかに記載のステントとを有する組立体。
- 前記ステントの第一及び第二のステント部が前記第一のカテーテルに嵌め合わされ、前記ステントの第二の部分が前記マンドレルに嵌め合わされている、請求項28に記載の組立体。
- 前記ステントの第一の部分が前記カテーテルに嵌め合わされ、前記ステントの第二の部分が前記マンドレルに嵌め合わされている、請求項28に記載の組立体。
- 前記ステントの第一及び第二の部分が前記第一のカテーテルに嵌め合わされ、前記ステントの第二及び第三の部分が前記マンドレルに嵌め合わされている、請求項28に記載の組立体。
- 請求項11〜23の何れかに記載の第一のカテーテルと、請求項24〜27の何れかに記載の第二のカテーテルと、請求項1〜10の何れかに記載のステントとを有する組立体。
- 前記ステントの前記第一及び第二のステント部が前記第一のカテーテルに嵌め合わされ、前記ステントの第二の部分が前記マンドレルに嵌め合わされている、請求項32に記載の組立体。
- 前記ステントの前記第一の部分が前記第一のカテーテルに嵌め合わされ、前記ステントの前記第二の部分が前記第二のカテーテルに嵌め合わされている、請求項32に記載の組立体。
- 前記ステントの前記第一及び第二の部分が前記第一のカテーテルに嵌め合わされ、前記ステントの前記第二及び第三の部分が前記第二のカテーテルに嵌め合わされている、請求項32に記載の組立体。
- 請求項32に記載の組立体を調製する方法であって、
請求項28に記載の組立体を用意する工程と、
前記第二のカテーテルを用意する工程と、
前記ステントの少なくとも一部を自由なままにしておくように前記マンドレルを取り外す工程と、
前記第二のカテーテルの前記末端部を前記第二のカテーテルの前記アイレットに挿入する工程と、
前記第二のカテーテルの前記末端部を前記ステントの前記自由な部分に挿入する工程と、
前記肩部が前記アイレットと接触するまで、前記第二のカテーテルを前記第一のカテーテルに沿って基部方向へ前進させる工程とを含んでいることと特徴とする、請求項32に記載の組立体の調製方法。 - 前記マンドレルを取り外す前に、前記マンドレルと前記アイレットにスタイレット又はガイドワイヤを挿入し、前記第二のカテーテルの末端部を前記スタイレット又はガイドワイヤに嵌め合わせる、請求項36に記載の方法。
- 血管の狭窄症に冒された分岐部において、請求項32に記載の組立体を使用する方法であって、
分岐部のサイド枝部内に第一のガイドワイヤを留置する工程と、
分岐部の主枝部内に第二のガイドワイヤを留置する工程と、
前記第一のガイドワイヤに前記第一のカテーテルを嵌め合わせる工程と、
前記第二のガイドワイヤに前記第二のカテーテルを嵌め合わせる工程と、
前記バルーンが前記分岐部に到達するまで前記両カテーテルを前記両ガイドワイヤに沿って前進させる工程と、
前記バルーンを膨張させる工程と、
前記バルーンを収縮させる工程と、
前記第二のカテーテルを取り除く工程と、
前記第一のカテーテルを取り除く工程を有することを特徴とする、請求項32に記載の組立体の使用方法。 - 前記バルーンを同時に膨らませる、請求項38に記載の方法。
- 前記第一のバルーンを前記第二のバルーンよりも先に膨らませる、請求項38に記載の方法。
- 血管の狭窄症に冒された分岐部において、請求項37に記載の組立体を使用する方法であって、
分岐部のサイド枝部内に第一のガイドワイヤを留置する工程と、
分岐部の主枝部内に第二のガイドワイヤを留置する工程と、
前記第一のガイドワイヤに前記第一のカテーテルを嵌め合わせる工程と、
前記第二のガイドワイヤに前記第二のカテーテルを嵌め合わせる工程と、
前記バルーンが前記分岐部の前記サイド枝部に到達するまで前記第一のカテーテルを前記第一のガイドワイヤに沿って前進させる工程と、
前記肩部が前記アイレットに当接するまで前記第二のカテーテルを前記第二のガイドワイヤに沿って前進させる工程と、
前記第一のバルーンを膨らませる工程と、
前記第二のバルーンを膨らませる工程と、
前記両バルーンを収縮させる工程と、
前記第二のカテーテルを取り除く工程と、
前記第一のカテーテルを取り除く工程を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項37に記載の組立体の使用方法。 - 前記両バルーンを同時に膨らませる、請求項41に記載の方法。
- 前記第一のバルーンを前記第二のバルーンよりも先に膨らませる、請求項41に記載の方法。
- 血管の狭窄症に冒された分岐部において、請求項37に記載の組立体を使用する方法であって、
分岐部のサイド枝部内に第一のガイドワイヤを留置する工程と、
分岐部の主枝部内に第二のガイドワイヤを留置する工程と、
前記第一のガイドワイヤに前記第一のカテーテルを嵌め合わせる工程と、
前記ガイドワイヤに前記第二のカテーテルを嵌め合わせる工程と、
前記バルーンが前記分岐部の前記サイド枝部に到達するまで前記第一のカテーテルを前記第一のガイドワイヤに沿って前進させる工程と、
前記第一のバルーンを膨らませる工程と、
前記第一のバルーンを収縮させる工程と、
前記肩部が前記アイレットに当接するまで前記第二のカテーテルを前記ガイドワイヤに沿って前進させる工程と、
前記第二のバルーンを膨らませる工程と、
前記第二のバルーンを収縮させる工程と、
前記第二のカテーテルを取り除く工程と、
前記第一のカテーテルを取り除く工程を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項37に記載の組立体の使用方法。
