Abstract
本发明专利为一种新型冠状动脉支架,属于医疗器械领域创新技术。目前上市的冠状动脉支架均是均一的筒状结构,在冠脉分支血管,或分叉血管狭窄需要置入支架时,因结构相对复杂,心脏在不停的跳动等因素,几乎不可能在冠脉分支口部置入支架。带定位环冠脉分支支架主体沿分支导丝走向分支,支架近端的定位环延主支导丝滑向主支;当支架到达主支与分支分叉处,支架主体已经进入分支,而近端因定位环的存在,准确的卡在分叉处,可以准确的把支架定位在分支的口部。该新型支架对分支病变治疗,分叉病变现行治疗技术,将有革新性的改进。
Description
技术领域
本发明专利为一种新型冠状动脉支架,特别涉及冠脉分支病变,分叉病变,需要准确定位情况下置入的冠脉支架。
技术背景
近年来,冠状动脉支架技术已经成为介入治疗的常规技术。但是在冠脉分支血管,或分叉血管需要置入支架时,因结构相对复杂,心脏在不停的跳动等因素,导致精确定位置入支架十分困难。带定位环支架的诞生将彻底改变这个困境,使准确定位和冠状动脉分叉病变的手术方式,发生根本性改变和进步。
发明内容
目前所有上市的冠脉支架都是均一的筒状结构(11),如附图1-6。支架在未扩张时,在冠状动脉内随心跳不停的滑动,无法准确的固定在分支的口部。支架扩张时,会定位在哪里很多时就靠运气了。带定位环冠脉分支支架在支架近端额外增加一个定位环结构(12,14)。该定位环与支架联为一体,环中央留有直径0.4mm孔道(13),允许通过冠脉导丝;定位环为圆环/折叠环(折叠环可被动扩张为直径3.5-4.5mm圆环),当支架主体沿分支导丝滑动,定位环沿主支导斯滑动,到达分叉部位时,支架边缘就被准确的卡在了分叉部位。

具体实施方式
对于单纯冠脉分支病变,选用带定位环(圆环)冠脉分支支架主体延导丝2导入分支,支架近端的定位环通过导丝1滑向主支;当支架到达主支与分支分叉处,支架主体已经进入分支,而近端因定位环的存在,准确的卡在分叉处,不能前进,从而可以准确的把支架定位在分支的口部(图7)。当分支支架充分扩张后,撤出分支内的球囊,及导丝1和导丝2,完成手术。若是分支与主支都需要处理的病变,选用折叠环冠脉分支支架。主支延主支导丝1进入另一球囊,按照主支直径扩张定位环到主支直径。然后在主支内,通过已经扩张的定位环,置入主支支架,完成分叉病变的支架置入(图8)。
Claims (2)
1.一种冠状动脉介入治疗时,分支血管专用支架。其特征在于支架近端增加定位环,(1)定位环位于支近端;(2)定位环与支架连为一体;(3)定位环未打开时,中心留有孔道,允许通过较细导丝;(4)定位环为圆环/折叠环,折叠环可被动扩张为直径3.5-4.5mm圆环。
2.权利要求1支架主体结构外,附加定位环(圆环/折叠型定位环)。2定位环带有孔道,可通过导丝。3折叠型定位环可以被动扩张。
