Claims (11)
- 1つもしくはそれ以上の精油所プロセスの金属学に対する精油所供給原料の腐食作用を評価する方法において、
(i)複数の精油所供給原料、1つの精油所供給原料の複数のフラクションおよび複数の精油所供給原料の複数のフラクションの少なくとも1つを供給し、
(ii)精油所に存在する金属学の代表である複数の金属試料を含むアレイを供給し、
(iii)複数の金属試料のそれぞれを1つもしくはそれ以上の異なる精油所供給原料もしくはフラクションと非静的条件下で接触させ、前記異なる精油所供給原料もしくはフラクションのそれぞれが1つの前記金属試料と接触され、および
(iv)金属試料に対する前記供給原料および/またはフラクションの腐食作用を決定し、
工程(iii)の各接触を並列で行う
ことを特徴とする評価方法。 - 精油所供給原料を原油、合成原油、バイオ成分、中間流、たとえば残油、ガス油、減圧ガス油、ナフサもしくは熱分解原料、および前記成分の1つもしくはそれ以上のブレンドから選択する請求項1に記載の方法。
- 精油所に存在する金属学の代表である金属試料を炭素鋼、クロム鋼および/またはステンレス鋼から選択する請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 金属試料のミクロ加工アレイを使用して行う請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 1つもしくはそれ以上の精油所供給原料の複数のフラクションを、ミクロ蒸留カラムもしくはミクロフラクショネータの使用により得る請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 精油所供給原料を分割して複数の部分(すなわち複数の金属試料のそれぞれにつき1つ)を生成させ、ここで各部分を処理して金属試料と接触させるための特定沸点範囲を有するフラクションを生成させる請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 工程(iii)の非静的条件が金属試料を精油所供給原料および/またはフラクションと可変流動条件、可変剪断条件および/または可変温度条件の下で接触させることを含む請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 金属試料がワイヤ、薄いシートもしくはメッシュの形態である請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 金属試料の温度を抵抗加熱により調節すると共に監視する請求項8に記載の方法。
- 精油所供給原料および/またはフラクションを複数の抵抗加熱金属ワイヤもしくはメッシュ試料にわたり流動させると共に、経時的に抵抗変化を測定して前記金属試料の腐食速度を決定する請求項9に記載の方法。
- 腐食作用を、溶液における腐食金属の濃度を測定することにより測定する請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
