Description
(i)精油所供給原料を供給し;
(ii)前記精油所供給原料を処理して、それぞれ興味ある精油所プロセスのための典型的供給原料の代表である複数のフラクションを生成させ、前記複数のフラクションは種々異なる性質を有する少なくとも2つのフラクションからなり;
(iii)複数のフラクションのそれぞれを精油所プロセスにおける条件の代表である実験条件下で処理し、前記処理を実質的に並列で行い;
(iv)精油所プロセスにつき各フラクションに関する1つもしくはそれ以上の性能基準を決定する
ことを特徴とする。
Claims (18)
- 精油所プロセスに対する精油所供給原料の効果の評価方法において:
(i)精油所供給原料を供給し;
(ii)前記精油所供給原料を処理して、それぞれ興味ある精油所プロセスにつき典型的な供給原料の代表である複数のフラクションを生成させ、前記複数のフラクションは種々異なる性質を持った少なくとも2つのフラクションからなり;
(iii)複数のフラクションのそれぞれを精油所プロセスにおける条件の代表である実験条件下で処理し、前記処理は実質的に並列方式で行い;
(iv)精油所プロセスの各フラクションに関し1つもしくはそれ以上の性能基準を決定する
ことを特徴とする評価方法。 - 精油所供給原料が原油、合成原油、バイオ成分、中間流、たとえば残油、ガス油、減圧ガス油、ナフサもしくは熱分解原料または前記各成分の1つもしくはそれ以上の配合物である請求項1に記載の方法。
- 複数のフラクションが少なくとも7個のこの種のフラクションからなる請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 精油所プロセスが非触媒の精油所プロセスであって原油脱塩、原油蒸留、減圧蒸留、膜抽出、溶剤抽出、熱分解(たとえばビスブレーキング)およびガス化から選択され;または触媒による精油所プロセスであって水添処理、選択的水添処理、異性化、芳香族飽和、水添異性化、水添熱分解、水素化、接触熱分解、コンビ熱分解、リホーミング、イソ脱蝋、スイートニング、脱アルキル化、アルキル交換、エステル化、OATS、接触脱水素化、C3もしくはC4オレフィン二量化、MTBE、Isal、アルキル化およびオクトゲインから選択される請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 精油所プロセスが触媒プロセスであり、更に工程(iii)には前記精油所プロセスにつき公知触媒のスペクトルを網羅するよう選択された複数の異なる触媒が供給される請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 精油所プロセスが触媒プロセスであり、工程(iii)には触媒の複数が全て同じ触媒からなる複数の触媒を供給する請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 工程(iii)には少なくとも7つ、好ましくは少なくとも20の触媒を供給する請求項5または6に記載の方法。
- 工程(ii)にて複数のフラクションを精油所供給原料の全体の処理により生成させる所望の性質を有する単一フラクションを生成させ、次いでこれをそれぞれ所望の性質を有する複数のフラクションに分割する請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 精油所供給原料を最初に2つもしくはそれ以上の部分を生成するよう分割し、各部分を処理して所望の性質を有するフラクションを生成させる請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 工程(ii)にて評価すべき精油所供給原料の処理が、種々異なる性質の複数のフラクションを初期精油所供給原料の部分と異なる他の精油所供給原料とのおよび/または他の精油所供給原料との異なる比率における配合により生成させることを含む請求項9に記載の方法。
- 工程(ii)にて評価すべき精油所供給原料の処理が、規定の沸点範囲を有する各フラクションを得るためミクロ蒸留カラムもしくはミクロフラクショネータを使用することからなる請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 精油所供給原料の処理が、加熱ミクロオシレータを使用する加熱からなる請求項11に記載の方法。
- 工程(iii)における処理を慣用の精油所プロセスにおける条件の代表である条件にて行う請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 本発明の工程(iv)が触媒寿命、触媒活性、触媒選択性、触媒安定性、エネルギー効率、所望生成物収率および生成物品質(各精油所プロセスにつき供給原料に対する)から選択される1つもしくはそれ以上の性能基準を決定する請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 精油所プロセスに対する精油所供給原料の作用の評価が、たとえば工程(ii)で生成される複数のフラクションの沸点範囲および/または工程(iii)におけるプロセス条件のような諸性質を変化させることを含む請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 連続方式にて行う請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- プロセスを、2つもしくはそれ以上の精油所プロセスに対する精油所供給原料の効果を同時に評価するよう適用する請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 精油所供給原料を、精油所にて直列に操作されるプロセスに対し評価する請求項17に記載の方法。
