Abstract
Description

本願は、現在米国特許第6509588号として発行されている2000年11月3日出願の米国特許出願第09/706519号の分割出願である、現在米国特許第6709946号として発行されている2002年11月19日出願の米国特許出願第10/299234号の分割出願である、2004年3月18日出願の米国特許出願第10/804288号の一部継続出願であり、それらの明細書を本明細書に援用する。
図13は本発明の1つまたは複数の教示を組み入れたコンデンサ用の多数の用途の1つ、すなわち埋込み可能な心臓モニタまたは装置700を示す。本明細書中で用いられる場合、埋込み可能な心臓モニタには、心筋に治療的な刺激を行う任意の適した埋込み可能なデバイスを含む。したがって、例えば、この用語にはペースメーカー、除細動器、電気除細動器、うっ血性心不全治療デバイス、これらの組合せまたは置換を含む。

Claims (32)
- カソード層の各々の上のカソード接続部材がアノード層の各々の上のアノード接続部材の上に少なくとも部分的に重なるように、複数のカソード層と複数のアノード層を積層する工程と、
前記カソード接続部材を前記アノード接続部材と共に接続する工程と、
前記カソード層から前記アノード層を電気的に絶縁する工程とを含む方法。 - 電気的に絶縁する工程は、前記アノード層各々の前記アノード接続部材の一部を除去する工程を含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 電気的に絶縁する工程は、前記カソード接続部材と前記アノード接続部材の共通に位置決めされた部分の少なくとも一部を除去する工程を含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 電気的に絶縁する工程は、前記アノード接続部材と前記カソード接続部材の各々の共通して位置決めされた部分をレーザ切断する工程を含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 接続工程は、連続的な接続工程中に接続する工程を含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 接続工程は、途切れのない接続工程を用いて、前記アノード接続部材の各々の遠位部分の1つまたは複数の縁部を前記カソード接続部材の各々の遠位部分の1つまたは複数の縁部に接続する工程を含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記カソード接続部材の前記遠位区間が前記アノード接続部材の前記遠位区間の上に少なくとも部分的に重なるように、遠位区間と近位区間を有するアノード接続部材および遠位区間と近位区間を有するカソード接続部材を位置決めする工程と、
前記アノード接続部材と前記カソード接続部材を接続する工程と、
前記アノード接続部材の前記近位区間が前記カソード接続部材の前記近位区間から電気的に絶縁されるように、前記アノード接続部材と前記カソード接続部材との間の接続部に分離を形成する工程とを含む方法。 - 位置決め工程は、前記カソード接続部材の前記遠位区間が前記アノード接続部材の前記遠位区間全体の上に重ならないように、前記アノード接続部材と前記カソード接続部材を位置決めする工程をさらに含む請求項7に記載の方法。
- 接続工程は、前記アノード接続部材の前記遠位区間と、前記カソード接続部材の前記遠位区間とを接続する工程を含む請求項7に記載の方法。

- 前記カソード層の各々の上のカソード接続部材が前記アノード層の各々の上のアノード接続部材に少なくとも部分的に重なるように、複数のカソード層と複数のアノード層を積層する工程と、
前記カソード接続部材を前記アノード接続部材と共に接続する工程と、
前記カソード層から前記アノード層を電気的に絶縁する工程とを含む方法によって形成されたコンデンサ積層体を有するコンデンサ。 - 電気的に絶縁する工程は、前記アノード層の各々のアノード接続部材の一部を除去する工程を含む請求項16の方法によって形成されるコンデンサ。
- 電気的に絶縁する工程は、前記カソード接続部材と前記アノード接続部材の共通に位置決めされた部分の少なくとも一部を除去する工程を含む請求項16の方法によって形成されるコンデンサ。
