Abstract
【解決手段】 アクチュエータ2に連なる一対の給排通路Y、Zを、切換スプール挿通孔7に形成され且つ圧油通路S、Vと戻り油通路Q、Wとの何れか一方に選択的に連通される状態と中立状態とを取り得る一対の油溜り部(A、B、C)、(F、G、H)に、一対の延出通路a、bを介して連通可能として、一対の給排通路Y、Zと、一対の延出通路a、bとのそれぞれの接続部(I、J)、(K、L)に、ノンリーク弁12を設け、ノンリーク弁12は、ポンプPの作動開始時に開弁すし、ポンプPの作動中に開弁を維持し、ポンプPの非作動時に閉弁するように構成される。

Claims (5)
- アクチュエータに連なる一対の給排通路と、ポンプに連なる圧油通路と、タンクに連なる戻り油通路と、ハウジングに形成され且つ上記各通路がそれぞれ連通される切換スプール挿通孔と、該切換スプール挿通孔に液密に挿通されて所望の油通路を形成するための切換スプール弁とを備えた油圧制御装置において、
上記一対の給排通路を、上記切換スプール挿通孔に形成され且つ上記圧油通路と戻り油通路との何れか一方に選択的に連通される状態と中立状態とを取り得る一対の油溜り部に、一対の延出通路を介して連通可能として、上記一対の給排通路と、上記一対の延出通路とのそれぞれの接続部に、上記切換スプール挿通孔側への戻り油の流通を阻止すべく閉弁するノンリーク弁を設け、該ノンリーク弁は、上記ポンプの作動開始時に開弁すると共に、上記ポンプの作動中に開弁を維持し、且つ上記ポンプの非作動時に閉弁するように構成されていることを特徴とする油圧制御装置。 - 上記ノンリーク弁は、上記ポンプの作動開始時に該ポンプから送給される圧油により開方向に移動して開弁すると共に、上記ポンプの作動中に上記圧油により開弁を維持し、且つ上記ポンプの非作動時に上記圧油の送給停止により閉方向に移動して閉弁するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の油圧制御装置。
- 上記切換スプール弁が組み込まれるハウジングと、上記ノンリーク弁が組み込まれるハウジングとが、別体として形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の油圧制御装置。
- 上記ノンリーク弁は、上記一対の給排通路と上記一対の延出通路とのそれぞれの接続部を同時に開閉する単一のノンリーク用スプール弁であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の油圧制御装置。
- 上記ノンリーク弁は、上記一対の給排通路と上記一対の延出通路とのそれぞれの接続部を同時に且つ個々に開閉する一対のノンリーク用逆止弁であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の油圧制御装置。
