Description

The present invention relates to an underwear for reducing skin pruritus, and more particularly, to an underwear that can reduce skin pruritus caused by skin diseases such as atopic dermatitis and allergic dermatitis.

Itching is an important symptom in many skin diseases, and particularly in diseases such as atopic dermatitis, scratching behavior is induced by a severe itching sensation. For this reason, it is easy to fall into a vicious circle in which the inflammation of the skin worsens and the itch becomes worse, and there are cases in which it interferes with life such as sleep disorders. In addition, the skin barrier may be destroyed by scratching behavior, and secondary diseases such as infection may occur. Therefore, suppressing itching is extremely important in the treatment of skin diseases such as atopic dermatitis.

Steroids are generally used as therapeutic agents for skin diseases such as atopic dermatitis, but steroids have problems of side effects such as skin atrophy and capillary vasodilation. Has been done. However, a safe and effective therapeutic agent has not yet been marketed.

Therefore, there has been a demand for means that is highly safe and that can effectively relieve pruritus caused by atopic dermatitis.

This invention is made | formed in view of the said situation, and makes it a subject to provide the underwear which can reduce the pruritus feeling of a skin disease patient by wearing.

As a result of intensive studies to solve the above problems, the present inventors have found that it is possible to reduce itch caused by skin diseases by wearing an undergarment dyed with a turmeric extract, and have completed the present invention. .

That is, the present invention is an underwear for reducing skin pruritus, comprising a fiber material dyed with a turmeric extract.

By wearing the undergarment of the present invention, itching can effectively relieve pruritus associated with skin diseases such as atopic dermatitis. Therefore, the quality of life (QOL; Quality Of) of patients such as improvement of sleep can be safely achieved. Life) can be improved and deterioration of symptoms can be prevented.

The underwear of this invention is comprised from the fiber material dye | stained with the turmeric extract.

Turmeric (Curcuma Longa.L) used in the present invention is a perennial herb of the family Ginger, and both turmeric (autumn turmeric) and gypsophila (spring turmeric) can be used. The turmeric extract used in the present invention can be obtained by immersing the turmeric rhizome in an appropriate solvent and extracting the turmeric extract at 60 to 100 ° C. for about 20 to 60 minutes. Turmeric rhizomes may be used as they are, but may be sliced or pulverized to an appropriate size for extraction, or dried and pulverized into powder. Of these, powder is preferable because of its high extraction efficiency. As a solvent for extracting turmeric, water, a solvent such as ethanol, propylene glycol, or the like can be used. However, water may be used due to the possibility of skin irritation caused by the remaining solvent. The amount of turmeric used for extraction is usually 1 to 10 parts, preferably 2 to 6 parts, with respect to 100 parts by mass of solvent (hereinafter simply referred to as “parts”) in the case of powder. Further, the amount of turmeric with respect to 100 parts of the fabric to be dyed is usually 70 to 120 parts, preferably 90 to 120 parts in the case of powder.

Moreover, since turmeric can further increase the effect of reducing pruritus by fermentation treatment, it is preferable to use turmeric that has been subjected to fermentation treatment. Turmeric fermentation treatment can be performed according to a known method, for example, a method described in JP-A-2004-345986 can be used. Moreover, since fermented turmeric powder (made by Ryukyu BioResource Co., Ltd.) is commercially available as fermented turmeric powder, it can also be used.

The fiber material constituting the fiber material used in the present invention is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include natural fibers such as cotton, hemp, silk and wool, and synthetic fibers such as rayon, but are easily dyed with a turmeric extract. From the viewpoint of sheath skin irritation, natural fibers are preferable, and organically cultivated cotton (organic cotton) is particularly preferable. Examples of the form of the fiber material include yarns, woven fabrics, knitted fabrics, non-woven fabrics, felts, and the like manufactured by a conventional method using these fibers. In addition, this fabric includes those that have been sewn in the form of underwear.

Although it does not specifically limit as a method of dyeing | staining the said fiber material with an above-described turmeric extract, A fiber material is 60-100 degreeC in about 10-40 mass times turmeric extract with respect to a fiber material. And may be immersed for about 8 to 15 hours. Further, as a pretreatment for dyeing, it is preferable to dye the fiber material after scouring it by a conventional method to remove impurities.

In dyeing the fiber material, a mordanting treatment can be performed. The mordanting treatment may be either pre-morning performed before dyeing or post-mordanting performed after dyeing. Examples of the mordant used for the mordant treatment include a titanium mordant, an aluminum mordant, and an acid mordant. Examples of the titanium mordant include titanium sulfate and the like, examples of the aluminum mordant include alum, aluminum oxide, and aluminum chloride. Examples of the acid mordant include citric acid, ume vinegar, and glacial acetic acid. The amount of these mordants used varies depending on the type of mordant, but is usually 5 to 40 parts, preferably 10 to 30 parts, relative to 100 parts of the fabric. In the mordanting treatment, such an amount of mordant is dissolved in about 10 to 40 times the mass of the fiber material, and the fiber material is immersed in the fiber material at 34 to 50 ° C. for about 8 to 12 hours.

The fiber material dyed with the turmeric extract is washed with water and dried as appropriate, and when the fiber material is a thread or an unsewn fabric, knitting, weaving, sewing, etc. are performed according to a conventional method to produce an underwear. The In this specification, the underwear means a textile product that comes into direct contact with the skin, and specifically includes T-shirts, underwear, gloves, socks, pajamas, sheets, mufflers, scarves, masks, etc. Among them, T-shirts, underwear, pajamas, and the like are preferable because they are highly effective in reducing pruritus. The fiber material dye | stained with the turmeric extract should just be used for all or one part of these underwear.

Thus, the underwear of this invention obtained can reduce the pruritus feeling accompanying a skin disease by wearing.

EXAMPLES Next, although an Example is given and this invention is demonstrated in more detail, this invention is not restrict | limited at all by these Examples.
