Abstract
【解決手段】診断用イメージング・システム(10)を用いて画像のコントラスト変化を評価する方法(60)を提供する。方法(60)は、器官又は組織の生画像データを取得するステップと、作用物質の到達の前に取得された生画像データに基づいてデータのベースラインを算出するステップと、ベースラインと比較した生画像データの変化に基づいて作用物質の信号強度の変化を決定するステップ(74)とを含んでいる。作用物質は、イメージング剤、造影剤、生物医学的薬剤、穿刺針、カテーテル及び生物医学的装置(50)等であってよい。

Claims (10)
- 診断用イメージング・システム(10)を用いて画像のコントラスト変化を決定する方法(60)であって、
少なくとも一つの器官及び組織の生画像データであって、少なくとも容積測定データ集合を含む生画像データを取得するステップと、
作用物質の到達の前に取得された前記生画像データに基づいて前記容積測定データについてのベースラインを算出するステップと、
前記ベースラインと比較した前記生画像データの変化に基づいて前記作用物質の信号強度の変化を決定するステップ(74)と
を備えた方法(60)。 - 前記生画像データは、三次元単心搏時相データ集合、三次元多心搏時相データ集合、三次元多時相データ集合、投影データ、投影データ対、共役投影データ、較正済み生データ及びサイノグラム・データの少なくとも一つを含んでいる、請求項1に記載の方法(60)。
- 前記信号強度への変化(74)は、統計的測定値、前記作用物質の形状、前記作用物質により発生される雑音パターン、前記作用物質の流量、及び前記作用物質により生ずるX線の減弱の少なくとも一つに基づく前記生データの変化に基づいている、請求項1に記載の方法(60)。
- 前記作用物質は、イメージング剤、造影剤、生物医学的薬剤、穿刺針、カテーテル及び生物医学的装置(50)の少なくとも一つを含んでいる、請求項1に記載の方法(60)。
- 統計的測定値、前記器官又は組織を流れる前記造影剤の形状、前記器官又は組織の内部での前記造影剤の減弱、前記造影剤の流量、前記造影剤の部分的閉塞、身体部分による前記造影剤の遮断、前記造影剤の部分的閉塞、及び前記造影剤の遮断の少なくとも一つに基づいて、前記作用物質の流動特性及び灌流特性の少なくとも一方を決定するステップをさらに含んでおり、前記作用物質は、造影剤、イメージング剤及び生物医学的薬剤の少なくとも一つである、請求項1に記載の方法(60)。
- 前記作用物質の前記器官全体にわたる除去、前記作用物質の全器官的取り込み、前記作用物質の局部的取り込み、前記作用物質の局部的洗い流し、前記作用物質の局部的蓄積、前記作用物質の局部的残留性、前記作用物質の局部的除去、前記作用物質の全器官的洗い流し、複数の相にわたる前記組織における前記作用物質の除去、前記組織における前記作用物質の分布の少なくとも一つを決定するように前記生画像データを処理するステップをさらに含んでおり、前記作用物質は、造影剤、イメージング剤及び生物医学的薬剤の少なくとも一つである、請求項1に記載の方法(60)。
- 前記信号強度の変化(74)は、前記データ集合のさらに高い時間分解能を生成する統計的変化により決定される、請求項1に記載の方法(60)。
- 前記信号強度(74)は一定範囲の投影角度について実時間で更新される、請求項2に記載の方法(60)。
- 前記投影データの動的変化を決定するために強調後の画像をベースライン画像と比較するステップをさらに含んでおり、前記強調後の画像(72)は、イメージング強化剤を含む前記器官及び前記組織の少なくとも一方の前記取得されたビューに基づいており、前記ベースライン画像は、イメージング強化剤を含まない前記器官及び前記組織の少なくとも一つの取得されたビューに基づいている、請求項2に記載の方法(60)。
- 投影データの動的変化に基づいてボーラス(70)通過時間及びボーラス(70)流速の少なくとも一方を決定するステップをさらに含んでいる請求項10に記載の方法(60)。
