Description

The present invention relates to a pants-type article.

In a pant-type article such as a pant-type diaper, a pant-type diaper cover, or a shorts-type napkin, an elastic gather is usually formed around the waist in order to generate a tightening force when the pant-type article is worn and to fix it stably. In general gathers, a string-like elastic material is bonded to a sheet material in an expanded state. By contracting this stretchable material into a natural shape, a tightening force around the waist can be obtained.
A pants-type disposable diaper is disclosed in which gathering is used to adjust the diaper mounting tightening force and the waist opening tightening force of a predetermined region to suppress the diaper slippage (patent document). 1). However, in the conventional gathers, the elastic member is usually bonded to the sheet material over the whole, and the expansion / contraction force is largely restricted by the sheet material. Gathered wrinkles are short, irregular and discontinuous.
On the other hand, a stretchable strip is provided between a pair of nonwoven sheets of the inner sheet and the outer sheet, and the outer sheet and the strip are partially bonded and fixed at a plurality of positions. An adult diaper is disclosed that has a valley in the valley and undulates in the waistline direction (see Patent Document 2). Here, the belt-like stretchable member is intermittently spread and fixed to the sheet material throughout the entire area, and the stretchability is limited in the same manner as the gather structure.
On the other hand, an elastic composite sheet member provided without fixing an elastic body between two sheets has been disclosed recently (see Patent Document 3). An example of effectively applying this member to a three-dimensional article is as follows. Absent.

An object of the present invention is to provide a pant-type article that prevents slipping off without overtightening the stomach and provides a stable fixed wearing state. Another object of the present invention is to provide an easy-to-wear pant-type article that maintains the above-described excellent wearability and has a softer skin contact and good breathability.

The present invention is a pant-type article provided with a waist opening and a pair of leg openings in an outer package, wherein the outer package is joined by two joints provided intermittently, A plurality of elastic members disposed in a non-joined portion between the sheet materials and capable of extending and contracting independently of the two sheet materials, and located below the waist region including the waist opening and the waist region In the iliac region, the elastic members are arranged substantially parallel to each other in the direction of tightening around the waist when the elastic member contracts, and the joints provided in the waist region are arranged in an orthogonal lattice pattern with respect to the elastic members And the said objective is achieved by the underpants type | mold article which made the junction part provided in the said iliac area | region the houndstooth check arrangement | sequence with respect to the said elastic member.

The pant-type article of the present invention can prevent slippage without overtightening the stomach, and can realize a stable fixed wearing state at a desired position around the waist. In addition, the pant-type article of the present invention has the excellent effect of realizing a good comfort while maintaining the above-mentioned excellent wearability, further softening the skin, and having high breathability to prevent moisture and stuffiness.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view schematically showing an infant diaper as an embodiment of a pant-type article of the present invention in a mounted state. The diaper 10 of this embodiment has a waist opening 1 and a pair of left and right leg openings 4. And it has the inner sheet | seat 2 and the outer sheet | seat 3 which make an outer package, and this outer package is joined by the side seal part 5, and is made into the underpants shape.
Here, considering the function of the diaper, the diaper 10 of the present embodiment will be described by dividing it into four regions. That is, the surface formed by the edge of the waist opening 1 is generally translated in the body height direction (Y direction) and functionally divided into a waist region 11, an iliac region 12, a waist region 13, and a thigh region 14. The regions 11 to 13 may be collectively referred to as a waist region 16. In the present invention, “tightening around the waist” means tightening over the entire region 16 around the waist and tightening only one of the regions 11 to 13 or a part of each region. Used to include.

In the waist region 11, linear inner ridges 2 a and outer ridges 3 a having a length in the height direction (Y direction) are formed on the inner sheet material 2 and the outer sheet material 3, respectively. The pair of flanges 2a and 3a face each other to form a cylindrical hole. In this embodiment, the cylindrical hole is continuously provided over the entire circumference of the waist region 11. The iliac region 12 below the waist region 11 is provided with an inner fold 2b (not shown) and an outer fold 3b that meander irregularly. The characteristics of these wrinkles will be further described in detail with reference to FIG.

FIG. 2 is an enlarged perspective view showing the periphery of the region II in FIG. In the figure, a part of the waist region 11 and the iliac region 12 are shown. In the present embodiment, a plurality of elastic members 24 are disposed between the inner sheet 2 and the outer sheet 3, and the elastic members 24 are disposed in parallel to each other in the tightening direction (X direction) around the waist. . In the present invention, the form of the elastic member is not particularly limited. In addition to a long elastic member as shown in the drawing, short elastic members may be intermittently connected. It is preferable that the elastic members are continuous so as to form an orthogonal lattice arrangement or a staggered lattice arrangement of the portions, and in particular, the above-described long elastic member as illustrated is preferable. The two sheets 2 and 3 are intermittently joined by the joining portion 21 (in the present invention, when referred to as the joining portion 21, the joining portion 21 a located at the edge, the joining portion 21 b forming an orthogonal lattice arrangement, and the staggered pattern) (It is used to generically refer to the joints 21c in a lattice arrangement and other joints.) Here, the elastic member 24 is arranged in a non-joined portion between both sheets, and is in a state where it can expand and contract independently of both sheets. Therefore, an excessive increase in rigidity can be prevented with respect to a normal gather obtained by integrally joining the sheet material and the elastic member, and flexible deformation of the heel is promoted with respect to an external force. Further, the volume is increased in the thickness direction of the sheet material, and the touch when touching the heel is soft and the touch is good.

Furthermore, since both the sheet materials 2 and 3 are joined intermittently, the usage-amount of an adhesive agent can be reduced. In particular, if the bonding of the two sheet materials 2 and 3 is heat-sealed, the effect of reducing the amount of adhesive used becomes even more remarkable. In addition, since the number of materials can be reduced and the number of processing steps can be reduced in the manufacturing process, the manufacturing process can be made more efficient. Furthermore, since there are few hot melt parts, it is excellent in air permeability and moisture permeability when it is made into a product.

Here, regarding the waist region 11, in the illustrated example, the joining portions 21 b forming an orthogonal lattice arrangement are arranged in an orthogonal lattice arrangement with respect to the long elastic member 24. In the present invention, the term “orthogonal lattice-like arrangement” means that the joining portions 21b have a plurality of rows parallel to the elastic member, and the pitches of the joining portions in each joining portion row substantially coincide with each other. In other words, the substantially coincidence of the joint pitches means that the images of the joints overlap at substantially the same position when the joints of the joint rows are projected in a direction orthogonal to the elastic member. . However, as long as the good linear ridges 2a and 3a are maintained, a joint omission part 63 (see FIG. 6) that does not provide a joint part may be provided.

In the present embodiment, since the joint portions 21b are arranged in an orthogonal lattice shape as described above, the joint portions 21b perpendicular to the long elastic members form a row and become the seal line 23, and when the elastic member 24 contracts, the seal The inner ridge 2a and the outer ridge 3a are deformed by drawing a gentle arc in opposite directions with the line 23 as a trough, forming a pair of ridges facing each other. And this opposing rod forms the cylindrical structure holding a hole. At this time, it is preferable that a substantially circular opening end 202 is formed in the waist opening 1. In the present invention, “substantially circular” is used to mean not only perfect circles and ellipses but also rectangles and rhombuses as long as the shape is closed by a gentle curve. In order to form such an open end, it is preferable to provide the edge joint portion 21a by joining the base portions on both sides of the edge portions of the opposing pair of flanges 2a and 3a.

By connecting the holes of the cylindrical structure as described above, for example, when an infant wears a diaper and the abdominal circumference changes due to posture or breathing, the shape changes, and the arrow 201 or its Air enters and exits in the opposite direction. As a result, it is possible to realize a comfortable comfort by ventilating as if the diaper breathes due to the exercise of the wearer or the like. Further, the cylindrical hole formed in the waist region 11 is an irregularly serpentine hole formed by the meandering ridges 2b and 3b (not shown) formed in the iliac region 12 positioned below the hole. Connected to. That is, a space is continuously held between the sheets 2 and 3 over the waist region 11 and the iliac region 12, and air permeability is ensured in the entire region. Furthermore, it is preferable to arrange an elastic member and a joint so that a hole structure is also formed in the waist region 13 below the iliac region 12 (see FIG. 1), so that a wider area can be obtained. Good air permeability can be achieved.

Further, the inner heel 2a of the waist region 11 forms a gap with respect to the skin surface 205 that abuts (see FIG. 2), and the air flow of the arrow 203 or vice versa is obtained. Further, when the outer heel 3a wears a garment (not shown) on the pant-type article, a gap is formed between the outer heel 3a and the garment 3a to cause an air flow. As a result, it is possible to effectively release not only the inside of the diaper envelope but also the sweat that is directly radiated from the skin and moisture generated between it and clothes, protecting the infant's skin from stuffiness and touch. can do.
In the present embodiment, as described above, the heels 2a and 3a provided in the waist region 11 are long and continuous in the body height direction (Y direction), and a large number of them are arranged in parallel. This is something that could not be done with conventional gathers that are finely irregular and wrinkled, and can give an elegant appearance.

In the iliac region 12 in the present embodiment, the joints 21 c forming a staggered grid are arranged in a staggered pattern with respect to the long elastic member 24. In the present invention, the staggered array refers to an array in which the joint portions 21c are arranged in parallel with the elastic member and the pitch of the joint portions in each example is shifted. Here, the arrangement in which the joint pitch is shifted is, in other words, an arrangement in which the projected images of the joints do not coincide when the joints 21c in each row are projected in a direction orthogonal to the elastic member.
At this time, as shown in FIG. 2, the staggered array preferably has a joint pitch that coincides with every other row of the joint rows parallel to the long elastic member. In other words, it is preferable that the projected images of the joint portions 21c in each row are substantially coincided with every other row of the joint portion rows when projected in a direction orthogonal to the elastic member.
Further, it is more preferable to shift the joint line between adjacent joint lines by approximately a half pitch. In other words, it is more preferable that the projected images are arranged approximately in the middle between adjacent joint rows.

As described above, the wrinkles formed on the inner sheet material 2 and the outer sheet material 3 when the elastic member 24 contracts by providing the joining portions 21c in a staggered pattern with respect to the elastic member 24 are described above. As shown, the ridges 2b (not shown) and 3b appear to meander irregularly. In FIG. 2, the meandering rod 3 b is shown in a gentle meandering state. However, by adjusting the distance between the elastic member 24 and the joint 21 c and the contraction force of the elastic member 24, the meandering can be further increased. Can meander. Therefore, the appearance is not uniform, but for example, it has a soft concavo-convex appearance like a “clothing” of Japanese cloth, unlike the irregular and fine “wrinkle eyes” of conventional gathers, and the skin contact is also soft. It gives a gentle touch. In addition, since the squeezed serpentine folds are formed on both sides of the outer sheet 3 and the inner sheet 2 in the iliac region 12, as described above, holes are held between the two sheets and air permeability is obtained.

Since the wrinkles formed in the iliac region 12 meander irregularly, the frictional force with the skin in the height direction (Y direction) is larger than the straight wrinkles in the waist region 11. By disposing the portion having the large frictional force on the hard portion where the iliac bone protrudes in the human body as will be described later, the effect of preventing slippage is effectively exhibited. In the present invention, the tightening force around the waist in the iliac region 12 is preferably larger than the tightening force in the waist region 11 or the waist region 13. As a result, the human body is not tightened too much in the soft part around the waist, and the infant does not feel painful even when worn for a long time. On the other hand, it is possible to realize a highly reliable wearability that does not fall off due to exercise or the like, and the excretion of the excrement is less likely to occur.

The tightening pressure around the waist in the iliac region 12 is not particularly limited, but is preferably 1.1 to 2.5 kPa, more preferably 1.1 to 2.0 kPa, and 1.2 to 1.8 kPa. It is particularly preferable that The tightening pressure of the iliac region 12 is preferably 0.3 to 1.0 kPa higher than the tightening pressure of the waist region 11 or the waist region 13, and more preferably 0.5 to 1.0 kPa. The tightening pressure of the waist region 11 and the waist region 13 is not particularly limited, but is preferably 0.3 to 1.5 kPa, more preferably 0.4 to 1.2 kPa, and 0.4 to 1. Particularly preferred is 0 kPa.

In the present invention, the tightening pressure around the waist can be measured as follows. That is, a cylinder is inserted from the waist opening 1 of the diaper 10, and the mounting pressure is measured by positioning the center of the air pack of the mounting pressure measuring device in a predetermined region. Measurement is performed at equal intervals in the circumferential direction, for example, at 10 points, and the average value is used as the tightening pressure of the region (the position of the edge of the ventral waist opening and the edge of the back waist opening) If the position is shifted, the position closest to the end of the region where the ventral side and the back side overlap is the waist opening.)
The tightening around the waist can be controlled, for example, by adjusting the material of the elastic member, the thickness, the elongation rate, or the arrangement interval.

Here, the range of the iliac region 12 will be described in more detail. FIG. 3 is an explanatory view showing the iliac bone, and FIG. 4 is a side view of the infant for explaining the positional relationship of the iliac region with respect to the human body (in this figure, the infant is illustrated as an example. Even if it is an adult, the positional relationship to the human skeleton is common.) In the present invention, the iliac region 12 corresponds to a range including a portion extending from the upper anterior iliac spine 91 to the iliac crest 92 for the human body. More specifically, the iliac region 12 has a waist line (X direction) passing through the iliac crest apex 92a as an upper boundary line and a waist line passing through the upper anterior iliac spine 91 as a lower boundary line. Corresponds to the range including the width 95.

The specific length of the width 95 is not constant because it varies depending on the wearer's age (infant to adult) and physique, but for infants, for example, the width 95 is preferably 15 to 35 mm, and preferably 20 to 35 mm. It is more preferable that the thickness is 25 to 30 mm. At this time, as the iliac region 12, it is preferable that the joint portions 21 are arranged in a staggered manner in the height direction (Y direction) over the entire width 95, but the range in the waist circumference direction (X direction) is particularly It is not limited, For example, it is preferable to arrange | position in the range of the width | variety 96 of the upper anterior iliac spine 91 and the iliac crest vertex 92a. That is, it is preferable to provide the staggered joint arrangement so as to avoid the absorber 8 and to fit in a position corresponding to the region 97 where the wearer's iliac protrudes. By doing so, the diaper can be firmly fitted around the waist without effectively disturbing the liquid absorbing function and the liquid holding function of the absorbent body, and the effect of preventing the displacement can be effectively exhibited.

FIG. 5 is a developed view schematically showing the diaper 10 of the present embodiment partially cut out in a stretched state (in the figure, the elastic member is shown in an expanded state). As shown in the figure, the diaper of this embodiment is a flat sheet-like diaper material in the extended state.
In the present embodiment, as described above, a plurality of long elastic members 24 are disposed in parallel to each other in the direction of tightening the waist (X direction) in the waist region 11 and the iliac region 12, Further, it is preferable that a plurality of long elastic members are also arranged in the waist region 13 in parallel with each other in the X direction.

In the present embodiment, the elastic member 24 is bonded and fixed only at the side seal portion 53 in the waist region 11, and only at the side seal portion 53 and the central seal portion 54 in the iliac region 12 and the waist region 13. Bonded and fixed. Bonding and fixing may be performed by a normal method. And the junction part 21 is provided intermittently, and the elastic member 24 is arrange | positioned in the position which does not pass the junction part 21 so that expansion-contraction is possible independently. In the present embodiment, the joining portions 21 are provided in an orthogonal lattice pattern with respect to the elastic member in the waist region 13, but may be provided in a staggered pattern in the region 13. Thus, it is preferable that the elastic member 24 is not fixed over at least two adjacent embossed joints in the waist region 16. By reducing the number of fixing points of the elastic member as much as possible, the original stretchability of the elastic member can be expressed as it is as a product, and good wearing comfort can be obtained. In addition, in the thigh circumference area | region 14, if necessary, the above-mentioned elastic member may be further provided with an orthogonal lattice shape or a staggered lattice-like joint structure, and a conventional gather structure may be provided.

In the present embodiment, the absorbent body 8 is provided on the inner sheet material 2 of the diaper central portion 52. In the waist region 11, the absorbent body 8 is not provided, and the continuous state of the elastic member 24 is maintained over the left and right side portions 51. By doing in this way, the original elastic property of the elastic member which is not restrained by the sheet materials 2 and 3 over the entire circumference of the diaper opening is expressed, and good waist fit is obtained. In particular, even infants with different waist sizes can fit and stretch appropriately, and can realize excellent comfort without overtightening the abdomen. This also realizes high air permeability due to the continuous form of the cylindrical holes in which the opening ends 202 are arranged without gaps over the entire circumference of the waist opening 1 (see FIG. 1).

On the other hand, in the iliac region 12 and the waist region 13, the elastic member 24 is not disposed in the central portion 52, and the structure in which the liquid absorption / liquid holding function of the absorbent body 8 is sufficiently exhibited as described above. It is said that. However, since the joint portions 21c are provided in a staggered arrangement in the range of the side portion 51 of the iliac region 12 (the range including the region 97 where the iliac overhangs), high slippage is realized. ing.

What is necessary is just to determine suitably the specific dimension of the iliac area | region 12 of the diaper in the state which worn the diaper 10 by the relationship with a wearer's physique. For example, when considering a diaper for infants, it is preferable that the distance between the center line 12a of the iliac region 12 and the diaper center line c is 180 to 220 mm in the diaper development view of FIG. The overall length of the waist opening 1a in the developed view of the diaper 10 (the total length of the front body side f and the back body side r) can be arbitrarily set, but is preferably set to 460 to 580 mm in an infant diaper. .

In the diaper 10 of this embodiment, the leg gathering elastic member 7 is further disposed in the vicinity of the edge 4a of the leg opening (see FIGS. 1 and 5). Thereby, a diaper can be closely_contact | adhered with a moderate pressure between a wearer's crotch, and a liquid leak can be prevented effectively.

Although the manufacturing method of the diaper 10 of this embodiment is not specifically limited, What is necessary is just to follow the manufacturing procedure of a normal diaper. For example, a flat sheet-like diaper material in a stretched state as shown in FIG. 5 is produced. Specifically, the long elastic member 24 is arranged in an extended state and fixed by the center seal portion 54 and the side seal portion 53. At this time, it is preferable to continuously produce the sheet materials 2 and 3 and the long elastic member 24 in the X direction. And the junction part 21, the absorber 8, the leg gathers 7, etc. are given and processed. The flat sheet-like diaper material is gently folded at the center line c and folded so that the front body part f and the back body part r face each other. Next, the front body part f and the back body part r can be connected by the side seal part 53 to form the pants-type diaper 10 having the form shown in FIG.

FIG. 6 is an enlarged plan view showing a region VI of the drawing shown in FIG. In the present embodiment, as described above, in the waist region 11, the joint portions 21 b are provided in an orthogonal lattice shape with respect to the long elastic member 24, and in the iliac region 12, the joint portions 21 c are in a staggered lattice shape. Is provided. At this time, in the orthogonal lattice-shaped joint arrangement of the waist region 11, the interval P1 between the joints 21 in the direction perpendicular to the long elastic member 24 is preferably 1 to 40 mm, and more preferably 2 to 15 mm. . The length L1 of each joint portion 21 is preferably 0.5 to 20 mm, and more preferably 1 to 10 mm. The ratio (P1 / L1) between the interval P1 and the length L1 is preferably 1.05 to 80, and more preferably 1.05 to 15.
In the orthogonal lattice-shaped joint arrangement, the interval P2 between the joints parallel to the elastic member 24 is preferably 1 to 30 mm, and more preferably 2 to 15 mm. The width L2 of each joint is preferably 0.1 to 5 mm, and more preferably 0.2 to 1.5 mm. The ratio (P2 / L2) between the interval P2 and the width L2 is preferably 1.1 to 300, and more preferably 4 to 100.
However, the length L1 and the width L2 of the joint portion and the intervals P1 and P2 do not need to match in each column. For example, the length L1 and width L2 of the joint can be functionally adjusted as necessary at any diaper position, and the heights (Y direction) and the waist circumference direction (X direction) can also be set for the intervals P1 and P2. ) Can be appropriately adjusted in consideration of each function. In addition, for example, the elastic member 24a between the joint portion row indicated by the auxiliary line 61 and the joint portion row indicated by the auxiliary line 62 is not provided, and the portion where the joint row is arranged vertically without sandwiching the elastic member is provided. It may be provided. It is good also as an arrangement | sequence form of the junction part according to the function of each part in this way as needed. In addition, as described above, an omission portion 63 that does not provide a joint portion may be provided within a range in which the seal line 23 is maintained so as to obtain a good linear wrinkle (the joint portion omission portion 63 is illustrated in FIG. 6 and not shown in FIGS. 2 and 5).

Regarding the joint portions 21c arranged in a staggered pattern in the iliac region 12 of the embodiment shown in FIG. 6, the length and width of the joint portions are the same as those in the case of the above-mentioned orthogonal lattice-like joint arrangement. The preferred range is also the same. In the staggered lattice arrangement in the iliac region 12, the interval P3 between the joints is not particularly limited, but considering the relationship with the intervals P1 and P2 in the orthogonal lattice arrangement, it may be 1 to 40 mm. Preferably, it is 2-20 mm. P4 is preferably 1 to 30 mm, and more preferably 2 to 20 mm. However, unlike the form shown in FIG. 6, P3 may not be set if P2 is not set to the same pitch every other row, and P4 may not be equally spaced. In addition, the width direction interval P2 of the joint portion in the waist region 11 and the width direction interval P4 of the joint portion in the iliac region 12 may be the same interval or different intervals, but as shown in the present embodiment, It is preferable to set the same interval (P2≈P4). In the iliac region 12, a joint omission part (not shown) may be provided as necessary within a range in which a desired wrinkle is obtained.
The houndstooth-like joint arrangement in the iliac region 12 may be a random arrangement, and the joint spacing is determined appropriately according to the required function, so that a joint pattern with a high degree of freedom can be designed. Is possible.

The shape of the joint portion may be a rectangular shape as illustrated, or may be a circular shape, for example. When it is set as a circular joining part, it is preferable that the magnitude | size is 0.1-10 mm in diameter, and it is more preferable that it is 0.2-5 mm.

In the diaper 10 of this embodiment, the edge part 21a is provided in the waist opening 1a. By doing so, a substantially circular opening end 202 is formed at the time of mounting, and the above-described good air permeability is obtained.

As the material for the sheet materials 2 and 3, it is preferable to use a nonwoven fabric.
Examples thereof include nonwoven fabrics produced by various production methods such as air-through nonwoven fabric, heat roll nonwoven fabric, spunlace nonwoven fabric, spunbond nonwoven fabric, and melt blown nonwoven fabric, and these may be combined with woven fabric, knitted fabric, resin film, and the like. Moreover, the sheet | seat material etc. which laminated | stacked and integrated these can be used. In order to form a flexible fold having a good feel, a material for forming both sheet materials or one sheet material (especially, a sheet material forming a skin side surface when used for an application in which a composite elastic member is brought into contact with the skin) , Air through nonwoven fabric, heat roll nonwoven fabric, spunlace nonwoven fabric, spunbond nonwoven fabric, melt blown nonwoven fabric and the like are preferable.

Since the sheet is deformed with respect to the contraction of the elastic member to form the ridge, it is preferable that the rigidity of the sheet is suitable for the formability and cushioning of the ridge of the composite elastic member. Stiffness can be represented by the buckling strength of the sheet material. The buckling strength of the nonwoven fabric used in the diaper of the present invention is preferably 100 cN or less, and more preferably 70 cN or less. Here, the buckling strength is measured by a compression test mode of a Tensilon universal testing device (Orientec Co., Ltd.) as shown below.

Buckling strength test method (CD):
Take a rectangular test piece of 150 mm in the machine flow direction (MD) and 30 mm in the direction perpendicular to the machine flow direction (CD), make a cylinder with a diameter of 45 mm, and measure the upper and lower ends of the overlapping parts with staples etc. A sample. This is measured by a compression test mode of the Tensilon universal testing apparatus at a measurement environment of 20 ° C., 65% RH, and measurement conditions of a compression speed of 10 mm / min and a measurement distance of 20 mm. The maximum strength when the sample is compressed by 20 mm is measured for each sample, the average value is obtained, and this is taken as the buckling strength.

As described above, a non-woven fabric is preferably used as the sheet material. The basis weight of the nonwoven fabric, preferably set to 5 to 50 g / m 2, and more preferably a 18~30g / m 2. The buckling strength of the nonwoven fabric is preferably 50 cN or less in the CD direction, and more preferably 30 cN or less. In the MD direction, it is preferably 70 cN or less, and more preferably 50 cN or less.

Further, from the viewpoint of facilitating bonding by heat fusion, the sheet material is preferably made of a heat-fusible resin as a forming material (fiber in the case of a nonwoven fabric, film material of a resin film). Examples of the adhesive resin include polyethylene and polypropylene. The fiber constituting the nonwoven fabric or the like may be a core-sheath type composite fiber or the like whose surface is made of a heat-fusible resin. In addition, the forming material may be the same or different between one sheet material and the other sheet material of the two sheet materials.

The sheet material is not limited to two separate sheets, but one sheet material is folded to form two opposing surfaces, and a portion constituting one surface is a sheet material, the other The portion constituting the surface can be another sheet material.

As the material of the elastic member, a normal elastic material used in absorbent articles such as diapers and sanitary napkins can be used. Examples include rubber, EVA, stretchable polyolefin, polyurethane, etc. The shape of the cross-section is rectangular, square, circular, polygonal or other thread-like or string-like (flat rubber, etc.), or multifilament type thread-like Can be used.

As the elastic member, one having a maximum elongation of 20 to 1000% is preferably used, and it is preferably disposed on the sheet material in a stretched state of 50 to 400%. When the elastic member thus arranged contracts, the nonwoven fabric of the portion is on the side opposite to the bonded surface of the bonded portion as long as it can be expanded and contracted independently of the sheet material as in this embodiment. In this direction, the wrinkles are formed by deforming outwardly into a convex cross section. The height of the ridge is preferably about 1 to 15 mm on one side.

One preferred elastic member is natural rubber or synthetic rubber. As the natural rubber or the synthetic rubber, those having a thickness of 0.05 to 1.5 mm and a width of 0.2 to 5 mm are preferably used. In the case of 91 mm, it is preferable to use a single yarn having a stress at the time of 100% elongation of about 1 to 70 gf, more preferably about 1 to 40 gf, and a low modulus of about 1 to 30 gf. It is particularly preferable to use one.
Another preferred elastic member is polyurethane spandex elastic fiber. It is preferable to use a single yarn having a size of 10 to 3360 denier, and more preferably 70 to 1120 denier. Denier is a unit representing the thickness of a yarn, and a yarn of 1 g at 9000 m is called 1 denier. It is preferable to use a plurality of these spandex elastic fibers elongated to 30 to 500%.
It is preferable to use 100% or more of the single yarn of the low modulus elastic member mentioned above, and by arranging a plurality of yarns at a high elongation ratio of 200% or more, it is possible to obtain beautiful wrinkles that are soft and stretchable.
