Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a pants-type absorbent article.
The pants-type absorbent article is often provided with gathers at sites around the user's stomach, legs, etc. so that it is easy to attach and detach and has high fit to the wearer's body. For example, as shown in FIG. 6, these gathers bonded the elastic
As a pants-type absorbent article, for example, Patent Document 1 includes an elastic member that forms gathers that are continuous over substantially the entire circumference of each peripheral edge at the peripheral edge of each of the waist opening and the pair of leg openings, At the peripheral edge of the waist opening and the peripheral edge of the leg opening, the welded joint between the side edge of the ventral side and the side edge of the back side has a length of at least 1 cm of the welded joint. An intermittent joint having a non-welded portion at a substantially central portion in the width direction is disclosed with the aim of good fit while maintaining a good wearing feeling and texture.
However, such conventional absorbent articles give the wearer an uncomfortable feeling and uncomfortable feeling at the time of wearing due to their bulky and characteristic appearance. Also, for the purpose of further improving the fit at the time of wearing, often use gathers with increased number of thread rubber, and in that case, an adhesive for adhering to the nonwoven web to increase the thread rubber As a result, the texture was hard and the texture was poor. Moreover, in order to make it easy to attach and detach while maintaining the fit at the time of wearing, it is important that the pant-type absorbent article can be expanded and contracted more than the applicable waist size. In conventional pants-type absorbent articles, when the abdominal area is stretched by about 200%, the material is broken, and in order to increase the expansion ratio beyond this, more rubber thread is required. , Causing a worsening of the touch. Furthermore, the laminated nonwoven web not only stretches in the direction in which the rubber thread is disposed, but also slightly extends in a direction other than the direction in which the rubber thread is disposed. Sometimes, it was difficult to put on and take off. Furthermore, the conventional pants-type absorbent article has a problem that the waist is structurally slippery and difficult to grip with fingers during attachment / detachment, and therefore cannot be easily attached / detached for a person whose grip strength has decreased due to aging or the like. there were.
Accordingly, the object of the present invention has been made in view of such problems, and the object thereof is to provide a clean appearance that does not cause discomfort to the wearer, and to improve gripping force by aging or the like. It is an object of the present invention to provide a pant-type absorbent article that can be easily attached and detached even by a person with reduced aging.

First, an embodiment of a pants-type absorbent article 1 according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the pant-type absorbent article 1 includes an

The
The base material of the top sheet of this embodiment is only required to have liquid permeability so that body fluid moves to the absorbent member. For example, a nonwoven web such as a thermal bond nonwoven web, a thermal bond / spun bond, etc. It is formed from a material such as a laminated composite non-woven web, an open film such as an open polyethylene film, a foamed film such as polyethylene foam or urethane foam, or a composite sheet obtained by laminating these. The top sheet is preferably embossed or perforated on the surface in order to improve liquid permeability. The processing method can perform a well-known method without a restriction | limiting. In order to reduce irritation to the skin, the top sheet preferably contains a lotion, an antioxidant, an anti-inflammatory component, a pH adjuster, an antibacterial agent, a moisturizing agent and the like. Furthermore, from the viewpoint of strength and workability, the basis weight of the top sheet is preferably 14 g / m 2 or more and 40 g / m 2 or less. Although there is no restriction | limiting in particular as a shape of a top sheet, In order to guide body fluids, such as urine, to an absorption member, what is necessary is just a shape which covers an absorption member.
In addition, it is preferable to provide the three-dimensional gather which prevents the leakage of a bodily fluid along the both-sides edge part of the longitudinal direction of the
The base material of the backsheet of this embodiment may be any material that has liquid impermeability so that the body fluid retained by the absorbent member does not leak, such as a nonwoven web, a resin film, or a composite layered with these layers. It is formed from a material such as a sheet. The production method of the nonwoven web is not particularly limited. For example, a spunbond or meltblown nonwoven web, or a spunbond / meltblown, spunbond / meltblown / spunbond laminated nonwoven web, and these Composite materials are contemplated. Examples of the resin film include polyester, polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene, polypropylene, and a composite film of polyethylene and polypropylene. Moreover, in order to prevent the stuffiness at the time of mounting | wearing, it is preferable that a back seat | sheet has moisture permeability. In order to provide moisture permeability, for example, a filler is blended in the resin film of the base material, and embossing for perforation is performed on the back sheet.
The base material of the absorbent member of the present embodiment is not particularly limited as long as it is generally used for absorbent articles such as sanitary napkins, diapers, and urine pads. For example, fluff pulp, super absorbent resin (Super Absorbent) Polymer; hereinafter referred to as “SAP”), formed from a material such as a hydrophilic sheet. Examples of fluff pulp include those obtained by defibrating non-wood pulp such as wood pulp, synthetic fiber, and polymer fiber into a cotton shape. Examples of the superabsorbent resin include sodium polyacrylate, and examples of the hydrophilic sheet include tissue, absorbent paper, and hydrophilic nonwoven web.
The absorbent member is configured as a single layer or a multilayer sheet using the above-described base material. Among these, those formed by mixing a hydrophilic fiber matrix of a fluff pulp web, such as a wood pulp fluff, with SAP particles are preferable. Further, in order to prevent leakage of SAP particles and stabilize the shape of the absorbing member, it is preferable to wrap the absorbing member in a hydrophilic sheet (not shown) such as tissue. Furthermore, it is preferable to emboss the surface of the absorbent member because it controls the diffusion of body fluid and easily deforms the absorbent member according to the body shape of the user.
(Exterior body)
The pants-type absorbent article 1 is positioned at the side end 11 a located at the side end of the
As shown in FIG. 2, the pant-type absorbent article 1 of the present embodiment is folded around the waist opening W to the inside of the pant-type absorbent article 1, that is, the surface side to which the
Preferably, as shown in FIG. 2 (c) or (d), the
The side end portion 11 of the pant-type absorbent article 1 has a
Next, an example of a method for producing the pant-type absorbent article 1 of the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. First, as shown to Fig.2 (a), the 1st nonwoven web which has the
Next, as shown in FIG. 2 (b), an elastic
And as shown in FIG.2 (c), the extending
Further, as shown in FIG. 2 (d), the end portion of the

FIG. 4 is an enlarged view in which the one-dot chain line portion of the pant-type absorbent article 1 of the present embodiment shown in FIG. 3 is further enlarged. As shown in FIG. 4, the length L1 of the joint portion 17 in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent article 1 is 10 mm or more and 30 mm or less, and the length L2 of the joint portion 17 in the short direction of the absorbent article 1 is 2 mm or more. It is preferable to be provided to be 10 mm or less.
The adjacent joints 17 are provided intermittently with a distance D therebetween. The distance D between the adjacent joints 17, the
The
The
The elastic
The
The
The
The pant-type absorbent article 1 may be provided with a pair of left and right leg gathers from the
A plurality of openings may be formed in the
Next, with reference to FIG. 5, the formation method of the
The
The
The
