Description

The present invention relates to an absorbent article, and more particularly, to an absorbent article in which the occurrence of kinking of an absorber is effectively prevented.

Conventionally, absorbent articles absorb disposable diapers that absorb excreted fluid such as urine (for example, tape-type disposable diapers, pants-type disposable diapers, urine pads, etc.), sanitary napkins that absorb menstrual blood, and vaginal discharge. It is used as a sheet of cage.

Among these, for example, the tape-type disposable diaper is composed of each part of the front body, the crotch part, and the back body, and is arranged so as to cover the surface of the absorbent body and the absorbent body. A top sheet made of a permeable material, a back sheet made of a liquid-impermeable material disposed so as to cover the back surface of the absorber, and at least one each on the left and right side edges of the back body, The thing provided with the fastening tape which fixes the body and the front body, and the fastening area | region which fixes the fastening tape formed in the front body can be mentioned.

And according to such an absorbent article, a wearer's excrement permeate | transmits the liquid-permeable part of a top sheet, is absorbed by an absorber, and is comprised with a liquid-impermeable material. Since leakage to the outside is prevented by the sheet, excrement can be held inside the diaper.

As the absorbent body, in order to prevent twisting or twisting when worn, the absorbent body is divided to obtain a plurality of rectangular absorbent pieces, and the obtained plurality of absorbent pieces are separated from each other. Are known (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 2-84623

However, in the disposable diaper described in Patent Document 1, the pulp or the like constituting the absorbent body may move in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent body, resulting in kinking. When the absorber is kinked, the feeling of wearing is bad, and when worn for a long time, it may be a heavy burden on the wearer. Further, due to the occurrence of warping, the function of the absorber is not sufficiently exhibited, and there is a possibility of causing leakage or the like.

This invention is made | formed in view of the problem which such a prior art has, and provides the absorbent article in which generation | occurrence | production of the kink of an absorber was prevented effectively.

Hereinafter, although the form for implementing this invention is demonstrated, this invention is not limited to the following embodiment. That is, it is understood that modifications and improvements as appropriate to the following embodiments are also within the scope of the present invention based on ordinary knowledge of those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of the present invention. Should be.

[1] Absorbent article:
In one embodiment of the absorbent article of the present invention, as in the absorbent article 10a shown in FIG. 1, at least a part of the top sheet 18 made of a liquid-permeable material is disposed on one surface side of the top sheet 18. A back sheet 20 made of a liquid-impermeable material and an absorbent body 22 disposed between the top sheet 18 and the back sheet 20, and the absorbent body 22 has a longitudinal direction (direction Y shown in FIG. 1). ), A curved through groove 23 penetrating from one surface to the other is formed, and a partition 35 is formed so as to cover the side surfaces 23a and 23b of the through groove 23 of the absorber 22. It is what has been. By comprising in this way, generation | occurrence | production of the absorber of the absorbent article of this invention is prevented effectively. Therefore, a feeling of wear can be improved, and even when wearing for a long time, it is difficult to give a burden to the wearer. In addition, it is possible to prevent leakage due to occurrence of kinking of the absorber. In addition, since the curved through-groove portion is formed along the longitudinal direction, even if excrement such as urine flows into the through-groove portion, the urine or the like hardly moves back and forth along the through-groove portion. Therefore, it is difficult for leakage to occur, and the absorber can be surely absorbed.

The absorbent article 10a shown in FIG. 1 is an example in which a curved through groove 23 is formed along the entire longitudinal direction of the absorbent body 22, that is, the through groove 23 is formed from one edge of the absorbent body 22. Although it is an example extended to the other edge, you may form along a part of longitudinal direction of an absorber, ie, a part between one edge and the other edge. For example, an absorbent article 10j shown in FIG. 6 is an example in which a through groove 23 is formed in a part between one end edge 15a and the other end edge 15b. Specifically, the absorbent body 22 of the absorbent article 10j includes two one-side through groove portions 24a and 24a extending from one end edge 15a of the absorbent body 22 to the central portion, and the other end edge of the absorbent body 22. A through-groove portion 23 having two other through-groove portions 24b and 24b extending from 15b to the central portion is formed. Thus, in the absorbent article of the present invention, the through-groove portion of the absorbent body is not limited in its position or shape as long as it has a curved shape formed along the longitudinal direction of the absorbent body.

FIG. 1 is a partially cutaway plan view showing an embodiment of the absorbent article of the present invention, showing a state in which the absorbent article 10a is viewed from the top sheet 18 side, and FIG. It is a general | schematic expanded sectional view which shows the cross section which cut | disconnected the absorbent article 10a shown in FIG. 1 along the AA 'line. 1-15, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected to the same component.

The absorbent article 10a shown in FIG. 1 can be used, for example, as a sanitary napkin that absorbs menstrual blood, a sheet of cage that absorbs cage, and the like. Examples of the absorbent article of the present invention include disposable diapers that absorb excrement such as urine (for example, tape-type diapers, pants-type diapers, urine pads, etc.) in addition to the sanitary napkins and vaginal sheets. be able to.

[1-1] Top sheet:
The top sheet is a sheet that is at least partially made of a liquid-permeable material and is located on the skin side of the wearer when the absorbent article is used.

At least a part (all or a part) of the top sheet is made of a liquid-permeable material so that the absorbent body disposed on the back sheet side can absorb the wearer's urine. Usually, at least near the surface of the absorber, it is made of a liquid-permeable material that can permeate the wearer's urine and body fluid. As long as at least a part is made of the liquid permeable material, the entire top sheet is not necessarily made of the liquid permeable material.

Examples of the liquid permeable material constituting the top sheet include a woven fabric, a nonwoven fabric, and a porous film. Among these, it is preferable to use a non-woven fabric made of a thermoplastic resin such as polypropylene, polyethylene, polyester, nylon (registered trademark) or the like and subjected to a hydrophilic treatment. There is no restriction | limiting in particular also about the kind of nonwoven fabric, The conventionally well-known nonwoven fabric manufactured by various manufacturing methods, such as air through (card hot air), card | curd embossing, and a spun bond, can be used suitably.

[1-2] Backsheet:
The back sheet is made of a liquid-impermeable material disposed on one surface side of the top sheet, and is a sheet positioned on the wearer's clothing side when the absorbent article is used.

The back sheet is made of a liquid-impermeable material in order to prevent the wearer's urine from leaking outside the absorbent article. The arrangement method is not particularly limited, and for example, a configuration in which the back sheet is arranged so as to coincide with the top sheet can be employed. In addition, from the viewpoint of preventing leakage of urine absorbed by the absorber, it is preferable to arrange a back sheet made of a liquid-impermeable material at least in a portion where the absorber exists.

Examples of the liquid-impermeable material constituting the back sheet include a liquid-impermeable film made of a resin such as polyethylene. Among these, it is preferable to use a microporous polyethylene film. This microporous polyethylene film has a large number of fine pores of 0.1 to several μm, and is liquid-impermeable but has moisture permeability, so it is possible to prevent stuffiness inside the absorbent article. There is an advantage.

Note that a sheet material (cover sheet) may be bonded to the outer surface of the back sheet. This cover sheet is used to reinforce the back sheet and improve the touch (feel).

Examples of the material constituting the cover sheet include woven fabric and non-woven fabric. Among these, it is preferable to use a dry nonwoven fabric and a wet nonwoven fabric made of a thermoplastic resin such as polyethylene, polypropylene, and polyester.

[1-3] Absorber:
The absorber is a member made of an absorbent material in order to absorb and retain the wearer's urine, and is disposed between the top sheet and the back sheet. And the absorber of the absorbent article of this invention forms the curved through-groove part which penetrates from one surface to the other surface along at least one part of a longitudinal direction. In this way, by forming a curved through-groove portion and forming a partition portion so as to cover the side surface of the through-groove portion, the pulp and SAP constituting the absorber are reduced in the short and long directions of the absorber. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of problems such as the swaying of the absorber.

Examples of the absorbent material constituting the absorber include fluff pulp, super absorbent polymer (hereinafter referred to as “SAP”), a hydrophilic sheet, and the like. As the fluff pulp, it is preferable to use wood pulp or non-wood pulp defibrated into cotton, and as SAP, it is preferable to use sodium polyacrylate. And as a hydrophilic sheet | seat, it is preferable to use the tissue, the absorbent paper, and the nonwoven fabric which performed the hydrophilic treatment.

When using fluff pulp and SAP as materials, the SAP content is preferably about 10 to 500 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of fluff pulp. In addition, SAP may be mixed uniformly in each mat | matte of fluff pulp, and may be arrange | positioned at the layer form between the layers of the multilayer fluff pulp.

As described above, the position and shape of the penetrating groove portion of the absorber are not limited as long as the penetrating groove portion penetrates from one surface to the other surface along at least part of the longitudinal direction of the absorber. For example, it is preferable that it extends from one edge of the absorber to the other edge. When such a through-groove portion (hereinafter, referred to as “divided through-groove portion” in some cases) is formed, the absorber is divided and is composed of a plurality of absorber pieces arranged side by side in the lateral direction of the absorber. It becomes like this. At this time, among the plurality of absorber pieces, the adjacent absorber pieces have the side edge shape (when the absorber is viewed from one surface side (for example, the top sheet side), the side surface of the through groove portion is The trajectory to be drawn is a complementary curved shape. For example, as for the absorbent article 10a shown in FIG. 1, the absorber 22 is divided | segmented into the two absorber pieces 22-1 and 22-1 by the through-groove part 23, These absorber pieces 22-1 and 22-1. Are arranged side by side in the short direction of the absorber 22 (the direction of X shown in FIG. 2). At this time, in the adjacent absorber pieces 22-1 and 22-1, the shape of the adjacent side edges 23a and 23b has a complementary curved shape.

The number of the divided through-groove parts, that is, the number of the absorber pieces is not particularly limited. For example, 2 to 6 pieces are preferably arranged side by side in the lateral direction, and three pieces are particularly preferably arranged.

As described above, when the divided through-groove portion is formed in the absorbent body, when the absorbent article is folded along the longitudinal direction, the absorbent body is easily folded at a portion between adjacent absorbent pieces. There is an advantage that a large bending force does not act on the (absorber piece), and the absorber is hardly damaged.

For example, the absorbent article 10a shown in FIG. 1 is an example in which two absorbent pieces 22-1 and 22-1 are arranged between the top sheet 18 and the back sheet 20 in the short direction. FIG. 3 shows that three absorber pieces 22-2, 22-2, and 22-2 are arranged between the top sheet 18 and the back sheet 20 in the short direction (X in FIG. 3). The example is arranged side by side.

The shape of the through groove is not particularly limited as long as it is a curved shape, and may be a wave shape or the like. Specifically, a corrugated shape having one convex portion like the through groove portion 23 shown in FIG. 1, a corrugated shape having two convex portions like the through groove portion 23 shown in FIG. Can do. As described above, the number and shape of the through-groove portions can be appropriately set, but it is preferable to form like the absorbent article 10c shown in FIG. 4 or the absorbent article 10d shown in FIG. That is, as in the absorbent article 10c shown in FIG. 4 and the absorbent article 10d shown in FIG. 5, the distance between the two divided through-groove portions 23 is narrowed at the intermediate portion 28 in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent body 22. It is preferable to form symmetrically. In this case, since the part located in the intermediate part 28 among the division | segmentation penetration groove parts 23 will follow a wearer's leg periphery, there exists an advantage that the fitting property of an absorbent article improves. Moreover, it can restrict | limit more reliably that the pulp and SAP which comprise an absorber move along the longitudinal direction of an absorber.

Further, the through groove portion of the absorber includes a plurality of one side through groove portions extending from one end edge to the center portion of the absorber, and a plurality of other side through groove portions extending from the other end edge of the absorber to the center portion. It is also preferable to have it. In such a configuration, as described above, in addition to improving the fit of the absorbent article and restricting the movement of the pulp and SAP (that is, preventing the absorber from shaking). Thus, there is an advantage that the absorber is difficult to break. That is, if the through-groove portion is too close, the width of the absorber becomes too narrow. Therefore, the absorber is easily broken at the narrowed portion. However, the above configuration makes the absorber difficult to break. it can.

For example, as described above, the absorbent body 22 of the absorbent article 10j illustrated in FIG. 6 includes two one-side through groove portions 24a and 24a extending from one end edge 15a of the absorbent body 22 to the central portion, and the absorbent body 22 A through-groove 23 having two other through-grooves 24b and 24b extending from the other edge 15b to the center is formed. And these one side through-groove parts 24a and 24a and the other side through-groove parts 24b and 24b are formed symmetrically so that the mutual space | interval may become narrow in the intermediate part 28 of the longitudinal direction of the absorber 22. FIG. Since the absorbent article having such a configuration does not allow each through groove portion to approach too much, as described above, the fit property is improved, the twist is prevented, and the absorbent body is not easily broken. There is.

The distance between adjacent absorber pieces (distance d shown in FIG. 1), that is, the width of the through groove is preferably, for example, 3 to 20 mm, and particularly preferably 5 to 15 mm. Here, if the interval between adjacent absorbent pieces is 20 mm or less, the adjacent absorbent pieces are closer to the width direction so that there is no gap between adjacent absorbent pieces in the crotch portion in the wearing state, There is an advantage that the fit and the absorption performance of excrement such as urine are improved. When the distance is less than 3 mm, for example, when the absorber is manufactured, a gap is formed between adjacent absorber pieces due to the pulp constituting the absorber entering between adjacent absorber pieces. It may be difficult to secure. On the other hand, if the distance between adjacent absorber pieces exceeds 20 mm, the area of the portion where the absorber is not disposed becomes too large, and there is a possibility that excrement such as urine cannot be sufficiently absorbed.

[1-4] Partition:
The partition part is not particularly limited as long as it is formed so as to cover the side surface of the through groove part of the absorber, and may be formed by, for example, bonding a top sheet and a back sheet to each other. And when using the liquid-permeable sheet | seat mentioned later, you may form by adhere | attaching liquid-permeable sheets mutually. It is preferable that the liquid permeable sheets are formed by adhering each other. By forming the partition portion in this way, the partition portion becomes thinner than the other portions, so that the absorbent article is easily bent along the partition portion. Therefore, it becomes easy to fit around a wearer's leg, and the wearing feeling of an absorptive article improves.

In addition, when a penetration groove part is made into the division | segmentation penetration groove part mentioned above, each absorber piece is partitioned from each other by the partition part formed so that the side surface of a penetration groove part may be covered. That is, each absorber piece will be arrange | positioned in the space partitioned off from each other by the partition part. Since the absorbent body is separated from each other by the partition portion in this manner, movement of the absorbent article in the short direction of the absorbent article is limited. Therefore, the absorbent body is caused by movement in the short direction of the absorbent article. The occurrence of problems such as these can be effectively prevented. Further, when the partition portion is curved, for example, when the partition portion is formed to be depressed, excrement such as urine flowing into the partition portion moves along the partition portion before and after the absorber. Therefore, the occurrence of leakage can be prevented.

As a method for adhering the top sheet and the back sheet or the liquid permeable sheet to each other, a conventionally known method can be appropriately employed. For example, a hot melt adhesive, other highly fluid adhesive, heat seal The method by welding by heat, ultrasonic waves, etc. can be mentioned. At this time, the top sheet is pressurized from the top sheet or the liquid permeable sheet (hereinafter sometimes referred to as “surface sheet”) side to the back surface (back sheet) side of the absorber, Is preferably adhered to a back sheet or a liquid permeable sheet on the back sheet side (hereinafter sometimes referred to as “back sheet”). When pressed and bonded in this manner, a recess (partition 35) is formed between the absorbers 22 (22-1 and 22-1) as in the absorbent article 10a shown in FIG. When such a dent is formed, when excrement such as urine is excreted, the excrement diffuses along the dent, so that there is an advantage that the absorption rate of the excrement is improved.

As long as the above-mentioned conditions are satisfied, the number, shape, position, etc. of the partition are not particularly limited. For example, like the partition part 35 of the absorbent article 10a shown in FIG.1 and FIG.2, it may be comprised from the integral sheet | seat which covers the both sides | surfaces of the penetration groove part 23, and each side surface of the penetration groove part 23 is each covered. You may be comprised from the separate sheet | seat.

In addition, a plurality of partition portions are formed side by side in the short direction of the absorber, and among the plurality of partition portions, the partition portion closest to one side edge and the partition portion closest to the other side edge are absorbed. It is preferable that the shape in the intermediate part of the longitudinal direction of a property article is circular arc shape that a mutual vertex opposes. With such a configuration, when the absorbent article is worn, the right end partition part and the left end partition part bend along the wearer's leg, so that there is an advantage that the feeling of wear is further improved.

For example, the absorbent article 10c shown in FIG. 4 is formed with two partition parts 35, 35, and these partition parts 35, 35 are in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent article 10c (the Y direction shown in FIG. 4). The example which is a curve shape which has the arc-shaped part 35a which adjoins mutually in the intermediate part 28 is shown. Moreover, the absorbent article 10d shown in FIG. 5 is formed with two partition parts 35, 35, and these partition parts 35, 35 are in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent article 10d (direction Y shown in FIG. 5). The example which is a curve shape which has the arc-shaped part 35a which adjoins mutually in the intermediate part 28 is shown. In addition, although the absorbent article 10c shown in FIG. 4 and the absorbent article 10d shown in FIG. 5 are the examples in which the two partition parts 35 and 35 were formed, three or more partition parts may be formed. .

[1-5] Liquid-permeable sheet:
The absorbent article of the present invention further comprises an upper liquid permeable sheet disposed between the absorber and the top sheet, and a lower liquid permeable sheet disposed between the absorber and the back sheet, The partition part is preferably formed by adhering the upper liquid permeable sheet and the lower liquid permeable sheet to each other. When the liquid permeable sheet is arranged in this manner, the liquid permeable sheet temporarily holds and diffuses excrement such as urine, so that the entire absorber can be used effectively. It is possible to prevent excretion such as urine that could not be absorbed from leaking. Thus, there is an advantage that the excretion absorption rate can be improved. Note that “adhering the upper liquid permeable sheet and the lower liquid permeable sheet to each other” means directly or indirectly bonding the upper liquid permeable sheet and the lower liquid permeable sheet to each other. When an intermediate liquid permeable sheet exists between the upper liquid permeable sheet and the lower liquid permeable sheet, the upper liquid permeable sheet and the lower liquid permeable sheet May indirectly adhere to each other via

Examples of the material constituting the upper liquid permeable sheet and the lower liquid permeable sheet include woven fabric, non-woven fabric, porous plastic, and fluff pulp. Examples of these constituent materials include polypropylene, polyethylene, polyester, rayon, pulp, and composite fibers thereof. As the pulp, crimped fibers such as curly cellulose fibers can be suitably used.

As the upper liquid-permeable sheet (the above-described surface sheet), a liquid-permeable sheet, such as tissue paper, can be applied. The upper liquid permeable sheet is preferably partially bonded to the top sheet. In addition, as the lower liquid-permeable sheet (the back sheet described above), tissue paper can be applied in the same manner as the upper liquid-permeable sheet, but it is not necessarily required to be liquid-permeable, and is a hydrophobic sheet. There may be. This lower liquid-permeable sheet may be bonded to the back sheet or not to be bonded to the back sheet regardless of whether or not it is bonded to the back sheet.

As a method for adhering the upper liquid permeable sheet and the lower liquid permeable sheet to each other, a method similar to the method for adhering the liquid permeable sheets to each other can be employed.

The absorbent article 10a shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 includes an upper liquid permeable sheet 43 disposed between the absorbent body 22 and the top sheet 18, and a lower liquid disposed between the absorbent body 22 and the back sheet 20. The partition portion 35 is an example in which the upper liquid permeable sheet 43 and the lower liquid permeable sheet 44 are bonded to each other.

[1-6] Laminated absorber:
The absorbent body may be laminated between the top sheet and the back sheet in the thickness direction of the absorbent article.

FIG. 7 shows an example of the absorbent article 10e including the absorbent body 22 that is laminated (two layers) in the thickness direction of the absorbent article 10e between the top sheet and the back sheet. Is composed of absorbent pieces arranged in a line in the short direction. Hereinafter, an absorber composed of a plurality of absorber pieces arranged in the short direction may be referred to as an absorption layer.

The absorbent article 10e shown in FIG. 7 is located on the backsheet 20 side, and includes a first absorbent layer 31a composed of three absorbent pieces 22a, 22b, and 22c arranged in the short direction, and the first absorbent layer 31a. On the surface of the absorbent layer 31a on the top sheet 18 side (that is, in the thickness direction of the absorbent article 10e), the second composed of three absorbent pieces 22d, 22e, 22f having the same shape as the first absorbent layer 31a. Absorbent layer 31b, upper liquid permeable sheet 43 disposed between the first absorbent layer 31a and the top sheet 18, and lower side disposed between the second absorbent layer 31b and the back sheet 20. In this example, the liquid-permeable sheet 44 is provided. And the absorbent article 10e shown in FIG. 7 partitions the multiple (six) absorber pieces by the partition part 35 for every two laminated absorber pieces. The partition portion 35 is formed by adhering the upper liquid permeable sheet 43 and the lower liquid permeable sheet 44 to each other.

In the absorbent article of the present invention, it is preferable that an intermediate liquid-permeable sheet is further disposed between a plurality of laminated absorbent bodies. Specifically, the intermediate liquid permeable sheet is preferably disposed in a region other than the region between the side surfaces of the through groove portion of the absorber. For example, the absorbent article 10f shown in FIG. 8 has intermediate liquid-permeable sheets 25a and 25b in regions other than the region between the side surfaces of the through groove 23 of the absorber 22 (that is, the region where the partition portion 35 is formed). 25c are arranged in this example. Examples of the material constituting the intermediate liquid permeable sheet include the same materials as those constituting the upper liquid permeable sheet.

In addition, the absorbent article 10f shown in FIG. 8 includes a first absorbent layer 31a including three absorber pieces 22a, 22b, and 22c arranged in the short direction between the top sheet 18 and the back sheet 20. 3 having the same shape as each of the three absorbers 22a, 22b, and 22c laminated on each of the three absorber pieces 22a, 22b, and 22c (that is, in the thickness direction of the absorbent article 10f). A second absorbent layer 31b comprising two absorbent bodies 22d, 22e, 22f, an upper liquid-permeable sheet 43 disposed between the first absorbent layer 31a and the top sheet 18, and a second absorbent layer 31b Each of the absorbent bodies 22a, 22b, 22c constituting the first absorbent layer 31a and the second absorbent layer 31b. Absorber 22d, 2 e, between 22f, it shows intermediate liquid permeable sheet 25a, respectively, 25b, an example in which the 25c. The partition portion 35 is formed by adhering the upper liquid permeable sheet 43 and the lower liquid permeable sheet 44 to each other.

Moreover, it is also preferable that the intermediate | middle liquid permeable sheet is arrange | positioned so that the area | region between the side surfaces of the penetration groove part of an absorber may be covered. For example, in the absorbent article 10g shown in FIG. 9, the intermediate liquid permeable sheet 25d is disposed so as to cover the region between the side surfaces of the through groove portion 23 of the absorbent body 22 (that is, the region where the partition portion 35 is formed). This is an example.

In addition, the absorbent article 10g shown in FIG. 9 has the 1st absorption layer 31a which consists of the three absorber pieces 22a, 22b, 22c arranged in the transversal direction between the top sheet 18 and the back sheet 20. FIG. And the same shape as each of the three absorber pieces 22a, 22b, and 22c laminated on each of the three absorber pieces 22a, 22b, and 22c (that is, in the thickness direction of the absorbent article 10g). A second absorbent layer 31b composed of three absorbent pieces 22d, 22e, and 22f, an upper liquid-permeable sheet 43 disposed between the first absorbent layer 31a and the top sheet 18, and a second absorbent layer 3b and the lower liquid-permeable sheet 44 disposed between the back sheet 20 and three absorbent body pieces 22a, 22b, 22c (that is, three pieces) arranged in the short direction of the top sheet 18. Absorber piece 22d 22e, shows an example in which the intermediate liquid permeable sheet 25d over 22f). The partition 35 is formed by adhering the upper liquid permeable sheet 43 and the intermediate liquid permeable sheet 25d to each other and adhering the intermediate liquid permeable sheet 25d and the lower liquid permeable sheet 44 to each other. ing.

When the absorbent body is laminated in the thickness direction of the absorbent article, the shape and number of laminated absorbent bodies, and the number and shape of through-groove parts formed in the absorbent body are not particularly limited. Absorbent articles having the same shape may be laminated as in the absorbent article 10f shown in FIG. 8, or absorbent bodies having different shapes may be laminated as in the absorbent article 10h shown in FIG. Moreover, a two-layer structure may be used like the absorbent articles 10e, 10f, 10g, and 10h shown in FIGS. 7 to 10, and a three-layer structure like the absorbent article 10i shown in FIG. It may also be a four-layer structure or more.

The absorbent article 10h shown in FIG. 10 includes a first absorbent layer 31a composed of two absorbent body pieces 22g and 22h arranged in the short direction between the top sheet 18 and the back sheet 20, and two A second layer composed of three absorber pieces 22i, 22j, and 22k, which are stacked on the absorber pieces 22g and 22h (that is, in the thickness direction of the absorbent article 10) and have a shape different from that of the absorber pieces 22g and 22h. Absorbent layer 31b, upper liquid permeable sheet 43 disposed between first absorbent layer 31a and top sheet 18, and lower side disposed between second absorbent layer 31b and backsheet 20. A liquid permeable sheet 44, and an intermediate liquid permeable sheet extending over two absorbent pieces 22g and 22h (three absorbent pieces 22i, 22j, and 22k) arranged in the short direction of the absorbent article 10h. An example of arranging 25d There. The partition 35 is formed by adhering the upper liquid permeable sheet 43 and the intermediate liquid permeable sheet 25d to each other and adhering the intermediate liquid permeable sheet 25d and the lower liquid permeable sheet 44 to each other. ing.

In the absorbent article 10h, the partition part 35 of the 1st absorption layer 31a and the partition part 35 of the 2nd absorption layer 31b are arrange | positioned and shifted. In the absorbent article 10h having such a configuration, urine and the like flowing into the partition portion 35 of the first absorbent layer 31a can be reliably absorbed by the second absorbent layer 31b.

The absorbent article 10i shown in FIG. 11 includes a first absorbent layer 31a composed of three absorbent pieces 61, 61, 61 arranged in the short direction between the top sheet 18 and the back sheet 20, A second absorbent layer 31b composed of three absorber pieces 61, 61, 61 disposed on the first absorbent layer 31a (that is, in the thickness direction of the absorbent article 10i); A third absorbent layer 31c composed of three absorber pieces 61, 61, 61 disposed on the absorbent layer 31b, and an upper liquid permeability disposed between the first absorbent layer 31a and the top sheet 18. A sheet 43 and a lower liquid-permeable sheet 44 disposed between the third absorbent layer 31c and the back sheet 20, and three absorbents arranged in the short direction between the absorbent layers. Intermediate liquid permeable sheets 25e, 25f across the bodies 61, 61, 61 It shows an example in which are arranged, respectively. Then, the partition part 35 adheres the upper liquid-permeable sheet 43 and the intermediate liquid-permeable sheet 25f to each other, adheres the intermediate-liquid permeable sheet 25f and the intermediate-liquid permeable sheet 25e to each other, and further passes the intermediate-liquid permeable sheet. The adhesive sheet 25e and the lower liquid-permeable sheet 44 are bonded to each other.

[1-7] Method for producing absorbent article:
The absorbent article mentioned above can be manufactured as follows. First, a plurality of absorbers are formed. In order to form the absorber, an absorber manufacturing apparatus 200 as shown in FIG. 12 can be used. The absorbent body manufacturing apparatus 200 includes a forming drum 50, a pulp laminating machine 51 disposed at a position facing the outer peripheral surface of the forming drum 50, and an SAP injection nozzle 52. As shown in FIG. 13, the forming drum 50 has concave portions 55 formed with a mesh having a predetermined opening size on the outer peripheral surface thereof at a constant interval. The convex member 56 is arranged so that the absorber pieces constituting the space are separated.

In order to form the absorber, pulverized pulp is supplied from the pulp laminator 51 and SAP is supplied from the charging nozzle 52 into the recess 55 on the outer peripheral surface of the continuously rotating forming drum 50. At this time, air is sucked through the mesh of the recess 55 by a suction device disposed in the forming drum 50, and the pulverized pulp and SAP are stacked in the recess 55 by suction pressure. In this way, a plurality of absorbers 27 shown in FIG. 12 can be obtained. The absorber 27 obtained by the forming drum 50 has a through groove portion extending from one end edge to the other end edge. That is, a plurality of absorbers (absorber groups) 27 composed of a plurality of absorber pieces arranged in a predetermined direction can be obtained.

The forming drum 50 shown in FIGS. 12 and 13 is an example in which concave portions 55 corresponding to the planar shape of the plurality of absorbers (a plurality of absorber groups) 27 are formed at regular intervals along the circumferential direction. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and a continuous concave portion (a concave portion having a shape obtained by continuously forming the concave portion 55 without being spaced apart) is formed along the circumferential direction of the forming drum, and the continuous concave portion is formed in the continuous concave portion. A ring-shaped convex member that is continuous along the circumferential direction of the forming drum is disposed, and an absorber is continuously formed by the forming drum, and then cut into a predetermined length to have a curved through groove portion. An absorber may be formed.

Next, as shown in FIG. 12, the obtained plurality of absorbent bodies 27 are arranged on the long lower liquid-permeable sheet 43 supplied from the lower liquid-permeable sheet roll 57. Thereafter, the long upper liquid permeable sheet 44 is disposed so as to cover the surface of the absorbent body 27 opposite to the side on which the long lower liquid permeable sheet 43 is disposed, and the first pressure roll 48 is used. The long lower liquid permeable sheet 43 and the long upper liquid permeable sheet 44 are bonded to each other by pressure bonding. At this time, the partition portion is formed by adhering the long lower liquid permeable sheet 43 and the long upper liquid permeable sheet 44 between the through groove portions of the absorber, that is, between the adjacent absorber pieces. Note that an adhesive is applied to the long upper liquid-permeable sheet 44 in advance by an adhesive application unit 47.

Next, the long back sheet 29 is disposed so as to cover the outer surface of the long lower liquid permeable sheet 43 and the long top sheet so as to cover the outer surface of the upper liquid permeable sheet 44. 30, and the long back sheet 29 and the long top sheet 30 are pressure-bonded by the second pressure-bonding roll 49. Note that an adhesive is applied to the long back sheet 29 in advance by an adhesive application unit (not shown). In this way, an absorbent article continuum is obtained. Next, a plurality of absorbent articles can be obtained by cutting the continuous absorbent article at predetermined positions.

[2] Disposable diapers:
Next, the absorbent article of the present invention can be applied to disposable diapers such as tape-type diapers, pants-type diapers, and urine pads. In addition, in a tape-type diaper and a pants-type diaper, there are a one-piece type and a two-piece type, respectively, and the absorbent article of the present invention can be applied to any type.

In the present specification, the “tape diaper” means, for example, an absorbent body 22 in which a curved through-groove 35 is formed as in the tape diaper 100 shown in FIG. A top sheet 18 made of a material and a back sheet 20 made of a liquid-impermeable material, and each part of a front body 2, a crotch 4, and a back body 6, each side of the back body 6 A disposable diaper arranged so as to extend from the edges 6a and 6b and further including a fastening tape 7 for fixing the back body 6 to the front body 2 is meant. The tape-type diaper 100 includes an upper liquid permeable sheet 43 disposed between the absorbent body 22 and the top sheet 18 and a lower liquid permeable sheet disposed between the back sheet 20 and the absorbent body 22. 44 are further arranged.

Further, in the present specification, the “pants-type diaper” means, for example, by joining the corresponding side edges of the front body 2 and the back body 6 like the pants-type diaper 110 shown in FIG. 8. A diaper having a waist opening 9 and a pair of leg openings 12a and 12b formed in advance and configured in a pants shape. The pants-type diaper 110 includes an absorbent body 22 having a curved through-groove 35 formed over the front body 2, the back body 6, and the crotch 4, and the absorbent body 22 and the top sheet 18. And a liquid-permeable sheet (not shown) is disposed between the back sheet 20 and the absorber 22.

The “one-piece type” includes a top sheet, a back sheet, and an absorbent body. An absorbent body that has an absorption / holding function is interposed (built in) between the top sheet and the back sheet, so that the mounting function is provided. This means a diaper of a type integrally formed with a top sheet and / or a back sheet.

“Two-piece type” means an absorbent main body that functions to absorb and retain the excrement of the wearer (absorption / holding function) and an exterior member that functions to encapsulate the wearer's body (mounting function) And a diaper of the type in which an absorbent main body is disposed inside the exterior member.

The said absorptive main body is a member provided with an absorber, a top sheet, and a back sheet as a component, and manufactures by inserting an absorber between a top sheet and a back sheet, and sealing the peripheral part of an absorber. be able to. An absorptive main body is comprised by the size which covers at least the crotch part of a diaper. However, in order to ensure the effect of preventing leakage, it is preferable to have a size that covers not only the crotch part but also a part of the front body and the back body. The absorptive main body can be fixed to the exterior member using, for example, a hot melt adhesive.

The exterior member is a member having a mounting function for encapsulating the wearer's body, and specifically, is a sheet-like member that forms the front body, the crotch portion, and the back body. The two-piece diaper absorbs and retains the excretion fluid of the wearer, and the absorption / retention function is exclusively performed by the absorbent main body. Therefore, the liquid-impermeable material is used as the material for the exterior member. There is no need to use. Examples of the material constituting the exterior member include a nonwoven fabric composed of synthetic fibers made of polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester, and other thermoplastic resins.

In this specification, “front body” refers to the portion that covers the abdomen (front of the body) of the wearer when the diaper is worn on the wearer, and “inseam” refers to the wearer wearing the diaper. When the wearer wears a diaper, the part covering the inseam of the wearer means the part covering the back side (back of the body) of the wearer.

Hereinafter, a 1 piece type tape type diaper (tape type diaper of this embodiment) is explained.

Although the top sheet used for the tape type diaper of this embodiment may be constituted by a single sheet material, it may be constituted by a plurality of sheet materials. For example, the form which comprises the top sheet arrange | positioned at the upper surface side of a some absorber and the top sheet arrange | positioned at the part of the side flap of a diaper by a different sheet | seat is also utilized frequently. In the tape-type diaper 100 shown in FIG. 14, a top sheet 18 (center sheet 18a) made of a liquid-permeable material is disposed at the center of the diaper, and the side flap 5 portion of the diaper is resistant to liquid permeation. It is the example which has arrange | positioned the top sheet 18 (side sheet 18b) which consists of ventilation water-repellent material which shows.

Moreover, what was comprised so that it might correspond with the external shape of a diaper may be used for a back sheet | seat, and a sheet | seat material (cover sheet | seat) may be bonded together on the outer surface side of a back sheet | seat. This cover sheet is used to reinforce the back sheet and improve the feel (tactile feeling) of the back sheet. In addition, in the tape-type diaper 100 shown in FIG. 14, the example which has arrange | positioned the back seat | sheet 20 of the shape corresponding to the external shape of a diaper is shown. Moreover, the back sheet should just be arrange | positioned in the range which covers an absorber at least. By disposing the back sheet in a range slightly larger than the absorbent body and configuring the side flap portion corresponding to the side portion of the wearer with the cover sheet and the side sheet, a disposable diaper having better breathability can be obtained. You may comprise the said side flap part with a separate nonwoven fabric etc.

[2-1] Solid gather:
The tape-type diaper according to the present embodiment may include a three-dimensional gather to prevent side leakage of urine excreted by the wearer. The three-dimensional gather is a member for preventing side leakage of the urine excreted by the wearer, and is a leak-proof wall configured to stand up three-dimensionally. By forming such a three-dimensional gather, the three-dimensional gather serves as a breakwater, and leakage from a leg-diameter opening or the like (so-called “lateral leakage”) can be effectively prevented.

The structure currently used for the conventional absorbent article can be employ | adopted for the structure of a three-dimensional gather. For example, a stretchable material (three-dimensional gather stretchable material 36 (36a, 36b) shown in FIG. 14) is disposed on a part of the water-repellent sheet material, and the three-dimensional gather stretchable material forms a gather (gutter) on the sheet material. Etc. can be used suitably.

The three-dimensional gather may be formed of a sheet material that is completely different from the top sheet and the back sheet, but may be formed by folding back a top sheet such as a center sheet or a side sheet.

In order to prevent leakage from the crotch part, this three-dimensional gather may be formed at least in the crotch part, but may be formed in the front body or the back body. For example, in the tape-type diaper 100 shown in FIG. 14, a pair of three-dimensional gathers 26 (26a, 26b) are formed continuously from the crotch part 4 to both the front body 2 and the back body 6 along the longitudinal direction of the diaper. An example is shown. Note that at least one pair of solid gathers must be formed, but two or more pairs may be formed.

The three-dimensional gather may be an inversion gather that tilts toward the inside of the diaper, or an outside gather that tilts toward the outside of the diaper. Moreover, it can also be set as the three-dimensional gathers (C fold gather, Z fold gather, etc.) which formed the bending part and the folding | turning part in a part of height direction. For example, the tape-type diaper 100 shown in FIG. 14 is an example in which the three-dimensional gathers 26 (26a, 26b) are inwardly gathered.

[2-2] Fastening tape:
A fastening tape is a tape for making a wearer wear a tape type diaper. There are no particular restrictions on the shape and structure of the diaper so long as it can be attached to the wearer by fixing the back and abdomen of the diaper to a pant-type diaper.

A tape-type diaper 100 shown in FIG. 14 is one in which two pairs of fastening tapes 7 are arranged on both side edges of the back body 6. These fastening tapes 7 are configured to be capable of being attached to a front patch 11 disposed on the outer surface of the front body 2. By sticking the fastening tape 7 to the front patch 11, the back body 6 and the front body 2 of the diaper are fixed to each other, and the diaper can be attached to the wearer.

Note that the tape-type diaper 100 shown in FIG. 14 is provided with two pairs of the fastening tape 7, but the same effect can be obtained even if the fastener tape 7 is provided with only one pair or three or more pairs. be able to.

As the fastening tape, any one of an adhesive tape, a mechanical fastener and the like may be used. The mechanical fastener is, for example, a convex member (hook member) having a large number of protrusions (such as hooks, mushrooms, hooks, etc.) formed on the surface and loop fibers disposed on the surface, or short fibers. A combination of a concave material (loop material) such as a configured nonwoven fabric is often used. In this fastener, the hook material is superimposed on the surface of the loop material, and a large number of protrusions of the hook material are engaged with the surface of the loop material, so that both members can be peeled and firmly fixed. It can be done.

[2-3] Various elastic materials:
In the tape-type diaper of this embodiment, it is preferable to arrange a leg-surrounding elastic material and a waist-circular elastic material.

The leg circumference elastic material is an elastic material arranged along the leg circumference opening. By arranging the leg-stretchable material, a gather (leg gather) rich in stretchability can be formed in the leg-surrounding opening. Therefore, it is difficult to form a gap around the leg, and urine leakage from the opening around the leg can be effectively prevented. Further, when the leg stretchable material is disposed, the leg stretchable material contracts on both sides of the absorbent body when changing the diaper, so that the vicinity of the crotch portion is deformed into a bowl shape and a recess is formed. For this reason, urine and body fluid accumulate in the concave portion, and the diaper can be easily replaced without spilling urine and body fluid.

For example, the tape-type diaper 100 shown in FIG. 14 is an example in which leg gathers are formed by arranging two leg-around elastic members 40 linearly along the longitudinal direction of the diaper. The leg-around elastic member 40 is made of rubber thread. In addition, it is not necessary to arrange | position the leg periphery elastic material linearly, for example, you may arrange | position in a curve along the curve of the leg periphery opening part of a diaper.

For example, the leg elastic member 40 is preferably formed on the outer side of the upright line 46 of the three-dimensional gather 26 like a tape-type diaper 100 shown in FIG. With such a configuration, it is possible to improve the wearing feeling and wearing feeling of the crotch part while ensuring a sufficient leakage preventing effect of the three-dimensional gather.

In the tape-type diaper 100 shown in FIG. 14, an example in which the shape, arrangement position, number of arrangements, etc. of the leg-surrounding elastic material 40 is left-right symmetric is shown. You may arrange | position so that the material 40 may become asymmetrical. And in the tape type diaper 100 shown in FIG. 14, although the example which has arrange | positioned two leg-around elastic materials 40 per one side is shown, you may arrange | position only one per one side and arrange | position three or more per one side. May be. In addition, when a plurality of leg elastic members are used, their thickness, stretch rate, and the like can be appropriately set according to the purpose.

Next, the waist elastic material is an elastic material disposed along the waist opening. By arranging the elastic material around the waist, a gather (waist gather) rich in elasticity can be formed in the waist opening. This waist gather makes it difficult for gaps to be formed around the waist, and urine leakage from around the waist can be prevented. Moreover, the fitting property of the diaper to a wearer becomes favorable and can prevent the diaper slipping down.

A tape-type diaper 100 shown in FIG. 14 is an example in which a belt-shaped waist-circular stretchable material 42 is disposed along the edge of the body 6 after that. The belt-shaped waist elastic member 42 can be formed of a stretchable foam such as urethane foam. In the illustrated example, the waist elastic member 42 is disposed only on the back body (back side), but the waist elastic material may be disposed on the front body (abdominal side).

For these stretchable materials, it is possible to determine the constituent material, the elongation rate of the material, the stretched state at the time of fixation, etc. in consideration of the degree of gather contraction and the like.

As said elastic material, the elastic material currently used for the conventional absorbent article can be used. Specific examples include thread rubber made of an elastic material such as natural rubber and synthetic rubber (urethane rubber, etc.), flat rubber, stretchable net, stretchable film, stretchable foam (urethane foam, etc.), and the like.

The stretchable material is preferably fixed in an expanded state in order to exert a sufficient stretch force. For example, when the elastic material is natural rubber or synthetic rubber, it is preferably fixed in a stretched state of 120 to 400%, and more preferably fixed in a stretched state of 200 to 300%. By fixing in the extended state in such a range, a sufficient stretching force can be applied.

Further, the stretchable material can be fixed to other constituent members of the diaper by an adhesive or other means. Examples of the fixing method include an adhesive method using a hot melt adhesive and other highly fluid adhesives, a heat sealing method including heat sealing, and a method using welding using ultrasonic waves.

[3] Tape diaper manufacturing method:
The manufacturing method of the tape type diaper of this embodiment is demonstrated in the example in the case of manufacturing the tape type diaper 100 shown in FIG.

First, an absorber is formed. The absorber can be formed by the same method as described above. Thereafter, both surfaces of the formed absorber are covered with a long liquid-permeable sheet (a long upper liquid-permeable sheet and a long lower liquid-permeable sheet) (see FIG. 12). At this time, an adhesive is applied to a portion between adjacent absorber pieces, that is, inside the through groove portion of the absorber, and the long upper liquid permeable sheet and the long lower liquid permeable sheet are bonded to each other. Let By doing in this way, the partition part 35 is formed in the part between adjacent absorber pieces 22-3 and 22-3 (namely, covering the side surface of the penetration groove part 23 of the absorber 22).

Next, a long sheet material (back sheet material) as a material of the back sheet 20 is prepared, and an absorber 22 (two absorptions) covered with a long liquid permeable sheet on the upper surface of the back sheet material. The body pieces 22-3, 22-3) and the leg elastic members 40 are placed. And the elongate sheet material (top sheet material) used as the material of the top sheet 18 is mounted in these upper surfaces. Thereafter, the back sheet material and the top sheet material are bonded to each other. Thus, the laminated body (diaper continuous body) used as the intermediate body of a diaper is obtained. In addition, two types of top sheet materials are used: a top sheet material corresponding to the center sheet 18a and a top sheet material corresponding to the side sheet 18b. A three-dimensional gather 26 is formed by providing a folded portion on the sheet material corresponding to the side sheet 18b.

Next, about the obtained diaper continuous body, the part corresponding to the leg periphery opening part of a diaper is cut out circularly, and it cuts out (R cut), and forms a leg periphery opening part. Then, the tape-type diaper 100 can be manufactured by attaching the fastening tape 7 and cutting the diaper continuous body into individual diapers at predetermined intervals.

The series of steps as described above can be continuously performed by mechanical means. For example, by adopting a method / apparatus such as continuously feeding a long sheet material from a roller, continuous production of a tape-type diaper becomes possible, which contributes to improvement of productivity.

The absorptive article of the present invention can be used conveniently as a diaper for infants or adults such as elderly people and persons with disabilities who need care.
