Abstract
抵抗接地系統の送電線地絡故障時に送電線の片端子の電圧,電流情報のみで、故障点抵抗や負荷電流に影響を受けずに故障点までの距離を測定する。
【解決手段】
故障点に流入する電流の位相を他の電気量で近似し、継電器設置点の電圧,電流および送電線全長のインピーダンスから成り立つ電圧方程式を解くことにより、故障点までの距離を算出する地絡距離継電器を提供する。故障点に流入する電流の位相は、交差電流や零相電流により近似する。

Description
継電器設置点の電圧VR,電流IRは知ることができるが、故障点電圧VR,故障点電流IR,故障点抵抗RFは未知数であり、故障点までの送電線インピーダンスZを求めることができない。
