Description

The present invention relates to an improvement of a drain trap installed between a drain device and a drain pipe installed under the floor.

Conventionally, a drain trap provided in a unit-type wash basin as shown in FIGS. 13 to 14 in order to secure a space in the wash basin is known (see Patent Document 1). This unit-type wash basin has a wash basin as a drainage facility, and the drainage from the wash basin flows into a drain trap built in the back plate of the unit, and the pipe from this drain trap is It is designed to be connected to a drain pipe installed in Therefore, there is an advantage that the inside of the unit cabinet can be used as a wide storage space.
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 7-109753

However, several types of drainage traps had to be prepared according to the height of the washstand and the structure of the washstand unit.

In addition, for unit-type washbasins, etc., it is only necessary to prepare a drain trap that matches the height of the unit. It is necessary to adjust the height of the drainage trap, which was not possible with the conventional one.

Moreover, it is necessary to provide a hole for connecting the drain trap to the drain pipe under the floor on the floor of the room, and the floor is damaged accordingly.

In addition, when it is not a unit type, the drain trap is exposed to the room, and the appearance is not good.

In view of the above points, the object of the present invention is a drain trap installed between drainage equipment and a drain pipe installed under the floor, and can be easily adjusted in height. Is to provide. Furthermore, it is providing the drain trap suitable for installation in a wall.

In view of the above problems, the invention according to claim 1 of the present application is a drain trap installed between drainage equipment and a drain pipe installed under the floor,
A main body installed in a gap between the back of the wall, and a joint connecting the main body and the drain pipe,
The main body includes a trap portion, a first connection port that is located above the trap portion, penetrates the wall, is exposed to a wall surface, and is connected to a drain port of the drainage device, and the trap portion And a tubular body having a second connection port at the lower end, which extends from below the floor to the floor. The joint includes a third connection port connected to the tubular body and a fourth connection port connected to the drain pipe, and the third connection port has a wall thickness in a direction along the wall. It is formed to have a shape that extends longer than the direction. Further, the tube body can be cut to adjust the length to the underfloor, and can be connected to the third connection port in a cut state, and the direction along the wall is compared to the wall thickness direction. Thus, it is formed to have a long extending shape.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect of the present invention, the tubular body is formed such that the second connection port can be loosely fitted inward of the third connection port and is watertightly connected via the packing. It is characterized by that.

A third aspect of the invention is characterized in that, in the first or second aspect of the invention, the first connection port and the second connection port are arranged so that the projection position on the wall surface is on a vertical line.

According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the invention according to any one of the first to third aspects, the main body includes an inspection port that penetrates the wall and is exposed to the wall surface so as to confirm the inside of the trap portion. Features.

According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in the fourth aspect of the invention, the first connection port and the inspection port are arranged such that the projection position on the wall surface is on a vertical line.

According to the invention described in claim 1 of the present application, since the drainage trap can cut the pipe body, the length can be adjusted according to the washstand and the unit structure at the installation site. There is no need to prepare a wastewater trap.

In addition, it is not a unit type, and the drain trap can be put in the wall even in an installation place where the drain trap is exposed in the past. Further, since the pipe from the drain trap to the floor is formed behind the wall, it is not necessary to provide a hole for piping that has been provided in the floor in the conventional case, and accordingly, the floor does not need to be damaged.

In the present invention, the joint under the floor is assumed to be arranged such that a part of the joint enters the back of the wall. This joint is generally L-shaped, but when the underfloor space is narrow, it may be used in such an arrangement that the L-shaped vertical portion is inserted into the back of the wall (in the examples described later). (See FIG. 3). By the way, since the connection part of the drain trap and the joint is nested, it becomes thick accordingly.

Here, in the case of a site having a severe arrangement condition in which the trap portion enters the gap (in the wall thickness direction) at the back of the wall, the connecting portion as described above also enters the gap (100A in FIG. 3). Must be such a thickness.

The present invention was made to respond to such a situation, and the third connection port of the joint and the tube inserted into the joint have a shape extending longer in the direction along the wall than in the wall thickness direction. Therefore, since the cross section is flattened, the wall thickness direction can be reduced. For example, the length of the third connection port in the wall thickness direction can be made equal to the length of the trap portion in the wall thickness direction. Therefore, the wall thickness direction of the tube is shorter than that of the trap part, but by extending the direction along the wall, the cross-sectional area of the tube body can be secured, and the flow rate of the drainage flowing from the trap part. Can be accepted.

Furthermore, since the third connection port for connecting the tubular body is flat, this flattening prevents rotation, and the tube body does not rotate as a rotation shaft. Therefore, the position of the first connecting port penetrating through the trap portion and the wall surface is fixed in such a rotational direction, and the work becomes easy even when the wall is installed after the trap is attached.

According to the second aspect of the present invention, the second connection port can be loosely fitted into the third connection port. Therefore, the second connection port can be simply inserted by hand, and thereafter, the packing portion disposed inside the third connection port. Insert it into a watertight connection. Therefore, when connecting, if there is a tool such as a saw for cutting, it can be connected without any special preparation, and an easy work can be realized.

In the third aspect of the invention, since the first connection port and the second connection port are arranged so that the projection positions on the wall surface are in a vertical line, the first connection port is the true of the third connection port of the joint. Therefore, if the wall surface to be constructed after the trap is attached penetrates the through hole for the first connection port provided in the wall plate or the like, it is easy to specify the through position. Therefore, construction becomes easier.

In the invention according to claim 4, since the main body is provided with the inspection port that penetrates the wall and is exposed to the wall surface so as to check the inside of the trap portion, An inspection port is provided on the front side, making inspection easy.

In the fifth aspect of the invention, the projection positions on the wall surfaces of the first connection port, the inspection port, and the third connection port are arranged in a vertical line in the same manner as in the third aspect. At the time of construction, the work of penetrating the inspection hole is facilitated.

Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

1 and 2 show an embodiment of the drain trap 1 of the present invention installed between a wash basin 200 as a drainage device and a drain pipe 300 installed under the floor as shown in FIG. The synthetic resin main body 10 and the joint 20 are connected, and the connection portion is fastened with a stopper 30 so as to be disposed in a gap 100A formed on the back of the front wall 100.

As shown in FIGS. 4 to 6, the main body 10 is provided with a trap portion 11 having a front-rear width corresponding to a gap 100 </ b> A in the wall thickness direction formed on the back wall 110, and is located above the trap portion 11 to drain water. The first connection port 12 connected to the drainage port 210 of the wash basin 200 as a device and the inspection port 13 for checking the inside of the trap portion 11 pass through the front wall 100 and are exposed to the wall surface. And a tubular body 15 extending from below the trap portion 11 under the floor and having a second connection port 14 at the lower end. In the resin main body, the trap portion 11, the pipe body 15, the first connection port 12, and the inspection port 13 are integrally formed.
The first connection port 12, the second connection port 14, and the inspection port 13 are arranged such that when the drain trap 1 is attached to the back of the wall, the projection position on the wall surface is on the vertical line. Further, the tubular body 15 has a flat and substantially elliptical shape as shown in FIG.
Further, the trap portion 11 is integrally formed with a lateral plate-like fixing portion 16 on the back side of the first connection port 12, and a nail hole 16 a provided in the trap portion 11 extends between the back wall and the pillar. It is fixed to a horizontal member 111 such as a long plate passed by nails or wood screws. However, the fixing portion 16 is formed in a recessed state so that the thickness of the horizontal member 111 can be accommodated, so that the thickness of the horizontal member 111 is obstructed even in a narrow gap 100A on the back of the wall. Thus, the drain trap 1 is prevented from entering the gap 100A.

As shown in FIGS. 8 to 10, the joint 20 has an L shape, and a side to which the drain pipe 300 is connected to the third connection port 21 that is opened upward and connected to the second connection port. And an open fourth connection port 22. The joint 20 is provided with a fixing portion 23 for fixing at an arbitrary position under the floor, and an engaging portion 24 for engaging a stopper on the outer periphery of the third connection port.
The third connection port 21 of the joint 20 has a wall thickness direction (21L in FIG. 8) when the fourth connection port 22 is arranged in the wall thickness direction as shown in FIG. It is formed to be the same as the length in the direction (11L in FIG. 5) and is flat. That is, the wall thickness direction is formed to have a length corresponding to the gap 100A on the back of the wall, and the direction along the wall is formed to extend longer than the wall thickness direction.

Since the drain trap 1 is made of resin, the tube 15 can be cut to adjust the length to the floor. The tubular body 15 has a cross-sectional shape that is flat as shown in FIG. 7, that is, the tube body 15 is formed in a shape that extends longer in the direction along the wall than in the wall thickness direction. It is formed in the same cut surface shape corresponding to the flatness of the circumference. Therefore, the second connection port 14 that is cut and newly formed is always connectable to the third connection port 21 regardless of where the tube body 15 is cut.

Further, the outer periphery of the tube body 15 is formed to be slightly thinner than the inner periphery of the third connection port 21, whereby the new second connection port 14 formed by cutting the inner surface of the third connection port 21 It becomes possible to loosely fit in. Then, the elliptical packing shown in FIG. 11 is fitted in the third connection port 21 inward, and the second connection port 14 is inserted and connected to the third connection port 21 so that a watertight connection is formed. .

Next, the usage method of this drain trap 1 is demonstrated using FIG. 3 which has shown the state to which the drain trap has been attached.

First, it is a state before construction, but the floor is only the base floor 400 under the floor, and the floor board 410 is not stretched. Moreover, only the back wall 110 used as the back surface side of the attachment location has already been constructed, and the front wall 100 on the near side is not yet present.

In this state, first, the joint 20 is arranged so that the third connection port 21 is inserted into the gap 100 </ b> A of the wall, and is connected to the drain pipe 300 laid on the foundation floor 400.

In this state, the height of the first connection port 12 of the drain trap 1 is determined from the height position of the wash basin 200, and the tube body 15 is cut to a length that matches the height. For example, the height of the first connection port 12 is marked on the back wall 110, the drainage trap 11 is directed to the back wall 110 while matching the height of the first connection port 12, and the pipe body 15 is hung in the vicinity of the joint 20. When the cutting location of the pipe body 15 is determined in accordance with the joint 20, the location is cut.

If it can cut | disconnect, the substantially elliptical packing 25 as shown in FIG. 11 will be put inside the 3rd connection port 21, and the flat tube 15 will be inserted here and it will connect as FIG. When inserted in this manner, the drainage trap 1 has both the second connection port 14 and the third connection port 21 flat, so the rotation direction when the tube body 15 is the axis is fixed. Since the direction is fixed, as a result, the first connection port 12 and the inspection port 13 can maintain a direction perpendicular to the front wall 100 penetrating. If it inserts in this way, the outer periphery of the connection part will be tightened with the band-shaped stopper 30 formed corresponding to this outer periphery shape, and connection will be strengthened.

When the drain trap 1 is assembled in this way, the fixing portion 16 on the back surface of the trap portion 11 is fixed to the horizontal member 111 stretched over the back wall 110 with a wood screw or the like. However, since the horizontal member 111 is stored in the recess of the fixed portion 16 on the back surface of the trap portion 11, it cannot be stored unless the height is accurate. For this reason, it is also possible to store the back of the trap portion 11 before laying between the walls and columns, determine the height of the trap portion 11, and fix the horizontal member 111 between the walls and columns.

When the drain trap 1 is fixed in this way, the floor plate 410 and the front wall 100 are sequentially constructed. The front wall 100 is provided with holes for the first connection port 12 and the inspection port 13, and the front wall 100 is constructed so as to penetrate through the holes. When construction of the front wall 100 is completed, a wash basin 200 as a drainage device is attached thereto, and a drain outlet 210 of the wash basin 200 is connected to the first connection port 12.
