Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
この考案は洗面台等における水道管、排水管等
の配管類の接続装置に関する。[Detailed Description of the Invention] This invention relates to a connection device for pipes such as water pipes and drain pipes in wash basins and the like.
従来、洗面台の背板を貫通して、水道管等の配
管類を建物躯体から延び出す水道管類の端末に現
場で接続する工事が行なわれているが、建物躯体
側の配管位置が現場毎に異なるため、予め洗面台
の背板に配管挿通孔を開穿しておくことが出来
ず、現場で位置合わせをしつゝ開孔していた。こ
のような現場にての開孔作業はきわめて面倒で手

成して、現場にての開孔作業を容易に行い得るよ

困難であると共に、切断に際しては洗面台全体を
移動させなければならないため、配管類の位置合
わせ、切断作業並びに据付毎に洗面台を移動させ
なければならない不便があつた。特に薄肉部で打
抜き用孔を形成したものにあつては、建物躯体側
の配管位置を洗面台側から視認することが出来な

この考案は、従来の洗面台等における配管類の
接続装置にみられた以上の如き欠点を解消すべく
なされたものであつて、以下に図面を参照しつゝ

以下はこの考案を洗面台の水道管の接続につい
て述べるが、この考案はこれに限定されるもので

家具にも同様に適用可能であり、又水道管のみな
らず、ガス管、排水管の接続にも適するものであ

を存して規則正しく配列されており、好しくは該
小円孔10は一定間隔をおいた60゜と120゜の複数
の平行な斜線11の交点12に形成される。この
ような斜線11の交点12に沿つた小円孔10の
配列による場合、小円孔10を直線状に連結し
つゝ切断して六角形状の配管挿通孔13を開穿す
ることが出来、配管挿通孔13を体裁良く形成す
ることが出来ると共に、開穿作業性が良い利点が

小円孔10に沿つて切断して配管挿通孔13を切
り抜く。この配管挿通孔13に連結管4を挿通
し、連結管4と水道管7とを接続した後、配管口

に、該小円孔10を等間隔に平行に配列された
60゜と120゜の複数の斜線11の交点に形成してあ
るので、小円孔10を通して配管位置の視認が出
来、正確な位置を決めつつ配管口板9に配管挿通
孔13を開穿することが出来ると共に、配管挿通
孔13の開穿に際しては配管口板9のみを取り外
して行うことが出来、洗面台1を移動する必要が
ないため作業性が良好である。又、連結管4と水
道管7の接続は大径の配管口8を通して行うこと
が出来るため接続作業性が容易となる等種々の実
用的効果を奏し得るのである。更に、小円孔10
は等間隔に平行に配列された60゜と120゜の複数の
斜線11の交点に形成されているので、六角形状
の配管挿通孔13を簡単且体裁良く開穿すること
が出来ると共に、小円孔に沿つて直線状に連結し
つつ切断するのみで良いので開穿作業性が良い利
