Conventionally, the drainage structure provided in the bathroom shown in FIGS. 6 to 8 has the following structure.
A conventional drainage structure of a bathroom includes a bathtub, a drain plug, a bathtub pan, a washing pan, a drainage elbow, a drain trap, a watertight tube, and a lid member.
The bathtub is a box that stores water therein, and is formed by opening a drain outlet for discharging the drained water stored inside to the bottom of the bathtub.
The drain plug is a member having a flange protruding outward in the upper end, and is a base attached to the drain port of the bathtub.
The bathtub pan is a waterproof pan on which the bathtub is placed, and has a first drain opening at the bottom. The first drain outlet is an opening for discharging drainage from the bathtub and drainage from the bathtub pan to the outside.
The washing place pan is a waterproof pan that forms a washing place, and has a second drainage opening at the bottom. The second drain port is an opening for discharging the waste water on the washing place pan to the outside.
The drain trap is a member attached to the back surface of the second drain port, and has a configuration in which drainage called sealed water is temporarily stored therein so that odors and pests from the sewage do not flow backward to the indoor side. . In addition, the drain trap is connected to the drain pipe and is finally configured to be discharged into sewage.
The drainage elbow is an L-shaped member with one end attached to the back surface of the first drainage port and the other end connected to a drainage trap to be described later, and discharges drainage from the bathtub and bathtub pan to the drainage trap. It is a member to do. Further, since the drain elbow is connected as a branch pipe to the sealed portion of the drain trap, the sealed water is always stored in conjunction with the drain trap.
The lid member is a member configured with two openings, a bathtub outlet and a bathtub pan outlet attached to the first drain outlet, and the bathtub pan outlet is an opening for draining only the drainage from the bathtub pan downstream. Thus, a backflow prevention device is provided. The backflow prevention device uses a float valve that rises / falls depending on the level of drainage. When drainage from the bathtub pan occurs, the float valve descends and can be smoothly discharged to the drainage elbow side. If the drainage water level rises, the float valve rises along with the drainage water level, seals the bathtub pan outlet of the lid member, and the drainage on the drainage elbow side does not flow back to the bathtub pan side. Yes. The other opening of the lid member is formed by opening a bathtub outlet through which only drainage from the bathtub passes.
The watertight pipe is a tube body with an upper end attached to the drain plug, and is configured by connecting the lower end to the bathtub outlet of the lid member of the first drain outlet.

Such a bathroom drainage structure is constructed and arranged as follows.
A drainage elbow is attached in advance to the first drainage outlet of the bathtub pan, and a drainage trap is attached in advance to the second drainage outlet of the wash basin pan, and the drainage elbow and the drainage trap are connected by a tubular body. Then, the bathroom pan and the bathtub pan are installed in the bathroom, and a lid member is attached to the first drain outlet of the bathtub pan. Moreover, a drain plug is previously attached to the drain outlet of the bathtub, and a watertight pipe is connected to the lower end of the drain plug. Thereafter, the bathtub is placed on top of the bathtub pan. At this time, the bathtub is placed on the bathtub pan while finely adjusting the position of the bathtub so that the opening of the watertight tube of the drain plug of the bathtub matches the bathtub outlet of the lid member attached to the first drain outlet of the bathtub pan. Placed on. By doing in this way, the drain outlet in a bathtub comes to be connected with the bathtub outlet of a cover member. Thereafter, the drain trap and the sewage pipe are connected by the drain pipe, and the apron is attached between the bathtub, the bathtub pan, and the washing pan, and the construction is completed.

In the conventional bathroom drainage structure, the drainage flow is as follows.
The wastewater generated from the bathtub is discharged from the bathtub outlet to the outside of the bathtub, passes through a drain plug attached to the bathtub outlet, and passes through the watertight pipe from the bathtub outlet of the lid member to the outside of the first drain outlet of the bathtub pan. , Passes through the inside of the drain elbow, and is discharged to the drain trap. Thereafter, the drainage in the drainage trap is discharged out of the drainage trap through the sealed water. And the waste_water | drain in a drain trap is finally discharged | emitted to a sewer pipe through a drain pipe.

The drainage structure of the bathroom as in the conventional example has the following problems.
In a normal bathroom, when installing and installing a tub and tub pan, it is often performed in a narrow space in the bathroom. Alignment for connection between the watertight pipe connected to the tub and the bathtub outlet of the lid member attached to the first drain outlet of the bathtub pan must be performed. However, even if it is attempted to construct in such a narrow place, it is often difficult to perform construction by lifting a heavy bathtub or the like on a small place and it is very difficult for the operator / constructor.
In addition, it is necessary to work while moving the bathtub, but the bathtub outlet of the lid member is small compared to the size of the bathtub, and it is very important for the installer to move the large bathtub to match the small bathtub outlet. In many cases, it is difficult to be constructed with a slight misalignment, and if it is constructed with such a misalignment, the drainage of the bathtub leaks onto the bathtub pan. And since the division of the bathtub pan is divided by a washing place pan and an apron, it is difficult for the user to maintain and it is difficult to wash. Therefore, the top of the bathtub pan is soiled by drainage, which may cause a strange odor.

In such a bathroom drainage structure, as shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, the construction is arranged as follows.
A drainage elbow 7 is attached to the first drainage port 5 of the bathtub pan 4 and a drainage trap 10 is previously attached to the second drainage port 9 of the washing pan 8, and the drainage elbow 7 and the drainage trap 10 are connected by a pipe. . Thereafter, the washing pan 8 and the bathtub pan 4 are installed in the bathroom, and the lid member 15 is attached to the first drain port 5 of the bathtub pan 4. As shown in FIG. 3, the bathtub 1 has a drain plug 3 attached to the drain port 2 in advance, and a watertight tube 11 is connected to the lower end of the drain plug 3. Thereafter, the bathtub 1 is placed on top of the bathtub pan 4. At this time, the position of the bathtub 1 is slightly adjusted so that the opening of the watertight tube 11 of the drain plug 3 of the bathtub 1 matches the bathtub outlet 16 of the lid member 15 attached to the first drain outlet 5 of the bathtub pan 4. The bathtub 1 is placed on the bathtub pan 4 while adjusting. By doing in this way, the drain port 2 in the bathtub 1 is communicated with the bathtub discharge port 16 of the lid member 15. At this time, as shown in FIG. 4, the guide portion 12 of the watertight tube 11 slides downward along the inclined surface 6 of the bathtub outlet 16 of the lid member 15, and the inclined surface 6 of the inclined surface 6 as shown in FIG. 5. The inclination and the inclination of the guide portion 12 match, and the watertight pipe 11 and the bathtub outlet 16 of the lid member 15 are sealed in a watertight manner. And the flange part 14 of the watertight pipe | tube 11 contact | abuts to the upper surface periphery of the bathtub discharge port 16 of the cover member 15, and can achieve water-tightening more. In addition, since the resin film 13 is coated on the guide portion 12 of the watertight tube 11, the guide portion 12 smoothly slides when the abutment against the inclined surface 6 of the bathtub discharge port 16 causes the watertight tube 11 to move to the bathtub. The guide is provided so as to be positioned at the axial center of the discharge port 16.
Since it connects in this way, even if it installs and connects the watertight pipe | tube 11 and the bathtub discharge port 16 in a narrow bathroom, it can connect now easily.
Thereafter, the drain trap 10 and the sewage pipe are connected by a drain pipe, and an apron is attached between the bathtub 1, the bathtub pan 4, and the washing pan 8 to complete the construction.

In the drainage structure of the bathroom of the embodiment, the drainage flow is as follows.
The drainage generated from the bathtub 1 is discharged from the drain outlet 2 of the bathtub 1 to the outside of the bathtub 1, passes through the drain plug 3 attached to the drain outlet 2 of the bathtub 1, and passes through the watertight pipe 11 to the first of the bathtub pan 4. It is discharged from the bathtub outlet 16 of the lid member 15 installed in the drain outlet 5 to the outside of the first drain outlet 5 of the bathtub pan 4, passes through the drain elbow 7, and is discharged to the drain trap 10. Thereafter, the drainage in the drain trap 10 is discharged out of the drain trap 10 through the sealed water. And the waste_water | drain in the drain trap 10 is finally discharged | emitted to a sewer pipe through a drain pipe.
The drainage generated in the bathtub pan 4 is discharged from the bathtub pan discharge port 17 of the lid member 15 installed in the first drain port 5 of the bathtub pan 4 to the drain elbow 7 side through the backflow prevention device 18. The wastewater that flows into the drainage elbow 7 passes through the drainage elbow 7 and flows into the drainage trap 10, and finally the drainage in the drainage trap 10 passes through the sealed water to the sewer pipe via the drainage pipe. And discharged.
Further, the waste water from the washing place pan 8 flows from the second drain opening 9 of the washing place pan 8 into the drain trap 10 attached to the second drain opening 9. And it is finally discharged | emitted to the sewer pipe through the sealed water in the drain trap 10, and a drain pipe.
For example, when there is a large amount of drainage from the wash basin pan 8, the drainage flow rate of the drain trap 10 attached to the second drain port 9 of the wash basin pan 8 does not catch up with the first drain port 5 of the bathtub pan 4. The drainage may flow backward to the attached drainage elbow 7 side. When the drainage in the drainage elbow 7 flows backward, the drainage flows backward to the bathtub pan 4 side. In this embodiment, a lid member 15 is provided at the first drainage port 5 of the bathtub pan 4, and the circulation with the bathtub pan 4 is performed. Since the bathtub pan outlet 17 which is an opening is provided with a backflow prevention device 18 comprising a float valve, the float valve of the backflow prevention device 18 rises as the level of drainage rises, and the bathtub pan outlet 17 is sealed watertight. Since it stops, drainage does not flow backward to the bathtub pan 4 side. In addition, since the backflow prevention device 18 is normal (when the drainage is not backflowing), the float valve is lowered by its own weight, and even if drainage occurs in the bathtub pan 4, the float valve is lowered. The drainage on the bathtub pan 4 is smoothly discharged from the bathtub pan discharge port 17 of the first drain port 5 lid member 15 of the bathtub pan 4 to the drainage elbow 7 side.
