【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、浴槽を載置する防水パンに取り付けられる排水装置の、排水口に備えられるカバー部材に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来より、浴室など、槽体を載置した防水パンの排水口には、配管上の必要性や、排水の逆流防止の目的から、様々な機能を付加されたカバー部材が備えられている。
図5に示した浴室配管の場合、
防水パンを、浴槽を載置する載置部(特開平10−168972号の「浴槽設置部」に相当)と、使用者が身体を洗う等する洗い場部とに分割し、
洗い場部には排水トラップを、載置部には排水部をそれぞれ備え、且つ両者をパイプ管等にて接続して、排水部からの排水を排水トラップにて処理できるように構造している。
更に排水部に、浴槽からの排水が流入する第二排水孔と、載置部上の排水を行う、逆流防止弁を備えた第一排水孔を備えたカバー部材(特開平10−168972号の「集水板」に相当)を配置して、洗い場部上面から浴槽上縁までの高さ(以後「またぎ高さ」と呼ぶ)が低い配管構造を提供している(例えば、特許文献1)。

更にこれらの配管構造において、浴槽の排水口を、浴槽の縁部に設けた操作部に操作を加えることで自在に開閉する、遠隔操作式排水栓装置が知られている。図6に示した遠隔操作式排水栓装置の場合、浴槽に取り付けられた排水栓と、防水パン上の排水口との接続を行う排水継手の側面から、操作部に加えられた操作の伝達を行う操作伝達部材の一種であるレリースワイヤを挿通して、浴槽配管における、遠隔操作式排水栓装置の施工を行っている(例えば、特許文献2)。

また、上記段落0003に記載された操作伝達部材の挿通方法とは別の方法として、図7に示した遠隔操作式排水栓装置の場合、防水パン上に、排水口とは別途の操作伝達部材用の挿通口とそれに続く配管部材を配設し、それらを介して、操作伝達部材を防水パン上から排水装置の内部に挿通し、遠隔操作式排水栓装置の施工を行っている(例えば、特許文献3)。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記したまたぎ高さが高いと、乗り越えなければならない壁面が高くなることから、使用者にとっては浴槽が利用し難いものとなってしまう。このため、このまたぎ高さをなるべく低くすることが近年の浴室配管の重要な課題となっている。
しかしながら、浴槽を浅くすることでまたぎ高さを低くすると、浴湯の量が少なく、また浴槽の使用者が全身を浴湯に浸りにくくなり、使用者にとっては不満が生じるものとなってしまう。
また、洗い場部を浴槽に対して高くすることでまたぎ高さを低くすると、スラブ面と防水パンの下面との幅が大きなものになってしまい、その分、洗い場部よりも上の生活空間が上下方向に幅狭になる、という問題が生じる。
そこで、実際に用いられるまたぎ高さを低くする方法として、浴槽と防水パンの間をできるだけ狭くし、その分またぎ高さを低くする方法が主に採用されている。
この方法であれば、浴槽を浅くすることなく、またスラブ面と防水パンの下面との幅を大きくすることなく、またぎ高さを低くすることができる。

しかし、上記のような浴槽と防水パンの間をできるだけ狭くする方法は、排水栓を固定するナット等の部材の厚み分、浴槽載置面との間が必要とされ、充分に跨ぎ高さを低くすることができなかった。

また、上記した、図6に示した遠隔操作式排水栓装置を備えた浴室配管に利用する場合、レリースワイヤなどの操作伝達部材や、それらを排水配管内に挿通させる際に、水密性を確保するためのパッキンなどを配置する高さ幅が、浴槽と浴槽載置面との間に要求されるため、遠隔操作式排水栓装置を備えない浴室配管ほどまたぎ高さを狭くすることができない。
また、図7に示した遠隔操作式排水栓装置を備えた浴室配管の場合は、またぎ高さを、排水栓に遠隔操作式排水栓装置を備えない浴室配管と同等とすることができるが、図6の遠隔操作式排水栓装置を採用した配管構造と比べて、操作伝達部材の挿通ルートを配管する分だけ部材点数や施工の手間が増えるためコストアップし、さらに部材同士の継ぎ目から漏水の可能性が生じる等の問題があった。

本発明は上記問題点に鑑み考案されたものであって、
遠隔操作式排水栓装置を採用した浴室配管において、またぎ高さを可能な限り低いものとしつつ、且つ部材の点数を特に増やさない浴室配管を達成することができる、カバー部材に関するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項1に記載の本発明は、浴槽(B)を載置する載置部(1a)を設けた防水パン(1)に取り付けられる排水装置の、排水口(2)に備えられるカバー部材(3)であって、該カバー部材(3)に、浴槽(B)の排水を行う排水栓(5)を浴槽(B)に固定する固定部(4)と、排水装置の外部から内部への排水は通すが、排水装置の内部から外部への逆流を防止する逆流防止弁(7)と、浴槽(B)の排水栓(5)に設けられた遠隔操作式排水栓装置の操作伝達部材を挿通する挿通部として挿通孔(13)を、カバー部材(3)に対して角度を備えて設け、更に上記固定部(4)の上縁を、浴槽(B)を載置する載置部(1a)の浴槽載置面(1b)と略同一となる高さとしたことを特徴とする排水口のカバー部材である。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下に本発明の第一実施例を、図面を参照しつつ説明する。
図1乃至図2に示した本発明のカバー部材(3)は、平面視略円形の板状の部材であって、円形形状の中心部分に、後述する排水栓(5)を接続する、円筒形状にして内周面に雌ねじを設けた固定部(4)を設けてなり、その周囲に円環状に溝部(6)を設けてなる。
また、上記固定部(4)の下端はそのまま排水口(2)内部に解放されており、従って固定部(4)は排水栓(5)の排水を、排水口(2)を介して後述する排水エルボ(15)内に流入する、流入口としての機能も備えている。
該溝部(6)の底面(6a)には、後述するレリースワイヤ(12)を挿通するための挿通部として挿通孔(13)が、底面(6a)に対して45度程度の角度を備えて設けられており、更に同じく底面(6a)に、シリコンゴムなどの、柔軟で比重が1よりも軽い素材を使ったフロート弁(7a)を利用した、上面側から下面側への排水は通すが、下面側から上面側への排水は通さない逆流防止弁(7)が設けられている。この逆流防止弁(7)の通水口(7b)の上端は、底面(6a)と同じ高さであって、従って溝部(6)内に流入した排水を完全に排水することができる。
更に、カバー部材(3)の下面に、環状パッキン(11)が、環の内部に固定部(4)と溝部(6)が配置されるように備えられてなる。

上記したカバー部材(3)は、以下のような浴室配管に用いられる。
本発明のカバー部材(3)を採用した浴室配管は、下記の防水パン(1)、浴槽(B)、排水トラップ(14)、排水エルボ(15)、排水栓(5)、及び遠隔操作式排水栓装置その他の部材から構成される。
防水パン(1)は、浴槽(B)を載置し、排水が流れる浴槽載置面(1b)を備えた載置部(1a)と、載置部(1a)に載置される浴槽(B)の底面より高い位置に、浴室の使用者が身体を洗う等して、使用済みの排水が流れる洗い場面(1d)が設けられた洗い場部(1c)と、両者を隔てる堤防部(1e)とを設けてなり、更に浴槽載置面(1b)と洗い場面(1c)のそれぞれに1/50〜1/140程度の勾配をつけ、その勾配の最下端となる位置に、後述する排水トラップ(14)または排水エルボ(15)を取り付けるための取着孔を設けてなる。
浴槽(B)は、上方が開口した略箱体形状の部材であって、その底面に排水栓(5)を取り付ける排水栓取付孔を備え、また開口の周縁部分に、操作部(18)を取り付ける操作部取付孔をそれぞれ設けてなる。
排水トラップ(14)は、内部に封水部(9)と呼ばれる排水の溜まり部分を排水の通路に設けた排水装置であって、上面に設けた、防水パン(1)上の排水を流入する第二排水口(8)、封水部(9)と連通した、接続先の排水が流入する枝管部(14a)、第二排水口(8)、枝管部(14a)からの排水を、封水部(9)を介した上で排出する排出口(14b)、からなり、該封水部(9)によって、下水側からの臭気や害虫類の逆流を防止している。
排水エルボ(15)は、防水パン(1)上の排水を流入する、段部(2a)を備えた排水口(2)、及び枝管部(14a)に接続され、排水口(2)からの排水を排出する吐出口(16)からなる排水装置である。なお、該段部(2a)の外周縁はカバー部材(3)の外周縁よりも多少大径で、段部(2a)の内周縁はカバー部材(3)の環状パッキン(11)の外周縁よりも多少小径に形成されている。
排水栓(5)は浴槽(B)の排水栓取付孔に取り付けられる、内部に浴槽排水口(5a)を形成した円筒形状の部材であって、排水栓(5)上端には外側面方向に突出したフランジ部(5b)を、円筒部分の外側面にはカバー部材(3)の固定部(4)の雌ねじと螺合する雄ねじを、円筒形状の内部には後述する遠隔操作式排水栓装置の弁体(17)とレリースワイヤ(12)を接続する軸受部(5c)を備えてなる。
遠隔操作式排水栓装置は、操作部取付孔に取り付けられ、排水栓(5)の浴槽排水口(5a)の開閉を操作する操作部(18)と、上下に昇降して浴槽排水口(5a)の開閉を行う、軸受部(5c)に配置される弁体(17)と、操作部(18)に加えられた操作を弁体(17)に伝達して弁体(17)を昇降させる、操作伝達部材としてのレリースワイヤ(12)と、レリースワイヤ(12)の周囲に配置されるチューブ状の部材であって、レリースワイヤ(12)と挿通孔(13)との水密性を確保するためのブッシュパッキン(19)と、からなる。

上記のように構成した、カバー部材(3)を採用した浴室配管の各部材は、以下のようにして浴室用の防水パン(1)に施工される。なお、必要のある箇所以外は特に記載していないが、各接続箇所/または取付箇所等は、接着もしくはパッキンなどの水密部材を利用した方法によって、漏水等が生じないように水密的に接続/または取付等を行っている。

まず、防水パン(1)に排水トラップ(14)、排水エルボ(15)などの排水装置を取り付ける。
排水トラップ(14)の枝管部(14a)に排水エルボ(15)の吐出口(16)を接続した上で、載置部(1a)側の取着口には排水エルボ(15)を、洗い場部(1c)側の取着口には排水トラップ(14)を、防水パン(1)上の排水がそれぞれの排水口(2、8)に流れ込むように取り付ける。更に排水トラップ(14)の排出口(14b)に、下水側へ連通する下水配管を接続する。
なお、この時、排水エルボ(15)は排水トラップ(14)の封水部(9)に接続されているため、枝管部(14a)又は吐出口(16)の上端最下部と、排水トラップ(14)の封水部(9)の上縁とで封水を形成して、トラップ機能を備える。

次に浴槽(B)にカバー部材(3)と遠隔操作式排水栓装置を取り付ける。
浴槽(B)の排水栓取付孔に、排水栓(5)を挿通した上で、排水栓(5)の雄ねじにカバー部材(3)の固定部(4)の雌ねじを螺合させ取付作業を行う。この際は、カバー部材(3)の挿通孔(13)の位置が、後述するレリースワイヤ(12)の挿通に適切となる方向にカバー部材(3)を向けた上で、排水栓(5)を回転させて螺合させ、カバー部材(3)の固定部(4)周縁と、排水栓(5)のフランジ部(5b)とで、排水栓取付孔の周縁を挟持するようにして取付固定を行う。
次いで、浴槽(B)の操作部取付孔に操作部(18)を取り付けた後、挿通孔(13)の周縁にブッシュパッキン(19)が配置され挿通孔(13)の水密性が確保された状態として、操作部(18)に接続したレリースワイヤ(12)をカバー部材(3)の挿通孔(13)に挿通する。更にレリースワイヤ(12)の先端を排水栓(5)の軸受部(5c)に接続して、弁体(17)の昇降が可能となるようにレリースワイヤ(12)を取り付け、浴槽(B)への遠隔操作式排水栓装置の取り付けが完了する。

最後に、浴槽(B)を防水パン(1)の浴槽載置面(1b)上に載置する。この際、カバー部材(3)の環状パッキン(11)が、排水口(2)の段部(2a)に当接するように位置合わせを行いつつ載置する。環状パッキン(11)は、排水口(2)の段部(2a)内周縁よりも若干大径に形成されているため、防水パン(1)と浴槽(B)との間に、多少水平方向の位置ずれが生じていても、その位置ずれを吸収して、水密的に施工することができる。

この施工が完了した状態において、洗い場面(1d)は、浴槽(B)の底面ならびに浴槽排水口(5a)上縁よりも高い高さ位置である。また、該浴槽排水口(5a)より下方の、浴槽載置面(1b)の勾配の最下端よりも低く、且つ略同一の高さに、カバー部材(3)の固定部(4)上縁とカバー部材(3)周縁とが配置されている。
更にそれらより下方の高さ位置に排水トラップ(14)の封水部(9)の上縁が配置され、この固定部(4)上縁(もしくはカバー部材(3)周縁)と封水部(9)上縁の間となる高さ位置に、カバー部材(3)の挿通孔(13)と通水口(7b)が備えられている。
なお、上記した「略同一の高さ」とは、施工現場で生じた若干の高さ位置のずれや、部材の成型による厚み誤差、または水密性を確保するために用いられるパッキンの弾性等によって、同一の高さに設計しているものに対し、高さ方向に微細な寸法ずれ(通常は数ミリ程)が生じても、それらの誤差を許容して「同一の高さ」とするものである。また、上記文章中の「浴槽載置面(1b)の勾配の最下端よりも低く、且つ略同一の高さ」とは、高さ方向の微細な寸法ずれを考慮し、その分のマージンを確保して確実に浴槽載置面(1b)の勾配の最下端よりも低くすると共に、なるべく同一の高さに近づける、という考えを示すものである。

上記のように構成された浴室配管において操作部(18)に操作を加えると、操作伝達部材であるレリースワイヤ(12)を介して操作部(18)に加えられた操作が伝達され、弁体(17)が上昇/下降して浴槽排水口(5a)の開閉が行われる。
また、浴槽排水口(5a)から排水が行われた場合、浴槽排水口(5a)から排水エルボ(15)を介して、排水トラップ(14)内に排水が行われ、最終的には封水部(9)を通過して吐出口(16)から下水側に排水が行われる。
また、浴槽載置面(1b)上に排水があった場合、排水は勾配に沿って排水口(2)に流れ、カバー部材(3)の逆流防止弁(7)の通水口(7b)から排水エルボ(15)内に排水が流入し、その後は浴槽排水口(5a)からの排水と同様に、排水エルボ(15)を介して、排水トラップ(14)内に排水が行われ、最終的には封水部(9)を通過して排出口(14b)から下水側に排水が行われる。
また、洗い場面(1d)上に排水があった場合、排水は勾配に沿って第二排水口(8)に流れ、封水部(9)を通過して排出口(14b)から下水側に排出される。

上記のような浴室配管において、洗い場面(1d)に大量の排水が生じ、排出口(14b)からの排水の処理が追いつかなくなった場合、第二排水口(8)からの排水の一部は枝管部(14a)を介し、排水エルボ(15)内に逆流を生じる場合がある。
この場合、逆流防止弁(7)のフロート弁(7a)が働き、通水口(7b)を閉口するため、浴槽載置面(1b)上に排水が逆流して溢れることがない。

上記記載の、本発明のカバー部材(3)を採用した浴室配管においては、レリースワイヤ(12)の挿通孔(13)をカバー部材(3)の溝部(6)内に設けているため、図6に示した従来例のように、浴槽(B)とカバー部材(3)の間に、レリースワイヤ(12)など操作伝達部材を挿通する幅をとる必要がなく、その分またぎ高さを低くすることができる。
また、図7に示した従来例のように、操作伝達部材を挿通するために特別な配管部材を配置する必要がなく、漏水の危険やコストアップがほとんど生じない。
また、溝部(6)内にレリースワイヤ(12)等操作伝達部材の挿通部を備えているため、溝部(6)の深さを設計時に調整して、挿通部の水密性を保つ部材(ブッシュパッキン(19)など)が溝部(6)内に収納されるようにすることで、その分浴槽(B)下面とカバー部材(3)上面(及び略同一である浴槽載置面(1b))との間を狭くし、またぎ高さを狭くすることができる。上記第一実施例では、図6の従来例と比較して、ブッシュパッキン(19)の肉厚分だけ高さ幅を狭くなされている。
また、溝部(6)内で操作伝達部材の方向を変更し、カバー部材(3)の上面上において、操作伝達部材を、最もその高さ幅が狭くなる方向に向けることができる。上記第一実施例では、一旦45度程度にレリースワイヤ(12)が延出され、それから水平方向にレリースワイヤ(12)が向かうため、仮にカバー部材(3)の上面上に挿通孔(13)があれば、45度程度に延出されてから、水平方向に向かうまでの高さ幅が必要になるところ、溝部(6)内で既に45度程度にレリースワイヤ(12)が延出され、更に方向を変えてほぼ水平方向にレリースワイヤ(12)が延出されているため、カバー部材(3)の上面上ではレリースワイヤ(12)の高さ幅が最も狭くなる水平方向にそのまま延出することができる。
この効果は、レリースワイヤ(12)等の操作伝達部材が、カバー部材(3)の上方を向いて延出されていることから(挿通孔(13)が多少傾斜を備えていたとしても、カバー部材(3)が略水平に形成されている限り、他の効果を損なうことなく上方に向かう要素が無くなることはあり得ない)、操作伝達部材の曲がり半径確保のため、浴槽(B)下面と防水パン(1)の浴槽載置面(1b)との間には充分な高さ幅が必要となるところ、またぎ高さを低くしたことで、浴槽(B)下面と浴槽載置面(1b)との間に操作伝達部材の曲がり半径確保のための充分な高さ幅を確保できない場合に、特に有用である。

次に、本願発明の第二実施例を、図面を参照しつつ説明する。
図3乃至図4に示した本発明のカバー部材(3)は、平面視略円形の板状の部材であって、円形形状の中心部分に、後述する排水栓(5)を接続する、円筒形状にして内周面に雌ねじを設けた固定部(4)を設けてなり、その周囲に円環状に溝部(6)を設けてなる。
