Abstract
【課題】画面の前面のパフォーマンスが最適化された画像表示システムを提供する。
【解決手段】表示パネルのマルチドメイン画素構造を含む画像表示システムであって、物理的に互いに隔絶され、画素内のドメインをそれぞれ定義する複数のドメイン電極、及び前記電極に電気接続したキャパシタンス素子を含む画像表示システム。

Claims (10)
- 表示パネルのマルチドメイン画素構造を含む画像表示システムであって、
前記表示パネルのマルチドメイン構造は、
物理的に互いに隔絶され、画素内のドメインをそれぞれ定義する複数のドメイン電極、及び
前記電極に電気接続したキャパシタンス素子を含む画像表示システム。 - 前記電極の1つに物理的に結合し、画像データ信号を前記電極の1つに変換することで、前記他の電極も前記キャパシタンス素子との接続を経て前記画像データ信号を受信する画素スイッチング素子を更に含む請求項1に記載の画像表示システム。
- 前記キャパシタンス素子は、2つの端子と誘電体素子を含み、前記電極は共通して前記端子の中の1つに接続される請求項2に記載の画像表示システム。
- 前記キャパシタンス素子は、画素の蓄積コンデンサを含み、前記画素スイッチング素子は、薄膜トランジスタを含み、前記蓄積コンデンサは、前記薄膜トランジスタに連動して作動する請求項3に記載の画像表示システム。
- 各ドメイン内の液晶素子を更に含み、前記ディスプレイパネルは、液晶ディスプレイパネルである請求項1に記載の画像表示システム。
- 電子装置を更に含み、前記電子装置は、
前記ディスプレイパネル、及び
前記ディスプレイパネルに接続され、入力を前記ディスプレイパネルに提供することで前記ディスプレイパネルが画像を表示する制御器を含む請求項1に記載の画像表示システム。 - 前記電子装置は、携帯電話、デジタルカメラ、PDA、ラップトップ型パソコン、デスクトップ型パソコン、TV、カーディスプレイ、またはポータブルDVDプレーヤーを含む請求項6に記載の画像表示システム。
- 前記マルチドメイン画素構造は、
前記ディスプレイパネルのドメイン電極として機能する複数の電極を含む画素電極に電気接続する薄膜トランジスタ、及び
前記ドメイン電極に電気接続する導電線を更に含む請求項1に記載の画像表示システム。 - 層間絶縁層の上方に配置された接続層は、前記ディスプレイパネルの前記薄膜トランジスタと蓄積コンデンサを被覆し、前記接続層は、前記蓄積コンデンサの上電極を電気接続する請求項8に記載の画像表示システム。
- 前記ディスプレイパネルに情報信号を入力するデータラインを更に含み、前記データラインと前記接続層は同じ層である請求項9に記載の画像表示システム。
