Abstract
【解決手段】第1および第2スプール部材171,172を、同軸に延びた状態で且つ連結部を中心として揺動可能に連結する軸連結構造であって、第1スプール部材171の端部に軸方向に延びて嵌合凹部171aが形成され、第2スプール部材172の端部に軸方向に延びて嵌合凹部と嵌合可能な嵌合凸部172aが形成されている。嵌合凹部と嵌合凸部とが嵌合した部分を軸直角方向に貫通して形成された第1および第2連結穴171c,172cに連結ピン173を挿入して両スプール部材171,172が連結ピンを中心として揺動可能に連結される。さらに、第1スプール部材の外周における連結穴が形成される部分に、周方向に凹んだ環状の保持溝171dが形成されており、この保持溝に取り付けられたリング部材174により連結穴に挿入された連結ピンの両端を覆い、連結ピンの抜け出しを防止する。

Claims (4)
- 2本の軸部材を、同軸に延びた状態で且つ連結部を中心として揺動可能に連結する軸連結構造であって、
一方の前記軸部材の端部に軸方向に延びて嵌合凹部が形成され、他方の前記軸部材の端部に軸方向に延びて前記嵌合凹部と嵌合可能な嵌合凸部が形成され、
前記嵌合凹部と前記嵌合凸部とが嵌合した部分において、前記2本の軸部材を軸直角方向に貫通して形成された連結穴に連結ピンを挿入して前記2本の軸部材が前記連結ピンを中心として揺動可能に連結されるように構成され、
前記嵌合凹部を有する前記軸部材の外周における前記連結穴が形成される部分に、周方向に凹んだ環状の保持溝が形成されており、
前記保持溝に取り付けられたリング部材により前記連結穴に挿入された前記連結ピンの両端を覆うように構成したことを特徴とする軸連結構造。 - 前記リング部材は、線材をリング状に曲げ加工されるとともに端部がラップして閉じた円形状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の軸連結構造。
- 前記リング部材は、前記線材を複数回リング状に巻いたコイル状であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の軸連結構造。
- 前記リング部材における前記線材の端部がラップする部分の側面が加工され、前記リング部材は、全周に亘って前記保持溝の幅より若干狭い幅を有するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項2もしくは3に記載の軸連結構造。
