前記軸部に歯部を形成する歯部形成工程と、
前記端部に高周波焼入れを行う端部焼入れ工程と、
前記端部に第1の温度による高周波焼戻しを行う第1温度端部焼戻し工程と、
この第1温度焼戻し工程後に前記端部の内周に前記ネジ部を形成するためのネジ加工を行うネジ加工工程と、
前記歯部に高周波焼入れを行う歯部焼入れ工程と、
前記軸部に高周波焼入れを行う軸部焼入れ工程と、
前記端部、前記歯部及び前記軸部に前記第1の温度より低い第2の温度による高周波焼戻しを行う第2温度焼戻し工程とを備えていることを特徴とする中空ラックバーの製造方法。
