Abstract
【解決手段】複数のデータ線と前記データ線と交差して形成される複数の走査線と前記データ線および前記走査線に連結される画素を含む画素部と、前記データ線に連結されてデータ信号を伝達するデータ駆動部と、前記走査線に連結されて、走査信号を伝達する走査駆動部と、および前記画素部と前記走査駆動部が連結される部分に形成される放電キャパシター部とを含む。

Description
図2を参照して説明すれば、基板200上にバッファー層201が形成されてバッファー層201上にポリシリコンで形成される活性層202が島形状で形成される。そして、バッファー層201と活性層202の上部に第1絶縁膜204が形成されて、第1絶縁膜204の上部にゲートメタル205がパタニーングされて形成される。
図3は、本発明による有機電界発光表示装置の構造を示す構造図である。図3を参照して説明すれば、画素部100、データ駆動部110、走査駆動部120、電源供給部130および放電キャパシター部140を含む。

Claims (6)
- 複数のデータ線と前記データ線と交差して形成される複数の走査線と前記データ線および前記走査線に連結される画素を含む画素部と、
前記データ線に連結されてデータ信号を伝達するデータ駆動部と、
前記走査線に連結されて、走査信号を伝達する走査駆動部と、
前記画素部と前記走査駆動部が連結される部分に形成される放電キャパシター部と、
を含むことを特徴とする有機電界発光表示装置。 - 前記画素は、前記画素部の所定の領域にパタニーングされて形成されるポリシリコン層と、
前記ポリシリコン層の上部に形成される第1絶縁膜と、
前記第1絶縁膜の上部に形成され、走査線に連結されるゲートメタルと、
前記ゲートメタル上部に形成される第2絶縁膜と、
コンタクトホールを通じて前記ポリシリコン層に接触するソースドレインメタルと、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の有機電界発光表示装置。 - 前記放電キャパシター部は、一つの走査線に一つの放電キャパシターが形成されて、前記放電キャパシターは、第1電極は前記ポリシリコンの中前記画素部の外郭に形成されるポリシリコンによって形成されて、第2電極は前記ポリシリコン層に対向される前記走査線によって形成されることを特徴とする請求項2記載の有機電界発光表示装置。
- 有機電界発光表示装置の製造方法において、
基板の所定領域にポリシリコン層を形成して、トランジスターの活性層を形成する時、放電キャパシターの第1電極を形成する段階と、
ゲートメタルを形成して、走査線と前記ストレージキャパシターの第2電極および前記放電キャパシターの第2電極を形成する段階と、
を含むことを特徴とする有機電界発光表示装置の製造方法。 - 前記放電キャパシターは、走査信号を伝達する走査駆動部と隣接した領域に形成されることを特徴とする請求項4記載の有機電界発光表示装置の製造方法。
- 前記放電キャパシターは、第1電極は前記ポリシリコンの中画素部の外郭に形成されるポリシリコンによって形成されて、第2電極は前記ポリシリコン層に対向される前記走査線によって形成されることを特徴とする請求項5記載の有機電界発光表示装置の製造方法。
