Claims (7)
- 高電位が印加される陽極と、
この陽極周囲に環状に配置され該陽極への高電位印加で電界放射する環状陰極と、
を備えることを特徴とする電界放射型電子源。 - 上記陽極が軸状である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電界放射型電子源。
- 上記環状陰極周囲に該環状陰極からの電子を遮蔽する電子遮蔽部材を配置した、ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の電界放射型電子源。
- 上記電子遮蔽部材は環状板形状または筒形状に配置した、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電界放射型電子源。
- 上記電子遮蔽部材を、環状陰極の少なくとも前後2箇所に配置した、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電界放射型電子源。
- 上記2箇所の電子遮蔽部材を、環状陰極の外周囲側で一体に連設した、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電界放射型電子源。
- 上記電子遮蔽部材を、環状陰極からの遠近移動および/または内径拡縮調整可能とした、ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の電界放射型電子源。
