Description

The present invention relates to a pillow-type or gusset-type packaging body, and more specifically, a cylindrical body is formed by laminating both side ends of a film material in a palm-like shape, and an opening of the cylindrical body into which solid contents enter is opened. The present invention relates to a package having a structure in which both ends are sealed.

Conventionally, a gusset pillow type package having a structure that can be easily opened has been proposed (see Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2).

The packaging body according to the first example (see Patent Document 1) is formed by bonding both side ends of a film material in a palm shape (heat sealing) to form a palm heat bonding portion (back pasting portion). Formed and heat sealed at both ends of the cylindrical body into which the solid content enters, and an upper edge thermal bonding part (first end sealing part) and a lower edge thermal bonding part (second end sealing part) The structure is formed. And the notch | incision is formed in the predetermined | prescribed site | part of the joint palm heat bonding part. Further, a cut line extending obliquely from a position near the notch on one side root line of the palm-to-grid heat bonding portion and reaching one end of the upper edge bonding portion, and the notch on the root line on the opposite side of the palm-to-wall heat bonding portion A cut line extending in a direction opposite to the oblique direction from the position near the upper end edge to the other end of the upper edge bonding portion is formed.

In the package body having such a structure, when the palm heat-bonding portion is torn from the notch and the tear line reaches the end points of the two score lines, the package body is further torn while being guided by the two score lines. Opened in a V shape. As a result, the solid content is partially exposed from the portion opened in the V shape, and the solid content can be taken out from the package.

Moreover, the packaging body which concerns on a 2nd example (refer patent document 2) is formed with the joint thermal adhesive part, the upper edge thermal adhesive part, and the lower edge thermal adhesive part similarly to the 1st example mentioned above. And a cut is formed at a predetermined portion of the palm-like adhesive portion. In addition, an oblique cut line portion extending obliquely from a position near the notch on the one side root line of the palm thermal bonding portion and reaching one edge of the package, and on the root line on the opposite side of the palm thermal bonding portion An oblique cut line portion extending from a position near the notch to an oblique direction opposite to the oblique direction and reaching the other side edge of the package, and a horizontal extending in a circumferential direction from one side edge to the other side edge of the package The cut line portion is formed continuously.

In the package having such a structure, when the joint heat-bonding portion is torn from the notch and the tear line reaches the end points of the two oblique cut lines, the package is further guided to the two oblique cut lines while the package is It is cut into a substantially V shape to the edge. Further, by changing the tearing direction to the circumferential direction, the packaging body is torn while being guided by the horizontal cut line, and the upper side of the cut line (continuous diagonal cut line, horizontal cut line and diagonal cut line) as a boundary. The part is removed and the package is opened. As a result, the solid content inside is exposed from the opened portion of the package, and the solid content can be taken out from the package.
JP 2001-31114 A JP 2001-106240 A

The package according to the first example described above is torn into a substantially V shape while being guided by two cut lines from the incision in the palm-to-join thermal bonding portion, and the tear line reaches only both ends of the upper edge thermal bonding portion. Therefore, it is difficult to open the bag with a sufficient area by one tearing operation. On the other hand, the packaging body according to the second example described above is torn into a substantially V shape while being guided by two inclined cut lines from the cut of the jointed heat-bonding portion, and further torn while being guided by a horizontal cut line. Since the upper part is opened with these cut lines as a boundary, it can be opened with a sufficient width. However, since the two inclined cut lines generally induce a tear in the vertical direction, the horizontal cut line induces a tear in the horizontal direction, so that the package cannot be opened by a single tear operation.

This invention is made | formed in view of such a situation, and provides the package body which can be opened by a larger area by one tearing operation | movement.

The packaging body according to the present invention forms a cylindrical body by laminating both side ends of the film material in a palm-like shape to form a back-pasted portion, and opens both ends of the cylindrical body into which the solid contents enter. A package having a structure in which a first end seal portion and a second end seal portion are formed by sealing, and is provided at a predetermined portion of the back pasting portion, and an opening starting point portion serving as a starting point of opening, and the opening starting point Extending in the first oblique direction from the vicinity of the portion, reaching the portion of the first end seal portion on the opposite side to the side where the back adhesive portion is formed, and inducing tearing of the film material in the first oblique direction. Forming the back tearing portion of the first end seal portion by extending the first tear guiding portion and the first oblique direction and the second oblique direction on the opposite side across the back pasting portion from the vicinity of the opening starting point portion To the opposite side of the applied side and tearing the film material in the second oblique direction A configuration and a second tear guiding part for induction.

With such a configuration, when the back pasting portion is torn from the opening start point and the tear line reaches the first tear guiding portion and the second tear guiding portion in the vicinity of the opening starting point, the film material is guided to the first tear guiding portion. While being torn in the first oblique direction, it is torn in the second tearing direction while being guided by the second tear guiding portion. And each of the tear to the 1st diagonal direction induced | guided | derived to the 1st tear induction | guidance | derivation part and the tear to the 2nd diagonal direction induced | guided | derived to the 2nd tear induction | guidance | derivation part exceeds the side edge of the said package, and is 1st. The end seal portion reaches the portion on the opposite side to the side where the back pasting portion is formed. In this way, the portion of the first end seal portion opposite to the side where the back pasting portion is formed from the opening start point of the back pasting portion while the film material is guided by the first tear guiding portion and the second tear guiding portion. The package is opened.

Moreover, the package which concerns on this invention WHEREIN: The starting point of the said 1st tear induction | guidance | derivation part can be set as the structure located on the root line of the said back pasting part.

With such a configuration, tearing from the opening start point formed in the back pasting portion can be more smoothly connected to the starting point of the first tear guiding portion.

Furthermore, the package which concerns on this invention WHEREIN: The starting point of the said 2nd tear induction | guidance | derivation part can be set as the structure located on the root line of the said back pasting part.

With such a configuration, tearing from the opening start point formed in the back pasting portion can be more smoothly connected to the starting point of the second tear guiding portion.

Further, in the package according to the present invention, the end point of the first tear guide portion and the end point of the second tear guide portion are joined at a portion of the first end seal portion on the opposite side to the back pasting portion. The configuration can be made.

With such a configuration, each of the tearing in the first oblique direction guided by the first tear guiding portion and the tearing in the second oblique direction guided by the second tear guiding portion causes the side edge of the package to be formed. The first end seal part reaches the same point (end point) of the part opposite to the side where the back pasting part is formed. Thereby, a package is isolate | separated into two on the boundary of the 1st tear induction | guidance | derivation part and 2nd tear induction | guidance | derivation part which are connected, respectively, The wider opening of the said package becomes possible.

Moreover, the package which concerns on this invention WHEREIN: A said 1st tear induction | guidance | derivation part can be set as the structure extended linearly.

With such a configuration, since the film material is linearly torn in the first oblique direction by the guidance of the first tear guiding portion, the tearing operation from the opening start point portion formed in the back pasting portion causes the first It becomes possible to tear more smoothly in one oblique direction.

Moreover, the package which concerns on this invention WHEREIN: A said 2nd tearing induction part can be set as the structure extended linearly.

With such a configuration, the film material comes to be linearly torn in the second oblique direction by the guidance of the second tear guiding portion, and therefore, by the tearing operation from the opening start point portion formed in the back pasting portion, It becomes possible to tear more smoothly in two diagonal directions.

The film material according to the present invention is a film material for forming any of the packaging bodies described above, and is a region in which each of the back pasting portion, the first end seal portion, and the second end seal portion is to be formed. In addition to having a portion, the first tear guide portion and the second tear guide portion are formed.

According to the packaging body according to the present invention, the film material is guided by the first tear guiding portion and the second tear guiding portion, and the first end seal is passed beyond the side edge of the packaging body from the opening start point of the back pasting portion. Since the package is opened by being torn to the portion of the portion opposite to the side where the back pasting portion is formed, it is possible to open the package in a larger area by one tearing operation.

The film material 100 may be formed by laminating films processed in advance of the tear guiding portions 21 and 22, or the tear guiding portions 21 and 22 may be processed simultaneously with the film lamination processing. In contrast, the tear guiding portions 21 and 22 can be processed, and further, the tear guiding portions 21 and 22 can be processed in the filling and sealing process of the package. Moreover, when using the film material 100 of a multilayer structure, those tearing induction parts 21 and 22 should just be formed in at least 1 layer. Further, the first tear guiding portion 21 and the second tear guiding portion 22 may be formed in separate layers, formed by different processing methods, or formed at different processing times. As described above, the first tear guiding portion 21 and the second tear guiding portion 22 can be formed in any layer of the multilayered film material 100, and each tear guiding portion 21, 22 in FIG. It does not mean that the tear guide portions 21 and 22 are exposed to the inner surface of the film material 100 by appearing on the inner surface.

The packaging body 10 formed by forming the film material 100 as described above into a cylindrical shape is as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2A and 2B. Specifically, the first end seal portion 12a (corresponding to the first horizontal pasting margin 102a of the film material 100) and the second end seal portion 12b (second lateral pasting margin of the film material 100) are provided on both upper and lower ends of the body portion 11. 102b) is formed and extends from the first end seal portion 12a to the second end seal portion 12b through the body portion 11 to the second end seal portion 12b (the first vertical sticking margin 101a and the second vertical length of the film material 100). Corresponding to the pasting allowance 101b). A predetermined position on the base line 13a on one side (corresponding to the first vertical pasting allowance 101a) of the back pasting portion 13 is set as a starting point Ps1, extends in the first oblique direction, exceeds the side edge of the package 10, and the first end A first tear guiding portion 21 is formed so as to reach the end point Pe1 of the portion of the seal portion 12a opposite to the side where the back pasting portion 13 is formed. Further, a second oblique direction opposite to the first oblique direction with the back adhesive part 13 interposed therebetween with a predetermined position on the root line 13a on the other side of the back adhesive part 13 (corresponding to the second vertical adhesive allowance 101b) as a starting point Ps2. The second tearing guide portion 22 extends in the direction and exceeds the side edge of the package 10 so as to reach the end point Pe2 of the portion of the first end seal portion 12a opposite to the side where the back pasting portion 13 is formed. Is formed. The end point Pe1 of the first tear guiding portion 21 and the second tear end point Pe2 are positioned substantially symmetrically with respect to the center line Lc in the width direction of the first end seal portion 12a.

A notch portion 23 (opening starting point portion) is formed at a predetermined portion of the back pasting portion 13 by being cut from its edge toward the root line 13a. The start point Ps1 of the first tear guide part 21 and the start point Ps2 of the second tear guide part 22 are at or near the position on the root line 13a of the back pasting part 13 where the notch part 23 is extended. In FIG. 3, the position on the film material 100 where the notch 23 is to be formed is indicated by a broken line with a reference numeral 23.

The package 10 having the structure as described above containing solid contents such as stick-shaped solid food is opened according to the procedure shown in FIGS.

First, as shown in FIG. 4, both side portions of the notch portion 23 of the back pasting portion 13 are pinched with fingers, and the back pasting portion 13 is torn from the notch portion 23. In this way, the back pasting portion 13 is torn, and the tear line reaches the starting points Ps1 and Ps2 of the first tear guiding portion 21 and the second tear guiding portion 22. Further, as shown in FIG. 5, the packaging body 10 (film material 100) is torn in the first oblique direction while being guided by the first tear guiding portion 21 by the further tearing operation, and the second tear guiding portion. It is torn in the second oblique direction while being guided by 22. That is, the package 10 is torn from the notch 23 into a substantially V shape. In FIG. 5, the edge line of the portion that is torn while being guided by the first tear guiding portion 21 is indicated by a reference number (21) with parentheses, and is torn while being guided by the second tear guiding portion 22. The edge line of the part is indicated by a reference number (22) with parentheses (the same in FIG. 6).

In the course of this tearing operation, each of the tearing in the first oblique direction guided by the first tear guiding part 21 and the tearing in the second oblique direction guided by the second tear guiding part 22 is performed on the package 10. When the end points Pe1 and Pe2 of the portion of the first end seal portion 12a opposite to the side where the back pasting portion 13 is formed are reached beyond the side edge, further tearing is prevented. The upper portion 10 (a) and the lower portion 10 (b) of the package 10 separated by the tearing while being guided by the first tear guiding portion 21 and the second tear guiding portion 22 are completely separated. Rather, they are unsealed with them partially attached. In this state, as shown in FIG. 6, by pulling the upper portion 10 (a) of the package 10 away from the lower portion 10 (b), the tip portion of the bar-shaped solid food 50 inside becomes the package 10. The bar-shaped solid food 50 can be pulled out completely exposed from the (lower part 10 (b)).

According to the packaging body 10 as described above, the packaging body 10 (film material 100) becomes the first tear induction portion by a series of tearing operations starting from the notch portion 23 of the back pasting portion 13 (see FIGS. 4 to 6). While being guided by 21 and the second tear guide 22, it is torn to the portion of the first end seal portion 12 a opposite to the side where the back pasting portion 13 is formed, and is opened. Therefore, opening in a larger area (see FIG. 6) can be performed by one tearing operation.

In the packaging body 10 described above, the length of the portion to be opened (corresponding to the upper portion 10 (a)), that is, the start point Ps1 of the first tear guide portion 21 and the start point Ps2 of the second tear guide portion 22 The position and the extending direction (first oblique direction, second oblique direction) of the first tear guiding portion 21 and the second tear guiding portion 22 may be appropriately set according to the contents and the size of the package 10. it can. Generally, when the length of the upper portion 10 (a) that is the portion to be opened is short and the V-shape formed by the first tear guide portion 21 and the second tear guide portion 22 is too shallow, the opening is On the other hand, if the length of the upper portion 10 (a) is long and the V-shape formed by the first tear guide portion 21 and the second tear guide portion 22 is too deep, the tear is caused by the package 10. When the side edge is exceeded, the upper portion 10 (a) is easily caught by the bar-shaped solid food 50 (contents), and it is difficult to open the upper end portion 10 (a).

Moreover, the position which passes along the side edge of the package 10 of each 1st tear induction | guidance | derivation part 21 and the 2nd tear induction | guidance | derivation part 22 is a position (2nd end seal part 12b side) lower than the upper end of the rod-shaped solid food 50 (contents). It is preferable to set the upper portion 10 (a) at a position where the upper portion 10 (a) is not easily caught during tearing.

Even if the start points Ps1 and Ps2 of the first tear guiding portion 21 and the second tear guiding portion 22 are not located on the root line 13a of the back pasting portion 13 as described above, Thus, any position can be used as long as the tearing from the notch 23 can continue without any trouble.

Further, in the above-described embodiment, the notch 23 is formed as the opening starting point portion in the back pasting portion 13, but is not particularly limited as long as it can be the starting point of the opening operation. The given part can also be used as the opening start point.

Furthermore, although each of the first tear guiding portion 21 and the second tear guiding portion 22 is formed in a straight line, the first tear guiding portion 21 and the second tear guiding portion 22 are directed from the notch portion 23 formed in the back pasting portion 13 toward the first end seal portion 12a. As long as it can induce tearing in a generally oblique direction, it may be formed in, for example, a curved shape or a corrugated shape.

Further, the position of the terminal point Pe1 of the first tear guiding part 21 and the terminal point Pe2 of the second tear guiding part 22 may be in the vicinity of the center line Lc of the inner edge line of the first end seal part 12a. Even before the seal portion 12a, it may enter the width of the first end seal portion 12a. When it is desired to separate the package 10 into the upper part 10 (a) and the lower part 10 (b), the distance between the terminal point Pe 1 of the first tear guiding part 21 and the terminal point Pe 2 of the second tear guiding part 22 is set. If it is made narrow, it can be separated with a force that is almost the same as the tearing induced by the guiding portions 21 and 22.

Although the end point Pe1 of the first tear guide portion 21 and the end point Pe2 of the second tear guide portion were different positions in the first end seal portion 12a, FIG. 7 (a), FIG. 7 (b) and FIG. As shown in FIG. 8, the first end seal portion 12a can be matched. 7A is a plan view showing the state of the back side of the package, FIG. 7B is a plan view showing the state of the front side of the package, and FIG. It is the figure which looked at the film material used in order to form the package from the side which should become the inside of the said package. In the film material 100 shown in FIG. 8, the end point Pe1 of the first tear guide portion 21 extending in the oblique direction (first oblique direction) from the start point Ps1 on the inner edge line of the first longitudinal pasting allowance 101a and the second longitudinal pasting. The terminal point Pe2 of the second tear guiding portion 22 extending from the starting point Ps2 on the inner edge line of the margin 101b in the oblique direction (second oblique direction) opposite to the oblique direction is on the inner edge line of the first laterally extending margin 102a. At the middle point (on the center line Lc in the width direction).

In the package 10 formed with such a film material 100, as shown in FIGS. 7A and 7B, a point on the root line 13a obtained by extending the notch portion 23 of the back pasting portion 13 is a starting point. The end of the first tear guiding portion 21 extending in the first diagonal direction as Ps1 and exceeding the side edge of the package 10 and extending to the portion opposite to the side where the back pasting portion 13 is formed of the first end seal portion 12a. A point on the root line 13a obtained by extending the notch 23 of the back pasting portion 13 and the point Pe1 as a starting point Ps2 extends in the second oblique direction and exceeds the side edge of the package 10, and the first end seal portion A terminal point Pe2 of the second tear guiding portion 22 extending to a portion on the opposite side to the side where the back pasting portion 13 of 12a is formed is located on the center line Lc in the width direction of the first end seal portion 12a.

According to such a package 10, when opened by a tearing operation according to the procedure shown in FIGS. 4 to 6, tearing in the first oblique direction and second tearing induced by the first tear guiding portion 21. Since each of the tears in the second oblique direction guided by the guide portion 22 reaches the same point (termination point) of the first end seal portion 12a beyond the side edge of the package body 10, the package body 10 is separated into an upper portion 10 (a) and a lower portion 10 (b) with a first tear guiding portion 21 and a second tear guiding portion 22 connected to each other as a boundary, and the package 10 can be opened wider. It becomes. And since the front-end | tip part of the bar-shaped solid food 50 accommodated in the lower part 10 (b) is exposed by separating the upper part 10 (a), the lower part 10 (b) of the package 10 is removed. You can eat the stick-shaped solid food 50.

The positions of the terminal point Pe1 of the first tear guiding part 21 and the terminal point Pe2 of the second tear guiding part 22 may be in the vicinity of the center line Lc of the inner edge line of the first end seal part 12a. It may be in front of the seal portion 12a, may enter the width of the first end seal portion 12a, or may be shifted to either the left or right of the center line Lc. Alternatively, the first tear guiding portion 21 and the second tear guiding portion 22 may be crossed so that the intersection is located on or near the center line Lc.

Further, similarly to the film material 100 shown in FIG. 3, in the film member 100 shown in FIG. 8, the first tear induction portion 21 and the second tear induction portion 22 may be formed in any layer of the multilayer film material 100. It is possible that the tear guide portions 21 and 22 are exposed on the inner surface of the film material 100 when the tear guide portions 21 and 22 appear on the inner surface of the film material 100 in FIG. Does not mean.

In each embodiment mentioned above, the 1st tear guide part 21 and the 2nd tear guide part 22 (refer to Drawing 3 and Drawing 8) are the 1st vertical lines which should become root line 13a of back pasting part 13 in film material 100. Since it is formed so as to extend obliquely from the pasting allowance 101a and the second longitudinal pasting allowance 101b to the first lateral pasting allowance 102a to be the first end seal portion 12a, as in the prior art (see Patent Document 2) In addition, it is not necessary to form a tear guide portion extending in the circumferential direction separately from the tear guide portion extending in the oblique direction, and the burden of device control during the processing of the tear guide portion can be reduced.

As described above, the package according to the present invention can be opened in a larger area by one tearing operation, and is useful as a pillow-type or gusset-type package.
