Description

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a planar coil sheet in which a coil is formed on a tape having low adhesive strength.

Conventionally, as a method for producing a flat coil sheet in which a coil is formed on a tape having a weak adhesive force, there is one described in Patent Document 1. As shown in FIG. 6, this manufacturing method includes the following steps (1) to (7).
(1) A coil made of a linear conductor on the adhesive surface of an adhesive tape made of an ultraviolet curable resin (hereinafter sometimes simply referred to as “UV tape”) 1 using the wiring method described in Patent Document 2. After forming 2, the UV tape 1 is irradiated with ultraviolet rays to reduce the adhesive strength of the UV tape 1 (see FIG. 6 (1)). The wiring method described in Patent Document 2 described above is a cloth provided so as to be relatively movable along the surface of a sheet-like base material (here, UV tape 1) having an adhesive layer on at least one surface. This is a wiring method in which the linear conductors are successively applied to the surface of the sheet-like base material by feeding the linear conductors intermittently in point contact with the surface of the sheet-like base material from the line head. In FIG. 6, the coil 2 is indicated by a broken line, but the coil portion is actually formed in a spiral pattern such as a rectangular shape or a circular shape (the same applies to FIGS. 1 to 3 described later).
(2) A tape (for example, a thermal adhesive sheet made of an epoxy resin) 3 having a low adhesive force as a transfer target is bonded to the surface of the UV tape 1 on which the coil 2 is formed (see FIG. 6B).
(3) While the UV tape 1 and the tape 3 having a weak adhesive force are bonded, the tapes 1 and 3 are hot-pressed to increase the adhesive force of the tape 3 having a weak adhesive force (FIG. 6 (3) )reference)
(4) The UV tape 1 is peeled off from the tape 3 with weak adhesive force, and the coil 2 is transferred from the UV tape 1 onto the adhesive surface of the tape 3 with weak adhesive force (see FIG. 6 (4)).
(5) In order to prevent the coil 2 from being peeled off from the tape 3 having a weak adhesive force or the shape of the coil 2 being broken, the laminating sheet 4 is formed on the surface of the tape 3 having the weak adhesive force 3 formed thereon. Are pasted together (see FIG. 6 (5)).
(6) A vacuum hot press of the tape 3 and the laminating sheet 4 having a low adhesive strength is performed to bring them into close contact (see FIG. 6 (6)).
(7) Perform external cutting of the tape 3 and the laminating sheet 4 having a weak adhesive force to complete the planar coil sheet 5 (see FIGS. 6 (7) and (8)).

However, the planar coil sheet manufacturing method described above has the following problems (a) to (c).
(A) Since the process transport of UV tape, weak adhesive tape, and laminating sheet is a process transport in the tape state, positioning, detaching, pasting, peeling, taking out, etc. of the tape and sheet in each process This is very difficult, and defects occur frequently because the adhesive surfaces of the tape and sheet are stuck together during transport.
(B) If the area of the tape or sheet is increased in consideration of mass production, the workability is further deteriorated, and the defects described in (a) are likely to occur, so that the mass production cannot be handled.
(C) Since the positioning of the tape or sheet in each process is very difficult, the positional accuracy of the coil with respect to the outer shape of the planar coil sheet is poor.

This invention is made | formed in view of the situation mentioned above, and aims at providing the manufacturing method of the planar coil sheet | seat which can eliminate the problem of (a)-(c) mentioned above.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides
The UV tape has a fixing portion for fixing a part or all of the edge of the UV tape having an adhesive layer made of an ultraviolet curable resin, and the fixing portion of the pallet having a space portion inward of the fixing portion. Fixing part or all of the edge;
Forming a coil made of a linear conductor on the adhesive layer of the UV tape;
Irradiating the UV tape with ultraviolet rays;
Bonding a tape having a low adhesive strength onto the adhesive layer of the UV tape;
A step of affixing a connecting tape for connecting these to the pallet and the tape having low adhesive force;
Heating the tape with low adhesive strength to increase the adhesive strength of the tape;
Peeling the UV tape from the weak adhesive tape and transferring the coil to the weak adhesive tape;
A step of laminating a laminating sheet on a surface onto which a coil of the tape having weak adhesive force is transferred, and a step of cutting the tape and laminating sheet having weak adhesive force to obtain a flat coil sheet. A method for producing a planar coil sheet is provided.

In the present invention, in the manufacturing process of the flat coil sheet, the UV tape is fixed to the pallet described above, the tape having a low adhesive strength is bonded to the UV tape, and the pallet and the tape having a low adhesive strength are connected by the connecting tape. At the same time, a laminating sheet is laminated on a tape with low adhesive strength connected to the pallet. Therefore, in the present invention, the process transport of the UV tape, the weakly adhesive tape, and the laminating sheet is the process transport (pallet transport) in a state where the tape or the sheet is fixed to the pallet. Operations such as sheet positioning, removal, bonding, peeling, and removal are facilitated. In addition, since the pallet has a space, the adhesive force can be effectively reduced by irradiating ultraviolet rays from the side opposite to the surface on which the coil is formed. Can be closely attached.

In this case, in the present invention, as shown in an embodiment to be described later, the shape of the fixing portion to which the pallet connecting tape is fixed is tapered, or the thickness of only that portion is reduced as it goes inward. It is more preferable to use a thin-walled shape, which can prevent the position of the pallet and the tape having a low adhesive strength from being shifted during the operation or the tape having a low adhesive strength from coming off from the pallet.

The method for producing a planar coil sheet according to the present invention has the following effects (A) to (C).
(A) Since the process transport of UV tape, weak adhesive tape, and laminating sheet is process transport with the tape and sheet fixed to the pallet, positioning, removal, and pasting of the tape and sheet in each process Workability such as alignment, peeling, and removal is improved, and occurrence of defects can be prevented.
(B) Even if the area of the tape or sheet is increased, the workability is not deteriorated, so that it is possible to deal with mass production.
(C) Since the positioning of the tape or sheet in each step is easy, the positional accuracy of the coil with respect to the outer shape of the planar coil sheet is improved.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. However, the present invention is not limited to the following examples. In the present embodiment, a planar coil sheet was manufactured by the following steps (1) to (9) (see FIGS. 1 and 2).

[Embodiment 1]
(1) A square frame type pallet 6 made of a stainless steel plate having a thickness of about 3 mm was prepared. The pallet 6 has fixing portions 15 and 15 for fixing both edges in the longitudinal direction of the UV tape 1, and has a space 16 inside the fixing portions 15 and 15. By having such a space portion 16, the UV tape 1 exposed in the space portion 16 is appropriately fixed and released by the suction table, whereby each process can be executed smoothly. In addition, positioning holes 8 used for positioning the pallet 6 in each process are provided in two corners at diagonal positions of the pallet 6. Then, both longitudinal edge portions of the adhesive surface of the UV tape 1 were attached to the back surfaces of the fixing portions 15, 15 facing each other of the pallet 6 (see FIG. 1 (1)).
(2) On the adhesive surface of the UV tape 1, the coil 2 made of a linear conductor was formed by the wiring method described in Patent Document 2 described above. Since the coil 2 is formed on the adhesive surface of the UV tape 1, the adhesive surface is applied to the UV tape 1 in order to reduce the adhesive force by transmitting ultraviolet light through the adhesive surface of the coil 2 and the UV tape 1. Ultraviolet rays were irradiated from the opposite surface. At that time, ultraviolet rays can be irradiated from the space portion 16 of the pallet 6, and the adhesive force can be effectively reduced (see FIG. 1 (2)).
(3) On the surface of the UV tape 1 on which the coil 2 is formed, a tape having a low adhesive strength to be transferred (for example, a thermal adhesive sheet made of an epoxy resin or a tape having an adhesive strength of 7 N / 25 mm or less before heating) 3 is applied. They were pasted together (see FIG. 1 (3)).
(4) A connecting tape 7 for connecting the pallet 6 and the tape 3 with low adhesive strength is attached to the surfaces of the fixing portions 15 and 15 of the pallet 6 and both edges in the longitudinal direction of the tape 3 with low adhesive strength (see FIG. 1 (4)).
(5) With the UV tape 1, the weak adhesive tape 3 and the connecting tape 7 bonded together, these tapes 1, 3, and 7 are hot-pressed to reduce the adhesive strength of the weak adhesive tape 3 (See Fig. 1 (5))
(6) The UV tape 1 was peeled off from the tape 3 with weak adhesive force, and the coil 2 was transferred onto the adhesive surface of the tape 3 with weak adhesive force (see FIG. 1 (6)).
(7) In order to prevent the coil 2 from being peeled off from the tape 3 having a weak adhesive force or the shape of the coil 2 being destroyed, a laminating sheet (on the surface on which the coil 2 of the tape 3 having a weak adhesive force is formed) (A sheet having an adhesive strength equal to or less than that of a weak adhesive tape or a sheet having no adhesive strength) 4 was bonded together (see FIG. 2 (7)).
(8) Vacuum hot pressing was performed on the tape 3 and the laminating sheet 4 having a weak adhesive force to remove the air between them, and to adhere and laminate them both. In this vacuum hot press process, heat can be applied to the space 16 of the pallet 6 from both sides, and both can be effectively brought into close contact (see FIG. 2 (8)).
(9) The external cutting of the tape 3 and the laminating sheet 4 having a weak adhesive force was performed to complete the planar coil sheet 5 (see FIGS. 2 (9) and (10)).

In this embodiment, the process of transporting tapes and sheets is performed by pallet transport, so that operations such as positioning, detaching, pasting, peeling, and taking out of tapes and sheets in each process are facilitated, and the pallet Positioning in each process is kept high by positioning using the conveyance and positioning holes, and the position accuracy of the coil with respect to the outer shape of the planar coil sheet is improved.

[Embodiment 2]
The positional accuracy of the coil 2 and the weakly adhesive tape 3 in the first embodiment is maintained by the connecting tape 7 that connects the pallet 6 and the weakly adhesive tape 3. Between the process of transferring the coil 2 from the UV tape 1 to the tape 3 having a low adhesive strength, the step of laminating the laminating sheet 4 to the tape 3 having a low adhesive strength, and laminating by a vacuum hot press, Since the tape 3 with weak adhesive strength is pasted, peeled off, or hot pressed, the position of the pallet 6 and the tape 3 with low adhesive strength may shift during the operation due to the external force or heat. There is a possibility that the tape 3 having a low adhesive strength may come off from the pallet 6. The cause is that the attachment portion of the connecting tape 7 that connects the pallet 6 and the tape 3 having a weak adhesive force has a stepped shape. The connection force with the tape 3 having a weak adhesive force is reduced.

On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 3, by attaching the connecting tape 7 to the pallet 6 with a taper shape 9 that gradually becomes thinner as it goes inward, the attaching portion 15 is attached. The step of the portion can be made as small as possible to increase the connecting force between the pallet 6 and the weakly adhesive tape 3 by the connecting tape 7, and as a result, the position of the pallet 6 and the weakly adhesive tape 3 during the operation. It was possible to prevent the tape 3 having a weak adhesive force from being detached from the pallet 6.

[Embodiment 3]
For the same purpose as that of the second embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, the shape of the fixing portion 15 to which the connecting tape 7 of the pallet 6 is fixed is changed to a thin-walled shape 10 in which only the portion is thinned, thereby connecting tape. 7 can be made as small as possible to increase the connecting force between the pallet 6 and the weakly adhesive tape 3 by the connecting tape 7, and as a result, the pallet 6 and the weakly adhesive tape during the operation. It was possible to prevent the position of the tape 3 from shifting and the tape 3 having a weak adhesive force from being removed from the pallet 6.

The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and various modifications can be made. For example, in the above embodiment, a rectangular frame type pallet is used as the pallet, but other polygonal frame type pallets such as the triangular frame type pallet 20 shown in FIG. The space portion 16 is shaped like a pallet having a shape in which the space portion 16 is surrounded by a plate material, a U-shaped pallet 22, a U-shaped pallet 23, a C-shaped pallet 24, and a V-shaped pallet 25 shown in FIG. It is possible to use a pallet having a shape in which a part of the plate material surrounding the periphery of the pallet is cut, a pallet having a shape made of two pieces of plate material having a right angle, such as an L-shaped pallet 26 shown in FIG.
