Description

The present invention relates to a lighting system in which a lighting fixture receives a control signal from a remote controller by an antenna device and is controlled to be turned on based on the control signal.

In general, an antenna device of an illumination system includes an antenna element that resonates with an electromagnetic wave and a ground member such as a ground plane on which the antenna element is grounded. For example, in the case of an antenna device in which an antenna element is composed of antenna wires and a ground member is not explicitly provided, such as a monopole antenna device, the ground pattern of the substrate on which the antenna device is installed serves as the role of the ground member. Fulfill.

In the antenna device described above, in order to obtain a high antenna gain, the ground member has a length at which one side of the antenna wire or the antenna surface resonates with the electromagnetic wave, for example, a quarter wavelength of the electromagnetic wave or a length of 5/8 wavelength or more If the length is less than that, the area should be as large as possible.

However, when an antenna device, a substrate, or the like is incorporated in a lighting fixture, there is a limit to the shape of the ground area or the ground pattern of the substrate on which the antenna device is installed, so that sufficient antenna performance, for example, high antenna gain can be obtained. There is no fear. In addition, when a sheet metal with a large area or a solid ground substrate is provided in the lighting fixture as a ground member for the antenna device, the aesthetics of the lighting fixture may be impaired, or the manufacturing cost may increase due to the addition of new components. There is a risk of doing.

By the way, as a lighting fixture whose lamp is controlled to be turned on based on a control signal from a remote controller, a lighting device for lighting the lamp is disposed below the fixture body, and a receiving unit for receiving a control signal from a remote controller, A control device having a control unit for controlling the lighting of the lamp based on a control signal received by the receiving unit is disposed above the instrument body, and a shield plate is disposed between the control device and the lighting device Is known (see, for example, Patent Document 1). Since this shield plate cuts high frequency noise, it is possible to prevent the control device and the lighting device from malfunctioning due to high frequency noise. However, Patent Document 1 does not describe the antenna device, and the technique described in this document cannot obtain a high antenna gain in the antenna device.
JP-A-3-230411

The present invention has been made to solve the above-described conventional problems, and obtains a high antenna gain in an antenna device while preventing the aesthetics of a lighting fixture from being impaired and the manufacturing cost from increasing. An object of the present invention is to provide an illumination system capable of

In order to achieve the above object, the invention of claim 1 comprises a lighting fixture having a light source, and a remote controller for transmitting a radio signal for controlling the lighting fixture to the lighting fixture, the lighting fixture comprising: A lighting circuit for lighting the light source, an antenna device for receiving the radio signal, a control circuit for controlling the lighting circuit based on the radio signal received by the antenna device, and each circuit of the lighting fixture In an illumination system including a power supply circuit that supplies power and a shield member that shields at least the lighting circuit, the antenna device includes a linear antenna element that resonates with the radio signal, and the antenna element is grounded A ground member, and the ground member is grounded to the shield member.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the illumination system according to the first aspect, the antenna element is disposed on the light irradiation direction side of the shield member and substantially at the center of the shield member when viewed from the light irradiation direction. It is what.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, since the ground member is grounded to the shield member, the ground function of the antenna device is added to the shield member, so that a substantial area of the ground member can be sufficiently secured. it can. Therefore, it is not necessary to increase the area of the ground member or to add a new part having a ground function, so that the aesthetic appearance of the lighting fixture is prevented and the cost is increased, and the high antenna gain in the antenna device is prevented. Can be obtained.

According to the second aspect of the present invention, since the antenna element is installed at substantially the center of the shield member, the directivity can be made uniform on a plane perpendicular to the direction in which the antenna element extends. For this reason, for example, when the antenna element is installed perpendicular to the installation surface of the luminaire, the directivity can be made uniform on the plane below the luminaire and parallel to the installation surface. Radio signals can be stably received from each direction below the appliance.

Hereinafter, an illumination system according to a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3. FIG.1 and FIG.2 shows the structure of the illumination system 1 which concerns on this embodiment. The lighting system 1 includes a lighting fixture 2 having a light source 21 and a remote controller (hereinafter referred to as a remote controller) 3 that transmits a radio signal for controlling the lighting fixture 2. The lighting fixture 2 is installed on the ceiling C, for example, and irradiates light downward. In addition, the remote controller 3 transmits a wireless signal using, for example, a specific minute power radio wave.

The luminaire 2 includes a lighting circuit 22 that turns on the light source 21, an antenna device 23 that transmits and receives radio signals to and from the remote controller 3, and a communication circuit 24 that performs communication control between the remote controller 3 and the antenna device 23. And a control circuit 25 for controlling the lighting circuit 22 based on a radio signal received by the antenna device 23, a light source 21 of the lighting fixture 2 and a power supply circuit 26 for supplying power to each circuit, a lighting circuit 22 and a power supply And a shield member 27 that shields the circuit 26.

The lighting circuit 22 and the power supply circuit 26 are formed on the substrate 41. The antenna device 23, the communication circuit 24, and the control circuit 25 are formed on the substrate 42. The substrate 41 is disposed above the substrate 42. The board 41 and the board 42 are electrically connected by a cable 43. The control circuit 25, the antenna device 23, and the communication circuit 24 may be mounted on separate substrates instead of the substrate 42, and these substrates may be electrically connected by cables.

The shield member 27 is made of a member that has an effect of blocking electromagnetic wave noise such as iron, copper, and brass, and is disposed between the substrate 41 and the substrate 42. Even if the shield member 27 is formed so as to cover the lighting circuit 22 and the power supply circuit 26 mounted on the substrate 41, the shield member 27 is disposed between the substrate 41 and the substrate 42 on the side of the substrate 41 facing the substrate 42. It may be formed so as to be partitioned. High-frequency electromagnetic noise transmitted from the lighting circuit 22 and the power supply circuit 26 is blocked by the shield member. For this reason, malfunction of the communication circuit 24 and the control circuit 25 due to electromagnetic noise can be prevented.

The antenna device 23 includes a linear antenna element 23a that resonates with a radio signal from the remote controller 2, and a ground member 23b that grounds the antenna element 23a. The antenna device 23 is disposed on the light irradiation direction L side of the shield member 27. The antenna element 23a is constituted by, for example, a monopole antenna. The ground member 23b is configured by a ground pattern formed on the substrate 42, for example. The ground member 23 b is grounded to the shield member 27 by the conductive member 44.

In the above configuration, since the ground member 23b is grounded to the shield member 27 having a large surface area, the ground function of the antenna device 23 is added to the shield member 27 in addition to the noise blocking function. A sufficient area can be secured. Therefore, since it is not necessary to increase the area of the ground member 23b or add a new part having a ground function, the antenna device 23 is prevented from deteriorating the aesthetics of the lighting fixture 2 and increasing the manufacturing cost. High antenna gain can be obtained.

Next, the operation | movement at the time of the radio signal reception in the lighting fixture 2 and a radio signal transmission is demonstrated. When a radio signal is transmitted from the remote controller 3, the antenna device 23 of the lighting fixture 2 receives the radio signal. The communication circuit 24 converts the radio signal into an electric signal by the antenna device 23 and sends the electric signal to the control circuit 25. The control circuit 25 analyzes the electrical signal from the communication circuit 24 and recognizes control information superimposed on the electrical signal. Based on this control information, the control circuit 25 controls the lighting circuit 22. The lighting circuit 22 is controlled by the control circuit 25, and the lighting of the light source 21 is controlled according to the control information. On the other hand, when a signal is transmitted by the lighting fixture 2, the control circuit 25 generates information to be transmitted, superimposes this information on the electrical signal, and transmits this electrical signal to the communication circuit 24. The communication circuit 24 converts the electric signal from the control circuit 25 into a radio signal having the remote controller 3 as a transmission destination by the antenna device 23. The antenna device 23 transmits this radio signal to the remote controller 3.

FIG. 3 shows a part of the circuit configuration of the luminaire 2. The antenna device 23 has an impedance matching circuit 46 in the vicinity of a connection point with the communication circuit 24. The communication circuit 24 has a feeding point 45, converts a radio signal into an electrical signal at the feeding point 45, and sends the electrical signal to the control circuit 25 (not shown in FIG. 3).

At the base of the impedance matching circuit 46 opposite to the communication circuit 24 side (indicated by a one-dot chain line frame A), the wiring pattern of the substrate 42 is divided into a side connected to the antenna element 23a and a side connected to the ground member 23b. The pattern is drawn around. The signal lines and circuit components that constitute the impedance matching circuit 46 are surrounded by the ground pattern of the substrate 42. Therefore, the wiring forms the antenna element 23a from the root of the impedance matching circuit 46.

The ground member 23 b is grounded to the shield member 27 by the conductive member 44. In the middle of the conductive member 44, a noise cut component such as a capacitor 47 is provided in order to cut a sneak noise from the shield member 27.

Next, an illumination system according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 4 shows a configuration of the illumination system 1 according to the present embodiment. In the figure, the same members as those in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals. The illumination system 1 is different from the first embodiment in that the antenna element 23a is disposed at the approximate center of the shield member 27 when viewed from the light irradiation direction L. Here, the lighting fixture 2 is installed in the ceiling C, for example, and irradiates light downward.

The antenna element 23a is disposed substantially at the center of the shield member 27 as described above, and is installed so as to extend from the shield member 27 in a direction perpendicular to the installation surface of the lighting fixture 2, that is, the ceiling C. . The surface of the shield member 27 on the antenna element 23a installation side is formed to be parallel to the ceiling C. The positions of the antenna element 23a and the shield member 27 can be changed according to the required directivity.

In the above configuration, since the antenna element 23a is installed at substantially the center of the shield member 27, the directivity can be made uniform on a plane perpendicular to the direction in which the antenna element 23a extends. Moreover, since the antenna element 23a is installed perpendicularly to the installation surface of the luminaire 2, the directivity can be made uniform on a plane below the luminaire 2 and parallel to the installation surface. For this reason, a radio signal can be stably received from each direction below the lighting fixture 2. Therefore, for example, when the lighting fixture 2 is installed in the center of the ceiling C of the room, stable communication can be performed from anywhere in the room.

FIG. 5 shows a state in which the lighting fixture 2 is installed on a wall W such as a stair landing. In this state, the antenna element 23 a is installed so as to extend from the shield member 27 in a direction perpendicular to the wall W, that is, in the horizontal direction. The surface of the shield member 27 on the antenna element 23a installation side is formed in parallel with the wall W, that is, in parallel with the vertical direction. When the luminaire 2 is thus installed on the wall W, the directivity can be made uniform on the front surface of the luminaire 2 that is parallel to the wall W (shown by a broken line frame B). For this reason, the stable communication from the diagonally upward direction and the diagonally downward direction of the lighting fixture 2 is required.

In addition, this invention is not restricted to the structure of said 1st and 2nd embodiment, A various deformation | transformation is possible according to the intended purpose. For example, the antenna element 23a is not limited to a monopole antenna, and may be configured by other antenna elements such as a helical antenna, a minute loop antenna, or a pseudo dipole antenna. Further, the wireless communication is not limited between the lighting fixture 2 and the remote control 3, and may be performed between the lighting fixtures 2.
