Abstract
【解決手段】熱物性測定装置でのレーザフラッシュ法を用いた熱物性測定において、ビームスプリッタで試料より発する放射光を、波長帯域に対応して複数に分岐し、それぞれの分岐光に対して、上記波長帯域で優れた感度を示すセンサを配設したことを特徴とするものである。上記試料より放射される赤外線の波長は試料温度に依存する。そこで試料温度に応じてセンサを切り替える切り替え手段を備えるようにすると、測定温度域が広範囲に跨るときであっても、放射温度計のセンサを交換することなく、計測が可能となる。

Claims (3)
- レーザフラッシュ法において、
試料よりの放射光を波長域に対応して複数の分岐光に分岐するビームスプリッタと、
それぞれの分岐光に対応して配設された、波長感度の異なるセンサと、
を備えたことを特徴とする熱物性測定装置。 - 上記試料からの放射光の波長域を、試料温度域に対応させた、所定の温度以下と以上 で使用センサを切り替える切り替え手段を備えた請求項1に記載の熱物性測定装置。
- 上記使用センサのそれぞれからの出力を平行して解析に使用する請求項1に記載の熱 物性測定装置。
