Abstract
【解決手段】フリクションプレート40には周方向に間隔をもって摩擦材のセグメントピース42がコアプレート41上に接着されている。43はスプライン歯を示している。
各セグメントピースには内径側に開口し、セグメントピ−スの途中に端部を有する第1の油溝(以下第1の油溝と称する。)と外径側に開口し、セグメントピ−スの途中に端部を有する第2の油溝(以下第2の油溝と称する。)とが形成されている。
図示の如く第1の油溝51と第2の油溝61が押圧成形であるセグメントピ−スと、第1の油溝52と第2の油溝62とが打ち抜かれたものであるセグメントピ−スとが交互に配列されている。

Description
又斜線を引いてある溝は押圧成形によって形成されたものであることを示している。
このように種々の形態の油溝を、適切な配列とすることにより、所望の機能を有するフリクションプレートを得ることができる。

Claims (5)
- コアプレート上に円周方向に間隔をもって接着されている複数の摩擦材のセグメントピースを有する湿式多板クラッチのフリクションプレートにおいて、
各セグメントピースには押圧成形された油溝又は打ち抜かれた油溝が形成されていることを特徴とするフリクションプレート。 - 前記の油溝はセグメントピースの内径側に開口し、セグメントピースの途中に端部を有する第1の油溝(以下第1の油溝と称する)と、外径側に開口し、途中に端部を有する第2の油溝(以下第2の油溝と称する)であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のフリクションプレート。
- 第1の油溝を有するセグメントピースと、第2の油溝を有するセグメントピースとが混在していることを特徴とする請求項1記載のフリクションプレート。
- 押圧成形された油溝を有するセグメントピースがコアプレートに、円周方向に等間隔で接着されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のフリクションプレート。
- 押圧成形された油溝を有するセグメントピースと打ち抜きによる油溝を有するセグメントピースとが円周方向に交互に接着されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のフリクションプレート。
