Abstract

Claims (10)
- ガスタービンエンジン出口案内ベーン(70)を製作する方法であって、
第1の材料で構造的スパー(72)を製作する段階と、
第2の材料でフェアリング(74)を製作する段階と、
前記スパー(72)を少なくとも部分的に囲みかつ翼形部(102)を形成するように前記スパー(72)上に前記フェアリング(74)を取付ける段階と、
を含む方法。 - 前記構造的スパー(72)と前記フェアリング(74)との間に前記第1及び第2の材料よりも軽い第3の材料で製作された充填材材料を取付ける段階をさらに含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- ファスナを用いて前記スパー(72)上に前記フェアリング(74)を固定する段階をさらに含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記スパー(72)を貫通する複数の開口部を形成して前記翼形部(102)の重量を軽減する段階をさらに含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- ガスタービンエンジン(10)用の出口案内ベーン(70)であって、
前縁(114)及び後縁(116)を有する翼形部(102)と、
第1の材料で形成されかつ前記翼形部(102)内に設置された構造的スパー(72)と、
第2の材料で形成されかつ前記スパー(72)を少なくとも部分的に囲むフェアリング(74)と、
を含む出口案内ベーン(70)。 - 第3の材料で形成されかつ前記スパー(72)と前記フェアリング(74)との間に配置された充填材材料をさらに含む、請求項5記載の出口案内ベーン(70)。
- コアガスタービンエンジン(13)と、
前記コアガスタービンエンジン(13)の上流に配置されかつ複数のファンブレード(24)を含むファン組立体(12)と、
前記ファンブレード(24)の下流に配置された複数の出口案内ベーン(70)と、
を含み、前記出口案内ベーン(70)の少なくとも1つが、
前縁(114)及び後縁(116)を有する翼形部(102)と、
第1の材料で形成されかつ前記翼形部(102)内に設置された構造的スパー(72)と、
第2の材料で形成されかつ前記スパー(72)を少なくとも部分的に囲むフェアリング(74)と、を含む、
ガスタービンエンジン組立体(10)。 - 前記出口案内ベーン(70)が、第3の材料で形成されかつ前記スパー(72)と前記フェアリング(74)との間に配置された充填材材料をさらに含む、請求項7記載のガスタービンエンジン組立体(10)。
- 前記複数の出口案内ベーン(70)が、スイープ角を含む、請求項7記載のガスタービンエンジン組立体(10)。
- 前記複数の出口案内ベーン(70)が、半径方向配向からの円周方向リーン角を含む、請求項7記載のガスタービンエンジン組立体(10)。
