Claims (9)
- 少なくとも1つの構造部品(210)に固定された少なくとも1つの中空部品(230)を含むアセンブリ(200)であって、該アセンブリは、各中空部品(230)の内部に配置された少なくとも1つの固定装置(240)をさらに含み、該固定装置(240)は、金属材料製の1ピース体(241)を含み、該1ピース体は、その第1端部(244)および第2端部(245)の間を長手方向に伸長する2つの主面(242、243)を有し、各主面(242;243)は、該1ピース体の第1端部(244)の近傍にベアリング部(2420;2430)を有し、各ベアリング部(2420;2430)は、固定部材(260)を収容するための固定開口部(2421;2431)を有し、該ベアリング部(2420;2430)は、該1ピース体(241)の第1端部(244)から所定の深さ伸長するスロット(246)により互いに隔てられており、前記第2端部(245)は、固定部材(270)を収容するための少なくとも1つの固定開口部(2450)を有することを特徴とし、また、各固定装置(240)の2つのベアリング部(2420;2430)が、前記ベアリング部の固定開口部(2421;2431)に配置された固定部材(260)によって、前記中空部品の2つの壁(232、234)のそれぞれ一方の内側表面(232a;234a)に対して押し付けられており、前記固定装置(240)の第2端部(245)は、前記第2端部(245)に存在する固定開口部(2450)に配置された固定部材(270)によって、構造部品(210)に固定されていることを特徴とする、アセンブリ。
- 前記ベアリング部(2420;2430)の固定開口部(2421;2431)が、互いに横方向に位置ずれしていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 各ベアリング部(2420;2430)が、前記ベアリング部に形成された主面(242;243)において、余分な厚みを有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のアセンブリ。
- さらに前記固定装置(240)の1ピース体(241)において横方向に伸長する、所定の直径の穴(247)を有し、前記スロット(246)が該穴(247)に通じていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記固定装置が、少なくともインコネル(登録商標)、ハステロイ(登録商標)およびワスパロイ(登録商標)から選ばれる耐火金属材料製であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記中空部品(230)が、複合材料製であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のアセンブリ。
- 航空エンジンの排気コーンと先細ノズルにそれぞれ対応する2つの構造部品(210、220)を含み、前記ノズルは、複数のアームにより同軸上に前記コーンに保持されており、各アームは、複合材料の中空部品(230)により形成されており、各アームは、第1の固定装置(240)によりコーンに接続されており、第2の固定装置(250)によりノズルに接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記排気コーンと先細ノズルにそれぞれ対応する構造部品(210、220)が、複合材料製であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のアセンブリ。
- アフターバーナーを有するターボジェットのリヒート円筒管に対応する金属材料の構造部品(300)を有し、該リヒート管は複数のフレームホルダアームを有し、各フレームホルダアームは、リヒート円筒管の内側表面(301)に半径方向に配列された複合材料製の中空部品(330)によって形成され、各フレームホルダアームは、それぞれ固定装置(340)によってリヒート円筒管に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のアセンブリ。
