Abstract
【解決手段】本発明のエネルギー回収装置は、内燃機関10の排気通路28に設けられた排気絞り弁56と、該排気絞り弁56上流側の前記排気通路28の部分と蓄圧容器64とを連通する連通路62と、該連通路62に設けられた開閉弁66と、該開閉弁66よりも排気通路28側の前記連通路62の部分に設けられたフィルタ72とを備える。前記排気絞り弁56の閉弁により、前記排気絞り弁56よりも上流側の前記排気通路28の部分の圧力エネルギーが高められ、この圧力エネルギーが蓄圧タンク64へ回収される。圧力エネルギーの回収に際して連通路62に導かれる流体は、開閉弁66に至る前に、フィルタ72を通過する。したがって、その流体に含まれる燃焼生成物が開閉弁66に至ることは防止される。

Claims (4)
- 内燃機関の排気通路に設けられた排気絞り弁を閉じ、該排気絞り弁よりも上流側の圧力エネルギーを蓄圧容器に回収するエネルギー回収装置において、
前記排気絞り弁よりも上流側の排気通路と前記蓄圧容器内とを連通する連通路に設けられた開閉弁よりも前記排気通路側に、フィルタが設けられていることを特徴とするエネルギー回収装置。 - 前記フィルタは、前記連通路における他の部分よりも断面積の大きな拡大部に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエネルギー回収装置。
- 前記フィルタの再生時期に、前記蓄圧容器から前記フィルタへ流体を流すべく、前記開閉弁を開弁制御する開弁制御手段が更に備えられていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のエネルギー回収装置。
- 前記流体を前記フィルタに向けて分散させる部材が更に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のエネルギー回収装置。
