Abstract
【解決手段】受信ダイナミックフォーカスを行う場合において、受信フォーカス点の移動軌跡の形状を制御する。これによって送受合成ビームの中心線の歪みを解消することができ、あるいはジグザグスキャンなどによって画像空間分解能の向上を達成することができる。三次元計測の場合にはスパイラルスキャンなども適用可能である。

Claims (4)
- 送信ビーム及び受信ビームを走査することにより三次元空間が形成される超音波診断装置において、
複数の振動素子を有するアレイ振動子と、
前記アレイ振動子に対して遅延処理された複数の送信信号を供給し、これにより送信ビームを形成する送信ビームフォーマーと、
前記アレイ振動子からの複数の受信信号を遅延加算処理する手段であって、受信フォーカス点を深さ方向へ連続的に移動させる受信ダイナミックフォーカスを実行することにより受信ビームを形成する受信ビームフォーマーと、
を含み、
更に、前記受信ダイナミックフォーカスにおいて前記受信フォーカス点の移動軌跡の形状を前記三次元空間内で三次元的に変化させる制御手段を含むことを特徴とする超音波診断装置。 - 請求項1記載の装置において、
前記移動軌跡の全部又は一部はスパイラル形状を有することを特徴とする超音波診断装置。 - 請求項2記載の装置において、
受信フォーカス点が深くなればなるほど前記スパイラル形状の径が大きくなることを特徴とする超音波診断装置。 - 請求項1記載の装置において、
前記遅延加算処理後のデータに対するサンプリングレートが深さ方向に連続的又は段階的に可変されることを特徴とする超音波診断装置。
