Abstract

- 骨固定装置であって、
ロッドを受けるための受部(1)を備え、前記受部(1)は、長手方向の軸(4)と同軸の第1のボア(5)と第2のボア(6)とを有し、前記骨固定装置はさらに、
骨に挿入するための第1の端部(14)と、前記第2のボア(6)内に位置決め可能な第2の端部(15)とを有する固定要素(13)を備え、前記第2の端部(15)は、球形の形状をした部分(36)を有する面と、前記球形の形状をした面部分(36)から窪んだ部分(35a〜d)とを備え、前記骨固定装置はさらに、

- 前記ロッキング装置(33)は、前記単一の回転軸(46)が前記受部(1)の前記長手方向の軸(4)に対して垂直であるように配置される、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の骨固定装置。
- 摩擦力によって前記固定要素(13)の角度位置をロックする目的で前記第2の端部(15)に圧力を伝えるために前記固定要素(13)の前記第2の端部(15)と固着要素(30)との間に配置された圧力要素(20)をさらに備える、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の骨固定装置。
- 前記固定要素(13)の前記第2の端部(15)の前記窪んだ面部分(35)は実質的に平坦である、請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の骨固定装置。
