骨におけるアンカー固定のためのシャフト(2)および頭部(3)を有するアンカー固定要素(1)を含み、頭部は球形外面部分(3a)を有し、さらに
前記頭部(3)に回動可能に接続される受け部(4,4′,4″)を含み、受け部は頂部端(4a)および底部端(4b)、頂部端および底部端を通って延在する長手方向軸(C)、ロッド(100)を受けるための横断チャネル(9)、ならびに頭部(3)を収容するための収容空間(11,11′,11″)を有し、収容空間(11,11′,11″)は底部端(4b)に下方開口(12)を有し、さらに

- アンカー固定要素(1)のシャフト(2)が回動されてスリーブ状挿入片(5)の下方端縁(5b)と係合した際、アンカー固定要素(1)をさらに回動させるとスリーブ状挿入片(5)がアンカー固定要素(1)とともに回動する、請求項1から2のいずれか1項に記載の多軸骨アンカー固定装置。
- 頭部(3)に接触する圧力部材(6,6′,6″,6″′)の下面部分(61)は少なくとも部分的に球形である、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の多軸骨アンカー固定装置。
- 圧力部材(6,6′,6″,6″′)が頭部(3)に接している際、圧力部材(6,6′,6″,6″′)とスリーブ状挿入片(5)との間に空隙が存在する、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の多軸骨アンカー固定装置。
- スリーブ状挿入片(5)は、頭部(3)のための前記座を形成する内側球面部分(52)を有する、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の多軸骨アンカー固定装置。
- スリーブ状挿入片(5)の外側球面部分(51)および内側球面部分(52)の中心点はスリーブ軸の軸方向に互いからオフセットされている、請求項6に記載の多軸骨アンカー固定装置。
- 内側球面部分(52)の中心点は受け部(4)の底部端(4b)に向けてシフトしている、請求項7に記載の多軸骨アンカー固定装置。

- 圧力部材(6,6′,6″,6″′)は、収容空間(11,11′,11″)の中へ開き、アンカー固定要素が回動すると頭部(3)の少なくとも一部を収容するように構成される通路(64)を有する、請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の多軸骨アンカー固定装置。
- 受け部(4)は、頂部端(4a)から収容空間(11)中に延在する通路(8)を有し、頂部端(4a)での通路(8)の内径は、頂部端(4a)からのスリーブ状挿入片(5)の挿入を許すように構成される、請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載の多軸骨アンカー固定装置。
- 受け部は頂部端(4a)から収容空間(11′,11″)中に延在する通路(8′,8″)を有し、頂部端(4a)での通路(8′,8″)の内径はスリーブ状挿入片(5)の最大外径よりも小さい、請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載の多軸骨アンカー固定装置。
- ロッドを受けるためのチャネル(9)は頂部端(4a)に隣接するU字形凹部によって形成され、2つの凹部(42a,42b)は、底部端(4b)の方向にU字形凹部から下向きに延在して、傾いた姿勢での頂部端(4a)からのスリーブ状挿入片(5)の挿入を可能にする、請求項13または14に記載の多軸骨アンカー固定装置。
- 圧力部材(6,6′,6″)はロッドを受けるように構成される凹部を有する、請求項1から15のいずれか1項に記載の多軸骨アンカー固定装置。
- 収容空間(11″)は、収容空間(11″)の壁の中への下方開口(12)の境界となる端縁から延在し、下方開口からのスリーブ状挿入片(5)の挿入を可能にするように構成される2つの対向する凹部(43a,43b)を備える、請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載の多軸骨アンカー固定装置。
- 収容空間(11)は、下方開口(12)から傾いた状態で導入される際にスリーブ状挿入片(5)の傾きを許すようにサイズ決めされ形作られる、請求項17に記載の多軸骨アンカー固定装置。
