Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to various absorbent articles such as disposable diapers and incontinence pads.
A technique is known in which a heating element such as a disposable body warmer is incorporated into an absorbent article such as a disposable diaper to give the wearer a comfortable feeling. For example, a disposable diaper has been proposed in which a thin hollow portion is formed at the center of an absorbent body made of pulp and filled with soda ash powder (see Patent Document 1). In this diaper, heat is generated by excreted urine coming into contact with soda ash powder. Separately from this diaper, a disposable diaper has also been proposed in which a crotch cloth formed by overlapping a plurality of materials such as paper and nonwoven fabric is crossed and a low-temperature heating element is arranged between the crossed parts (Patent Document) 2).
Furthermore, an absorbent article is also known in which a heating means for heating the absorber is arranged inside the absorber (see Patent Document 3). However, this heating means is not used to give a warm feeling to the wearer, but is used to prevent menstrual blood leakage by reducing fluidity by heating menstrual blood. .
An object of the present invention is to provide an absorbent article in which various performances are further improved as compared with the above-described prior art.
The present invention is an absorbent article having a top sheet, a back sheet, and an absorbent core interposed between both sheets, and can apply water vapor heated to a predetermined temperature toward the wearer's skin. An absorbent article having a water vapor generating part is provided.
According to the absorbent article of the present invention, water vapor generated from the absorbent article is given to the wearer during wearing of the absorbent article, thereby improving the wearer's low back pain, cold limbs, constipation, frequent urination, etc. Is done. Therefore, the absorbent article of the present invention is very effective for excretion care and physiological function improvement of the elderly and care recipients.
The present invention will be described below based on preferred embodiments with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows a pants-type disposable diaper as a first embodiment of the absorbent article of the present invention. FIG. 2 shows a plan view of the diaper shown in FIG. 1 opened from the side seal portion and viewed from the top sheet side. FIG. 3 shows an exploded perspective view of the diaper in the state shown in FIG. 4 and 5 show a sectional view taken along line IV-IV and a sectional view taken along line VV in FIG. 2, respectively.
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 5, the diaper 1 of the present embodiment includes a liquid-permeable
The
The
As shown in FIGS. 2 to 4,
As shown in FIG. 5, the
A plurality of waist
Furthermore, a plurality of waistline
As the waist
As shown in FIG. 5, in the ventral side A of the diaper 1, the water vapor generating part G is attached to the outer peripheral region beyond the front end edge of the absorbent
Although the details of the water vapor generating part G will be described later, in brief, the water vapor generating part G generates water vapor heated to a predetermined temperature. Therefore, the water vapor generation part G needs to be attached to the outer peripheral region so that the water vapor generated from the water vapor generation part G can be applied toward the wearer's skin. From this point of view, the folded
When the
Furthermore, in this embodiment, in order to prevent water vapor from escaping to the outside of the diaper 1, a moisture-impermeable property is present between the water vapor generation part G in the thickness direction of the diaper 1 and the
As shown in FIGS. 2, 3, and 5, a barrier
As a result of the arrangement and fixing of the barrier
By the way, since the water vapor | steam generation | occurrence | production part G generate | occur | produces water vapor | steam, depending on the structure of the diaper 1, the produced | generated water vapor | steam will be absorbed by the
Specifically, the above-described
Furthermore, in this embodiment, the superabsorbent polymer contained in the
When the diaper 1 with the water vapor generating part G attached to the ventral side A is attached, the water vapor generated from the water vapor generating part G passes through the folded
Particularly in the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 5, the waistline
In the present embodiment, the water vapor generator G is attached to the abdominal side A of the diaper 1 and water vapor is mainly applied to the abdomen of the wearer. In addition to this, the water vapor generator G may be attached to the back side B of the diaper 1. As an attachment position in the back side part B, the outer peripheral area beyond the rear-end edge of the
As will be described later, the water vapor generating part G used in the present embodiment contains non-combustible materials such as oxidizable metals. Therefore, when the used diaper 1 is discarded, the diaper main body and the water vapor generating part G may have to be separated. Therefore, it is preferable that the diaper 1 is processed so that the water vapor generating part G can be easily detached from the diaper 1. For example, perforations that allow the water vapor generating part G to be exposed by partially cutting out these sheets from the folded
Next, the steam generation part G used together with the diaper 1 of the present embodiment will be described. FIG. 6 shows a perspective view of an example of the water vapor generating part G. 7 is a cross-sectional view taken along line VII-VII in FIG. The water vapor generation part G shown in FIG. 6 has a substantially flat shape. The water vapor generating unit G includes a water
The
The first surface 113a is a surface capable of transmitting air and water vapor. That is, the first surface 113a is a ventilation surface. On the other hand, the
The water vapor generating part G is used so that the first surface 113a side faces the wearer's skin surface and the
Both the first surface 113a and the
In the water vapor generating part G of the present embodiment, water vapor is preferentially released through the first surface 113a by appropriately adjusting the air permeability of the first surface 113a and the
Specifically, the
When the
As a physical property value representing the ease of gas permeation of the sheet material, moisture permeability is known in addition to the aforementioned air permeability. And the easiness of permeation | transmission of the water vapor | steam of the air permeable sheet material in a heating tool like a disposable warmer is expressed exclusively by moisture permeability. On the other hand, in this embodiment, the ease of gas permeation is evaluated not by moisture permeability but by air permeability. By adjusting the value of air permeability, water vapor can be preferentially discharged from the first surface 113a even when the
As described above, when the
The air permeability itself of the first surface 113a is 100 to 50,000 seconds / (100 ml · 6.42 cm 2 ), regardless of whether the
As described above, both the first surface 113a and the
In the
The

When the water vapor generating part G is attached to the diaper 1 and the diaper 1 is attached to the wearer, the surface temperature of the skin to which water vapor is applied by the water vapor generating part G is 34 to 42 ° C. Preferably has a heat generation characteristic that lasts for 3 hours or more. By having such heat generation characteristics, the back pain of the wearer, coldness of the limbs, constipation, frequent urination, and the like are further effectively improved. In order for the water vapor generation part G to have such heat generation characteristics, the air permeability of the first surface 113a and the
Furthermore, the water vapor generating part G has a rigidity value of 0.01 to 10 N /
For the same reason as described above, it is also preferable that the water vapor generating part G has a thickness of 0.1 to 5 mm, particularly 0.3 to 4.0 mm. Further, for the same reason, the water vapor generating part G preferably has a weight of 1 to 30 g, particularly 10 to 15 g.
As described above, in the water vapor generating part G, water vapor is generated by utilizing the heat generated by the oxidation reaction caused by the contact of the non-oxidizing metal with oxygen. Therefore, the diaper 1 of this embodiment needs to be airtightly accommodated in the oxygen barrier packaging material so that water vapor is not generated before use. In this case, each diaper may be airtightly accommodated in the packaging material, or a plurality of diapers may be collectively airtightly accommodated in the packaging material.
Next, second to fourth embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. Regarding the points that are not particularly described with respect to these embodiments, the description with respect to the first embodiment is appropriately applied. 9-11, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected to the same member as FIGS. 1-8.
The second embodiment shown in FIGS. 9A and 9B relates to a urine collecting pad that is disposed inside a diaper and is used in combination with the diaper. The
In the ventral side A of the
In addition, when the
A barrier
The
In the present embodiment, the water vapor generating part G is attached to the ventral side A of the
In the
Unlike the pads of the second and third embodiments, the
As mentioned above, although this invention was demonstrated based on the preferable embodiment, this invention is not restrict | limited to the said embodiment. For example, in the above-described embodiment, the water vapor is generated using the heat generated by the oxidation of the oxidizable metal, but the means for generating the water vapor is not limited to this. For example, water vapor may be generated using heat of neutralization of acid and alkali, or heat of hydration of inorganic salts (calcium chloride, magnesium chloride, calcium oxide, magnesium oxide, zeolite, etc.).
Moreover, in the said embodiment, although two water vapor | steam generation | occurrence | production parts G were attached, it replaces with this and you may attach one or three or more water vapor | steam generation parts.
The absorbent article to which the present invention is applicable is not limited to a pants-type disposable diaper. For example, the present invention can be applied to other absorbent articles such as a deployable disposable diaper having fastening means using fastening tape, an incontinence pad, and a sanitary napkin.
The above-described embodiments can be replaced with each other within the scope of common technical knowledge of those skilled in the art.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to examples. However, the scope of the present invention is not limited to such examples.
