Description
本発明は、所謂トイレトレーニングに用いられる使い捨ておむつ、使い捨て吸収パッド等の、使い捨て吸収性物品に関するものである。 The present invention relates to disposable absorbent articles such as disposable diapers and disposable absorbent pads used for so-called toilet training.
A typical example is the use of a substance that causes a temperature change in urine by contact with urine, such as sorbitol (see, for example, Patent Documents 1 and 2). In the technique described in Patent Document 1, it is proposed to arrange a member containing a temperature change substance such as sorbitol on the body side of the absorbent assembly. Further, in the technique described in
しかしながら、これら従来の技術では、温度変化物質により冷却又は加熱された尿の一部が、物品外面に近い部分に移動して保持されるため、外気温の影響によって冷却された尿が温まる、又は加熱された尿が冷却されてしまい、温度変化を十分に着用者に伝えられず、意図するトレーニング効果が得られ難いという問題点があった。
そこで、本発明の主たる課題は、温度変化における外気温の影響を低減することにある。
However, in these conventional techniques, a part of the urine cooled or heated by the temperature change substance is moved and held near the outer surface of the article, so that the cooled urine is warmed by the influence of the outside air temperature, or The heated urine is cooled, and the temperature change cannot be sufficiently transmitted to the wearer, and it is difficult to obtain the intended training effect.
Therefore, the main problem of the present invention is to reduce the influence of the outside air temperature on the temperature change.

(Function and effect)
Urine that has passed through the top sheet is cooled or heated by contact with the temperature change substance and is held by the absorber, and the temperature is transmitted to the wearer's body, causing the wearer to perceive urination. In this case, in the present invention, the back side of the absorber is covered with a heat insulating layer, so that the outside air temperature is extremely high (midsummer or near the heating device in winter) or low (outdoor in winter, etc.). Even so, the temperature of the urine held in the absorber is maintained, and a desired temperature change can be obtained.

(作用効果)
断熱層がこのような繊維集合シートにより包まれていると、吸収体を透過した尿が断熱層側に至ったとしても、その尿が繊維集合シートに吸収保持され、断熱層内に保持され難くなるため、断熱性を維持することができる。

The temperature change substance is disposed on a surface of the absorber;
These absorber and temperature change substance are wrapped by the absorbent covering sheet,
The disposable absorbent article according to any one of claims 1 to 4.
(Function and effect)
In the invention described in this section, the urine that has passed through the surface sheet at the time of urination is retained by the superabsorbent polymer in the surface side layer of the absorber immediately after being cooled or heated by the temperature-changing substance. The temperature change can be effectively transmitted. After the absorption of the superabsorbent polymer in the surface side layer is saturated, the urine is absorbed and retained in the surface side layer of the absorber even if the urine is insufficiently cooled or heated due to a decrease in the temperature change substance or the like. Without moving to the back side in the absorbent body. In other words, fully cooled or heated urine is absorbed and retained by the superabsorbent polymer in the surface side layer of the absorber, and urine that has become insufficiently cooled or heated is not retained in the surface side layer of the absorber but on the back side. Therefore, the effect of cooling or heating by the temperature change substance is effectively transmitted to the article surface side, and a large temperature change is brought about on the article surface. As a result, the urine absorbed by the absorber is less likely to move to the heat insulating layer, and the heat insulating property is hardly lowered due to the heat insulating layer holding the urine. Moreover, urine is retained in the superabsorbent polymer, and urine that has permeated through the topsheet is unlikely to return to the skin side, so that a smooth feeling of use is obtained and the burden on the skin is reduced.

前記表面シートと前記吸収体との間に、前記温度変化物質及びこの温度変化物質により冷却又は加熱した尿を吸収保持する高吸収性ポリマーを含む温度変化層が設けられている、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の使い捨て吸収性物品。
<Invention of Claim 9>
A temperature change layer including a superabsorbent polymer that absorbs and holds the temperature change substance and urine cooled or heated by the temperature change substance is provided between the top sheet and the absorber. The disposable absorbent article according to any one of 4.
(Function and effect)
In the invention described in this section, the urine that has permeated through the surface sheet at the time of urination is promptly after being cooled or heated by the temperature-changing substance in the temperature-changing layer initially located between the liquid-permeable surface sheet and the absorber. Although it is retained by the superabsorbent polymer on the surface side layer of the absorber, after the absorption of the superabsorbent polymer in the temperature change layer is saturated, urine cooling or heating becomes insufficient due to a decrease in temperature change substances, etc. However, the urine is not absorbed and held by the temperature change layer but moves to the absorber on the back side and is absorbed and held. That is, fully cooled or heated urine is absorbed and held by the high-absorbent polymer of the temperature change layer between the liquid-permeable surface sheet and the absorber, and urine that has been insufficiently cooled or heated becomes a temperature change layer. Since it moves to the absorber on the back surface side without being held, the effect of cooling or heating by the temperature change substance is effectively transmitted to the article surface side, and a large temperature change is brought about on the article surface. Moreover, since the urine cooled or heated by the temperature change substance can be held at a position closer to the skin, the temperature change on the article surface can be further increased. As a result, the urine absorbed by the absorber is less likely to move to the heat insulating layer, and the heat insulating property is hardly lowered due to the heat insulating layer holding the urine. Furthermore, urine is retained in the superabsorbent polymer, and urine that has permeated through the surface sheet is unlikely to return to the skin side, so that a smooth feeling of use is obtained and the burden on the skin is reduced.

Hereinafter, although an example of a pants-type disposable diaper (training pants) is drawn and explained about one embodiment of the present invention, it goes without saying that the present invention can also be applied to a tape-type disposable diaper, a pad-type absorbent article, and the like. Nor.
<Basic structure example of pants-type disposable diapers>
1 to 9 show an example of a pants-type disposable diaper. In each figure, “front-rear direction” means a direction connecting the ventral side (front side) and back side (rear side), “width direction” means a direction (left-right direction) orthogonal to the front-rear direction, “Up and down direction” means the wearing state of the diaper, that is, the direction perpendicular to the waistline direction when the diaper is folded in two at the crotch part so that the both sides of the front body and the back side of the diaper are overlapped, in other words It means the direction connecting the waist opening WO side and the crotch part side.
This pants-type disposable diaper has an

More specifically, the back-

In the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, barrier cuffs 60 and 61 are provided twice on the left and right sides of the
More specifically, the

The end of the
The
ただし、内側バリヤーカフス61についても、内側突出部分の先端部は幅方向外側に折り返される構造、具体的には内側バリヤーカフス61の高さ(突出部の幅方向長さ)の1/2以下、好ましくは1/3以下であれば、外側バリヤーカフス61と同様に先端側部分が幅方向外側に折り返され且つ付け根部側部分に固定される構造を採っても良い。
However, the

Further, the front-rear direction length L6 of the front-

The fixing target of the

Unlike the illustrated embodiment, only one of the outer and inner barrier cuffs 60 and 61 can be provided.

If W1 and W2 are too narrow, the standing of the barrier cuffs 60 and 61 becomes unstable, and the amount of absorption becomes insufficient. If it is too wide, the fit feeling deteriorates due to a decrease in fit.
In addition, when the value is within the above numerical range, the

(Superabsorbent polymer particles)
Superabsorbent polymer particles include “powder” in addition to “particles”. As the particle diameter of the superabsorbent polymer particles, those used in this type of absorbent article can be used as they are, and those having a particle size of 1000 μm or less, particularly 150 to 400 μm are desirable. The material of the superabsorbent polymer particles can be used without any particular limitation, but those having a water absorption of 40 g / g or more are suitable. High-absorbent polymer particles include starch-based, cellulose-based, and synthetic polymer-based starch-acrylic acid (salt) graft copolymers, saponified starch-acrylonitrile copolymers, and sodium carboxymethylcellulose crosslinks. Or an acrylic acid (salt) polymer can be used. As the shape of the superabsorbent polymer particles, a commonly used granular material is suitable, but other shapes can also be used.
高吸収性ポリマーとしては、抗菌物質と一体化したものを用いることができる。特に、ゼオライト中のイオン交換可能なイオンの一部または全部を銀イオンで置換してなるゼオライト粒子(以下、これを抗菌消臭性ゼオライトという)を高吸収性ポリマー中に含有させるか、あるいは抗菌消臭性ゼオライト粒子を高吸収性ポリマー粒子の表面に静電気により付着させてなる、抗菌消臭性高吸収性ポリマー粒子が好適である。 As the superabsorbent polymer, one integrated with an antibacterial substance can be used. In particular, zeolite particles obtained by substituting some or all of the ion-exchangeable ions in the zeolite with silver ions (hereinafter referred to as antibacterial deodorant zeolite) are contained in the superabsorbent polymer or antibacterial. Antibacterial deodorant superabsorbent polymer particles obtained by adhering deodorant zeolite particles to the surface of superabsorbent polymer particles by static electricity are suitable.
高吸収性ポリマー粒子としては、吸水速度が40秒以下のものが好適に用いられる。吸水速度が40秒を超えると、吸収体56内に供給された液が吸収体56外に戻り出てしまう所謂逆戻りを発生し易くなる。
As the superabsorbent polymer particles, those having a water absorption rate of 40 seconds or less are preferably used. When the water absorption speed exceeds 40 seconds, so-called reversion in which the liquid supplied into the
また、高吸収性ポリマー粒子としては、ゲル強度が1000Pa以上のものが好適に用いられる。これにより、嵩高な吸収体56とした場合であっても、液吸収後のべとつき感を効果的に抑制できる。
Further, as the superabsorbent polymer particles, those having a gel strength of 1000 Pa or more are preferably used. Thereby, even if it is a case where it is set as the
高吸収性ポリマー粒子の目付け量は、50〜800g/m2とすることができ、特に100〜400g/m2が好ましい。ポリマーの目付け量が50g/m2未満では、吸収量を確保し難くなる。800g/m2を超えると、効果が飽和する。 Basis weight of the superabsorbent polymer particles may be a 50 to 800 g / m 2, in particular 100 to 400 g / m 2 is preferred. If the amount of polymer is less than 50 g / m 2, it is difficult to secure the absorption amount. If it exceeds 800 g / m 2 , the effect is saturated.

FIG. 15 shows the measurement results of the liquid retention with respect to the change in the fiber density ratio. In this experiment, an air-through nonwoven fabric having a density of 1.0 g / m 3 as a heat-insulating layer (
With such a configuration, most of the first urination can be held in the
トレーニングパンツとしては、最初の1回の排尿で着用者が排尿を知覚し、親に伝えることができれば、おむつは交換されるため、それ以上の吸収量は必ずしも必要ではないが、着用者が知覚できなかったり、親に伝えることができなかったり、交換が遅れたりした場合には、2回目以降の排尿も吸収する必要がある。このような場合であっても、吸収体56の吸収量が飽和に達した後、引き続き断熱層57で吸収することができるように構成しておけば漏れは生じ難くなる。
As training pants, if the wearer can perceive urination in the first urination and can communicate it to the parent, the diaper will be replaced. If it is not possible, cannot be communicated to the parent, or the exchange is delayed, it is necessary to absorb the second and subsequent urination. Even in such a case, if the absorption amount of the

If the
In the first preferred form, for example, as shown in FIG. 3 and the like, the temperature-changing substance is formed on the surface of the
また、吸収体56の表面側層に含まれる高吸収性ポリマーは、温度変化物質40により温度変化した尿を吸収保持するものであり、前述した吸収体56中に含有させるものと同様のものを用いることができるが、特に吸水速度が50秒以下のものが好適である。吸水速度が遅いと、温度変化した尿の多くが吸収されずに裏面側に通過し易くなる。
The superabsorbent polymer contained in the surface side layer of the
The form in which the
In other words, in this form, among the superabsorbent polymer particles normally contained in the
In the first preferred embodiment thus configured, urine that has permeated through the
この際、吸収体56の裏面側が断熱層57により覆われているため、外気温が極端に高い場合(真夏や、冬季の暖房装置付近)や、低い場合(冬季の屋外等)であっても、吸収体56に保持された尿の温度が維持され、所望の温度変化が得られるようになる。
At this time, since the back surface side of the
As shown in FIG. 12, the second preferred form is a form having a
この形態では、表面シート30を透過し、混合層41に供給された尿は温度変化物質により冷却又は加熱された後、他の部材に伝熱することなく、速やかに、高吸収性ポリマーにより吸収されるため、物品表面における温度変化がより一層のものとなる。
In this form, the urine that has passed through the
Moreover, when spraying or projecting the particulate
In this specification, letting a particulate matter fall freely is called “dispersion”, and giving an initial velocity and spreading more vigorously than free fall is called “projection”. When spraying or projecting in multiple times, any particulate matter is "projected" and the initial velocity given during the projection is changed, so that the degree of loading of the
A technique for spraying or projecting particles during the production of an absorbent element has been conventionally known, and this technique can also be applied to the projection of the temperature-changing
However, when spraying or projecting the particulate temperature-
Further, not only when the particulate
Note that the seam of the
As a third mode, as shown in FIG. 13, a
