Description

The present invention relates to a foldable unit house. Specifically, the present invention relates to a foldable unit house in which a unit house temporarily installed at a construction site or the like can be folded compactly.

Conventionally, in a unit house that is temporarily installed at a construction site, etc., the pillar supporting the roof is folded along the floor so that it can be folded and transported in a compact folded state where the roof and the floor are brought close to each other. There is something that you can do.

As shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, this type of unit house has a foldable unit house 101, which forms a floor surface 102, and a floor body 103, and is erected at the four corners of the floor body 103 to cover the roof. A column body 104 to be supported and a side wall having a window, a door and the like are provided.

。   Therefore, the column body 104 is folded from a standing state by a bracket 105 fixed to the floor body 103 and a bolt as the swinging shaft 106 to a lying state along the floor body 103, and a roof is stacked on the column body 104 for packing. In addition, the present situation is that the side walls and doors are separately packed (for example, see Patent Document 1).

However, since the floor body 103 and the roof 107 are substantially the same shape, it is relatively easy to lie down the column body 104 and wind it with a component band or the like with the column body 104 sandwiched between them. A plurality of side walls, doors, and window frames to be constructed must be separately stacked and wrapped with a component band or the like and packed, which is very troublesome during transportation.

Also, most of the assembly-type unit houses are often handled as rentals, and rental companies that handle unit houses usually store the folded unit houses in a warehouse and transport them to the site according to orders. It is repeatedly assembled and stored in the warehouse at the site, and stored in the warehouse. Since the unit house cannot be packed individually, the floor, pillars and roof are separated from each other during storage. There is a problem that inventory management becomes complicated.

The present invention was devised in view of the above points, and provides a foldable unit house that can be packed together by storing side walls between the floor and the roof when folded. It is intended to do.

In order to achieve the above object, a foldable unit house according to the present invention includes a floor body that forms a floor of the foldable unit house, a column body that is attached to the floor body in a undulating manner, and the column body The roof is supported by standing up and a plurality of side walls that can be freely attached between the pillars, and the detachment is made between the floor and the roof when the pillars are overlaid and the roofs are stacked. It has a space for storing all the side walls.

Here, when the column body is laid down and the roof is stacked, the unit has a space between the floor body and the roof so that all the removed side walls can be stored, thereby packing in one unit. Therefore, efficient transportation and storage can be easily performed.

Further, by forming a lamp case having a depth that can accommodate the lighting fixture on the ceiling surface of the roof, it is possible to prevent the lighting fixture from contacting the column body and the side wall during folding.

In addition, by providing a plate for supporting the roof when folded at an appropriate position on the front surface of the pillar, contact with the pillar is minimized, and the weight of the roof when folded is uniformly applied to the pillar. It becomes like this.

By making the width of the wife skeleton of the column body thicker than that of the conventional type, it is possible to secure a space in which various side walls can be stored between the floor body and the roof, and it is possible to carry and store in one unit.

Further, when the ceiling surface is combined with the surface of the panel receiving inner, it is possible to provide a flat and wide indoor space without any irregularities at the boundary of the ceiling surface with the adjacent house.

In addition, by attaching plates (about 12mm thick) to the top and bottom of the front of the wife skeleton, the weight of the roof skeleton when folded is uniformly applied to the wife skeleton, so there is no backlash during transportation. In addition, the contact surface between the roof and the column body is reduced, and scratches and paint peeling are minimized.

Also, by providing a lamp case with a depth on the ceiling surface, the lighting fixture and the ceiling surface are combined to produce a more flat feeling and prevent contact between the lighting fixture and the column and the side wall when folded. Is possible.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings to provide an understanding of the present invention.
1 (a), (b), (c), and (d) are a front explanatory view, a rear explanatory view, a left side view, and a right side view showing an example of a foldable unit house to which the present invention is applied.

In the unit house 1 shown here, column bodies 3 are erected on both left and right ends of the floor body 2, and a roof 4 is placed between the upper ends of the column bodies 3. Between the pillars 3 and 3 on the front side of the unit house 1, a plurality of divided side walls 5 and side walls 5A provided with windows and side walls 5B provided with doors are attached.

Further, a plurality of divided side walls 5 and a side wall 5A provided with windows are attached between the column bodies 3 and 3 on the back side of the unit house 1. Further, a side wall 5C provided with a plurality of side walls 5 and a power inlet is provided between the left side column 3 and 3 of the unit house 1, and the right side column 3 of the unit house 1, A plurality of side walls 5 and a side wall 5D provided with ventilation fans are attached between the three.

Therefore, the framework state of the unit house 1 is shown in FIGS. 2 (a), (b), (c) and (d), respectively.
As shown in FIG. 3, a water-resistant plywood 11 is attached to the floor body 2 by a floor parting 10 on a floor skeleton 9 having four sides of front, rear, left and right made of a steel pipe having a rectangular cross section.

Next, in the column 3, the lower end of the gate-shaped wife skeleton 12 made of a steel pipe having a rectangular cross section is connected and supported to the left and right ends of the floor skeleton 9. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 4, connection support portions 13 are erected on the upper surfaces on both sides of the floor skeleton 9, and shaft through holes 14 and fixing pin insertion holes 15 are formed above and below the connection support portions 13.

Here, a shaft through hole 14 </ b> A and a fixing pin insertion hole 15 </ b> A are provided at the lower end of the wife skeleton 12 at positions corresponding to the shaft through hole 14 and the fixing pin insertion hole 15. In a state where the hole 14 and the fixing pin insertion hole 15 are combined, the rotary shaft 16 is inserted and fixed in the shaft through holes 14 and 14A so that the column body 2 can be raised and lowered. Then, with the column body 2 in the upright state, the column body 3 is erected by inserting the fixing pins 17 into the fixing pin insertion holes 15 and 15A, and the end surfaces of the wife skeleton 12 and the floor skeleton 9 are screwed together with bolts 27. This makes it possible to fix the column 3 in an upright state.

Further, by arranging plates 30 having a constant thickness (about 12 mm) at the upper and lower two positions on the front surface of the wife skeleton 12, the weight of the roof skeleton 18 when folded is uniformly applied to the wife skeleton 12, so that the Since there is no backlash at the time and the contact surface between the wife skeleton 12 and the roof skeleton 18 is reduced, it is possible to minimize scratches and peeling of the paint.

Further, a support plate 31 is provided on the upper end of the rear surface of the wife skeleton 12 to support the column 3 horizontally with respect to the floor 2 when the column 3 is lying down. The mechanism is such that the legs can be opened at right angles to the rear surface of the wife skeleton 12 only at times.

On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 5, the roof 4 has a roof skeleton 18 made of steel pipes having a rectangular cross section disposed on both sides of the roof 4. At the lower end of the roof skeleton 18, a side wall insertion portion 20 into which a step portion 19 formed in a step shape at the upper end of the side wall 5 can be inserted is formed. Then, a ceiling decorative plate 21 is attached so as to cover the inside of the roof skeleton 18 by the lower end of the side wall fitting portion 20, and a corrugated roof plate 22 is attached in the middle of the roof skeleton 18 above the ceiling decorative plate 21. Is.

Next, as shown in FIG. 6, girders 23 are attached to the left and right ends of the roof 4 corresponding to the column 3. A columnar insertion portion 24 into which a step portion 19 formed at the upper end of the column body 2 can be inserted is formed at the lower end of the beam portion 23.

Therefore, as shown in FIG. 7, bolt insertion holes 25 are provided in both side ends of the beam portion 23, and bolt nuts 26 are fixed to both side ends of the stepped portion 19 of the column 3. Then, the step portion 19 of the column body 3 is inserted into the column body insertion portion 24 of the beam portion 23, and the bolt insertion hole 25 of the column body 2 is aligned with the bolt nut 26 of the step portion 19 of the column body 3. 27 is fastened and fixed.

Further, as shown in FIG. 8, a lamp case 28 having a depth that can accommodate a lighting fixture such as a fluorescent lamp is formed on the surface of the ceiling decorative plate 21 of the roof 4. By attaching a lighting fixture (not shown) in the lamp case 28, the lighting fixture can be stacked on the floor body 2 without protruding from the ceiling surface.

In the foldable unit house of the present invention having the above configuration, when the unit house 1 is folded, first, the bolt 27 to which the pillar 3 and the roof 4 are coupled is removed, and the roof 4 is lifted by a crane.

Next, a plurality of side walls 5 between the column bodies 3 on the front side of the unit house 1, a side wall 5 A provided with a window, a side wall 5 B provided with an opening / closing door, and a column body 3 on the back side of the unit house 1. A plurality of side walls 5 fitted between the three side walls 5 and a side wall 5A provided with a window portion are removed.
Further, the plurality of side walls 5 between the pillars 3 and 3 on the left side of the unit house 1 and the plurality of side walls 5 between the pillars 3 and 3 on the right side are removed.

Here, as shown in FIGS. 2 (a), (b), (c) and (d), the column body 3 stands on the floor body 2, and as shown in FIG. The fixing pin insertion hole 15 and the fixing pin 17 to be inserted into the fixing pin insertion hole 15A of the wife skeleton 12 of the pillar 3 are removed, and the bolt 27 is removed, whereby the shaft through hole 14 of the connection support portion 13 and the The columnar body 2 is in a state in which the columnar body 2 can fall down with the rotating shaft 16 as an axis center by being inserted and fixed in the shaft through hole 14A of the wife skeleton 12 of the columnar body 3.

And the said pillar 3 is laid down to the floor 3 side. In this case, the support plate 29 provided at the upper end of the rear surface of the wife skeleton 12 of the column body 3 is opened at a right angle to the rear surface of the wife skeleton 12 so that the column body 3 is fixed to the floor body 2. It is supported horizontally with an interval.

Next, the roof 4 in a state of being lifted by a crane is placed on the column 3. The lamp case 28 formed in a concave shape on the surface of the ceiling decorative plate 21 of the roof 4 does not protrude from the ceiling surface, so that the lamp can be stacked on the column body 3 without damaging the lamp. It becomes.

By stacking the column body 3 and the roof 4 on the floor body 2 in this way, the side wall 5A provided with the removed side wall 5 and the window portion and the side wall provided with the open / close door are provided between the floor body 2 and the roof 4. A space capable of storing 5B is formed.

Here, as shown in FIGS. 9 (a) and 9 (b), a side wall 5A in which a side wall 5 and a window portion are provided in a space formed between the floor body 2 and the roof 4 and a door are provided. By storing the side wall 5B, folding in one unit is possible.
