The present invention relates to a house, and particularly relates to an assembled house whose volume in an assembled state can be made much larger than the volume in a stored state, and which is easy to assemble, dismantle, and move.

Traditionally, it has often been the case that houses that can be moved to temporary locations are assembled and used as temporary offices or residences, and for this purpose, prefabricated prefabricated houses are assembled on-site, or container-type houses are used. A movable house that had already been assembled three-dimensionally was transported to the site, installed, and used.

れる欠点があつた。 In the former case, a house of the required size can be assembled by combining parts according to the area and volume suitable for use, but assembling the house requires labor and time, and it must be disassembled when moving. It was troublesome to have to transport each part of the house. In addition, with a mobile house assembled in a container style, it is convenient to load the mobile house onto a truck, transport it to the site, and lower it to the installation site using a crane, etc., and it can be used immediately, but the house is already assembled. Because of this, it was not possible to increase the floor area or volume, and the problem was that the usable floor area and volume were limited.

In addition, a prefabricated structure has been proposed in which the interior space is expanded by connecting folded roof, wall, and floor panels on the left and right sides of a rigid core and deploying them on site (Japanese Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 78725 of 1972). Furthermore, a building has been proposed in which panels are rotatably connected to both sides of a living unit, and the panels are expanded within the living space to form a separate room (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 92518 of 1972). However, with these methods, the ceiling and floor must be supported by a wall that connects them, and the ceiling and floor cannot be firmly supported. Furthermore, when the structure is folded, the roof is stored inside, and when the structure is stored in the folded state, rainwater enters the structure, making it difficult to store it outdoors.

The present invention consists of a fixed part in the shape of an elongated box with openings on both sides, and two enlarged parts connected to the openings at both ends of the fixed part, each consisting of a movable wall, a movable floor, and a movable roof. In the constructed prefabricated house, there is a movable wall connected to the opening side edge of the fixed part so as to be able to rotate in the horizontal direction, and a movable wall connected to the opening side edge of the fixed part so as to be able to rotate in the vertical direction and to be stored so as to cover the movable wall. A movable floor connected to the edge, a movable roof connected to the opening upper edge of the fixed part that can be rotated in the vertical direction and stored so as to cover the movable wall and the movable floor, and the movable roof is open vertically and is parallel to each other. A corner post connects and fixes the corner of the movable floor and the movable roof in the state, and a corner support is located perpendicularly between the movable floor and the movable roof in the parallel state with the top and bottom open and connects and fixes both. According to the present invention, assembly, removal, and movement operations are extremely easy, transportation from one site to another is easy, and the floor space and volume can be expanded. Further, during assembly, the movable roof and the movable floor can be fixed by a plurality of supports, so that the enlarged portion can be firmly installed. In addition, when storing the movable roof, the movable roof closes to cover the opening of the fixed part, so there is no intrusion of rainwater and the fixed part can be easily managed.

できる。 By this procedure, the movable wall 10, the movable floor 9, and the movable roof 12 can be folded into three layers parallel to each other at both ends of the fixed part 1, as shown in FIG.
Therefore, in the assembled house shown in FIG. 1, the enlarged left and right parts 2 and 3 are folded into the sides of the fixed part 1, and in the state shown in FIG.
The floor space will be reduced to approximately 1/3, and the internal volume will also be reduced by approximately 1/3. Then, by passing a wire through the hanging tool 8 and tying this wire to the hook of a crane, the assembled house can be hung, placed on the loading platform of a truck, and transported to the next installation location.

Since the present invention is configured as described above, assembly, removal, and storage are extremely easy, and the work at the time of transportation is simplified. The floor area and volume during use can be greatly expanded compared to the floor area and volume during transport, and the necessary area can be secured to suit the usage situation of the house. Since the roof and floor are supported by multiple support columns, the entire structure can be firmly assembled. Furthermore, since the roof closes the opening when stored, it is possible to reliably prevent rainwater from entering.
