Description
本発明は、上下の通風する冷却フィンを持った制御ユニットを構成する、鉄道車両用強制風冷冷却制御装置に関するものである。 The present invention relates to a railway vehicle forced air cooling control device that constitutes a control unit having upper and lower cooling fins.
従来の強制冷却フィン付き制御ユニットの冷却風はフィンに対し、左右方向にファンの冷却風をあてるため
、車両進行方向に入排気口が配置されてしまうと走行風の影響を受け、性能を確保するため、風道構造が複雑になっていた。ファン及び防塵用フィルターの構成も冷却方向の制約により、単独で構成、配置していた。
現状では、以下のような課題がある。
1)
冷却風入気口から排気口までが左右方向の為、通気ダクト構造を長く確保しないと規定風量確保が困難である。
2)
冷却風を車両進行方向にすると、車両走行時、走行風が抵抗となり効率的な冷却が出来ない為、必ず入気側は進行方向とならない様にダクトの構造を複雑にしている。
3)
前記の理由から、防塵フィルター、冷却ファンは独立して配置せざるを得ない構造となっている。

しかして本発明の目的とするところは、上下方向に冷却風を通過させ、排気ダクト構造を短く構成し、且つ、防塵フィルターと冷却用ファンを構成する制御ユニット付き制御装置を提供することにある。
